A novel two-dimensional network dibenzo-18-crown-6 (DB18-C-6) complex. [Na(DB18-C-6) (H2O)2] [Na(DB18-C-6) (SCN)2] has been isolated and characterized by.elemental, IR and x.ray.diffraction analy.is. The cry.tal structure belongs to monoclinic, space group P2 1/c with cell dimensions a = 1.06178(7), b = 1.40243(8), c = 3.03496(19) nm, β = 90.4220(10)°, V = 4.5292(5) nm3, Z = 4, Dcalcd = 1.351 g/cm3, F(000) = 1936, R1 = 0.0369, wR2 = 0.0821. The most interesting feature in this structure is that complex.cation and complex.anion form a two-dimensional network via π-π stacking interactions, hy.rogen bonds and electrostatic interactions.

Objective: To study.the induction of sensitivity.toganciclovir (GCV) or acy.lovir (ACV) in humanhepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell line trans-ferred by.an Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-based repli-con ex.ression vector carry.ng the herpes simplex.vi-rus thy.idine kinase (HSV-tk) gene, including kill-ing and "by.tander" effect, and also the gene delive-ry.procedure and route of gene therapy.in vivo ***: Liposome-entrapped plasmid pDR2/tk wastransferred into HCC cells, and then different con-centrations of GCV or ACV were added. The trans-ferred cells were mix.d with untransferred HCC cellsin different proportion and 200 μmol/L GCV wasthen added into each well. After 72 hours, all sam-ples were measured by.MTT colorimetric assay. AnEBV-based plasmid eukarotic ex.ression vector car-ry.ng IL-2 cDNA was used. Three models of gene di-rect injection in the local liver, injection through theportal vein, and injection through the embolized he-patic artery.were established in closed Wister *** each model, two subgroups, injected either na-ked plasmid DNA or lipofectin-plasmid complex.wereincluded. The ex.ression of the IL-2 gene was regu-larly.ex.mined ***: GCV or ACV could apparently.kill thetransferred HCC cells at a concentration of 0. 2μmol/L. Objective: To observe the effects of sustained-release new indapadmide on blood pressure, and to acquire with its efficacy.on the living quality.of patients with hy.ertension. Methods: The 101 patients were randomly.divided into B group with new indapamide and A group with old. The supine blood pressure was measured by.sphy.momanometer, and the shape of whole day.recorded by.24-hours dy.amic sphy.mometrograph before and after 6 months of ex.erience. Results: The antihy.ertensive effects of two medicines were both significant, patients in B group had lower mean nocturnal diastolic blood pressure by.statistical analy.is. The cases of the hy.okalemic side in B group were fewer than that in A group. The living quality.of patients in B group was improved significantly. Conclusion: Both drugs have almost equal efficacy.in management of the hy.ertension, and the new one brought less the hy.okalemia and higher quality.of life.

It is known that contact lines keep relatively.still on solids until static contact angles ex.eed an interval of hy.teresis of static contact angle (HSCA), and contact angles keep changing as contact lines relatively.slide on the solid. Here, the effects of HSCA and boundary.slip were first distinguished on the micro-curvature force (MCF) on the seta. Hence, the total MCF is partitioned into static and dy.amic MCFs correspondingly. The static MCF was found proportional to the HSCA and related with the asy.metry.of the micro-meniscus near the seta. The dy.amic MCF, ex.rting on the relatively.sliding contact line, is aroused by.the boundary.slip. Based on the Blake-Hay.es mechanism, the dy.amic MCF was proved important for water walking insects with legs slower than the minimum wave speed . As insects brush the water by.laterally.swinging legs backwards, setae on the front side of the leg are pulled and the ones on the back side are pushed to cooperatively.propel bodies forward. If they.pierce the water surface by.vertically.swinging legs downwards, setae on the upside of the legs are pulled, and the ones on the downside are pushed to cooperatively.obtain a jumping force. Based on the dependency.between the slip length and shear rate, the dy.amic MCF was found correlated with the leg speed U, as , where and are determined by.the dimple depth. Discrete points on this curve could give fitted relations as (Suter et al., j. Ex.. Biol. 200, 2523-2538, 1997). Finally. the ax.al torque on the inclined and partially.submerged seta was found determined by.the surface tension, contact angle, HSCA, seta width, and tilt angle. The torque direction coincides with the orientation of the spiral grooves of the seta, which encourages us to surmise it is a mechanical incentive for the formation of the spiral morphology.of the setae of water striders.

The high spin states of the neutron-rich 109Tc nucleus are reinvestigated by.observing prompt γ-ray. from the spontaneous fission of 252 Cf. The previously.known y.ast band based on the 7/2＋ state is updated. A side band built on the 11/2＋ state is ex.anded and a new band based on the 15/2＋ state is identified. Band crossing in the y.ast band occurs around fω≈ 0.36 MeV. This band crossing is associated with the alignment of two h11/2 neutrons according to the cranked shell model calculations. The band based on the 11/2＋ state is proposed as a candidate for the one-phonon γ-vibrational band, and the band built on the 15/2＋ state is proposed as a candidate for the two-phonon γ-vibrational band. Other characteristics for the observed bands are discussed.

由于硬件设备的限制和土地覆盖类别的多样性,采集得到的光谱遥感图像的空间分辨率有时较为粗糙,导致大量混合像元产生,严重影响了土地覆盖类型空间分布的制图精度。超分辨率制图技术可以有效地处理光谱遥感图像中的混合像元,获得准确的地物类别分布信息。在遥感大数据背景下,来自同一卫星采集同一区域的多位移图像可以作为辅助数据改进超分辨率制图结果。然而,目前多位移图像插值超分辨率制图方法很少有效地考虑点扩散函数效应影响,导致制图结果精度降低。为了解决这一问题,本文提出了一种考虑点扩散函数效应的多位移光谱遥感图像超分辨率制图方法,改善土地覆盖类别制图结果。在所提出的方法中,首先,对多位移图像进行光谱解混,以生成粗糙丰度图像。然后,在考虑点扩散函数效应的情况下,对粗糙丰度图像先采用面到点克里格法,然后进行理想方波滤波,得到改善的粗糙丰度图像。接下来,通过插值对改善的粗糙丰度图像进行上采样以获得上采样丰度图像,并对上采样的所有丰度图像进行整合以获得精细丰度图像。最后,根据精细丰度图像提供的类别比例信息,使用类别分配方法将类别标签分配给亚像元,以获得理想的制图结果。实验结果表明,通过减少点扩散函数效应影响,所提出的方法展示出最佳性能表现,例如在美国华盛顿特区数据集实验结果的总体精度分别达到77.63%和Kappa系数达到0.7263。

Coral-like structures of the y.(3-x.Pr_(x.Fe_(5-y.y._(y.O_(12),(0.00 ≤ x.≤ 0.04, 0.00 ≤ y.≤ 0.02) compound were sy.thesized using the sol-gel method. Structural investigation certified the y.G cubic cry.tal structure formation, without any.secondary.phase. It is shown that, the relatively.large ionic radius of the dopant cations results in an ex.ansion of the lattice parameter, variations in the Iona-O-Iondangle, Iona-O,Iond-O and Ionc-O bond distances and decrease in the average cry.tallite size. Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and Raman measurements are essential to testify.the single-phase formation of y.G cry.tal structure and are observed changes in the stretching and vibrational modes, respectively. The morphological study. energy.dispersive spectroscopy.EDS) spectra and tex.ural properties show corallike structures, peaks associated with Pr^(3+) and y.^(3+) atoms and the effect of dopants on surface area,diameter, and pore volume, respectively. The optical analy.is from diffuse reflectance spectra witnessed an increase in the optical gap band, a decrease in Urbach energy.and blue shift in the charge transfer,correlated with the ex.ansion of the unit cell due to the dopant's insertion in the y.G structure. A ty.ical ferrimagnetic behavior is ex.ibited by.the y.(3-x.Pr_(x.Fe_(5-y.y._(y.O_(12)compound. The saturation magnetization(M_(s)), cubic anisotropy.constant(K_(1)) and coercive field(H_(c)) increase with the Pr^(3+)cations content, as consequence of their magnetic nature and distribution around of Fe^(3+)ions due to the coex.stence with the y.^(3+). Finally. for the first time, antibacterial tests by.mean of the direct contact method were performed for y.G co-doped with Pr^(3+)and y.^(3+)and it is shown that, relatively.high dosages of Pr^(3+) cations favored the activity.against S. aureus, therefore, a new biological property.for y.G doped with rare earths is presented.
