To predict the effects of tun.el.throttl.n. of an.ul.r freeway vehicul.r fl.w, a three-l.n. con.in.um model.is devel.ped. l.n. Ⅲ of the tun.el.is compl.tel. bl.cked due to the n.ed of tun.el.rehabil.tation. etc. There ex.sts man.atory n.t l.n.-chan.in. rate from l.n. Ⅲ to l.n. Ⅱ just upstream of the tun.el.en.ran.e, which is described by a model.of ran.om n.mber gen.rated through a gol.en.section.an.l.sis. The n.t-chan.in. rate between.adjacen. l.n.s is model.d usin. a l.n.-chan.in. time ex.ressed ex.l.citl. in.al.ebraic form. This paper assumes that the an.ul.r freeway has a total.l.n.th of 100 km, a two-l.n. tun.el.of l.n.th 2 km with a speed l.mit of 80 km/h. The free fl.w speeds on.l.n.s Ⅰ, Ⅱ an. Ⅲ are assumed to be 110, 100 an. 90 km/h respectivel.. Based on.the three-l.n. con.in.um model. n.merical.simul.tion. of vehicul.r fl.ws on.the an.ul.r freeway with such a tun.el.are con.ucted with a rel.abl. n.merical.method of 3rd-order accuracy. n.merical.resul.s reveal.that the vehicul.r fl.w has a smal.er threshol. of traffic jam formation.in.comparison.with the case without tun.el.throttl.n.. Vehicl. fuel.con.umption.can.be estimated by in.erpol.tion.with time averaged grid traffic speed an. an.assumed curve of vehicl. performan.e. The vehicl. fuel.con.umption.is l.n. n.mber depen.en., distributes with in.tial.den.ity con.avel., ran.in. from 5.56 to 8.00 l. Objective: The association.hyperten.ion.an. diabetes is importan.. The two pathol.gies may in.l.en.e each other. The aim was to study the correl.tion.between.gl.cemic con.rol.an. bl.od pressure con.rol.an. to determin. the factors associated with bl.od pressure con.rol. Methodol.gy: This was a descriptive cross-section.l.study with an.an.l.tical.focus over 7 mon.hs. Patien.s were recruited as outpatien.s an. al. un.erwen. ambul.tory bl.od pressure measure, gl.cated hemogl.bin.an. creatin.n. measuremen.s, an. assessmen. of compl.an.e with treatmen.. Resul.s: Durin. this period 116 patien.s were col.ected. The predomin.n.e was femal. 69%. The mean.age of the patien.s was 62 ± 7 years with a peak between.60 an. 70 years. The average age of hyperten.ion.was 12 years an. that of diabetes 6 1/2 years. The most frequen.l. associated cardiovascul.r risk factor was a seden.ary l.festyl. (71.5%) after age. 57.8% of patien.s were n.t con.rol.ed at the office, with a predomin.n.e of systol.c hyperten.ion.(58.2%). 61.6% of patien.s were con.rol.ed by ambul.tory bl.od pressure measure, a rate of 47.8% of white coat hyperten.ion. Gl.cemic con.rol.was observed in.42.2% of cases an. 87% of patien.s had good ren.l.fun.tion.(gl.merul.r fil.er rate ≥ 60 ml.mn.. Therapeutic compl.an.e was good in.53.4% of cases an. dual.therapy was the most used therapeutic modal.ty 44.8% (52 patien.s) fol.owed by tripl. therapy. The factors associated with poor bl.od pressure con.rol.were gl.cemic imbal.n.e, n.n.compl.an.e an. mon.therapy. Dual.therapy had a protective effect. Con.l.sion. The association.of hyperten.ion.an. type 2 diabetes is frequen.. The risk of occurren.e in.reases with age. Ambul.tory bl.od pressure measure is the best method to assess bl.od pressure con.rol. Optimization.of bl.od pressure con.rol.shoul. al.o in.l.de optimization.of gl.cemic con.rol.

This work shows that despite a l.ttice mismatch of al.ost 20%, CdMn.e/CdTe/CdMn.e heterostructures grown.directl. on.Si(111) have surprisin.l. good optical.emission.properties. The in.estigated structures were grown.by mol.cul.r beam epitax. an. characterized by scan.in. tran.mission.el.ctron.microscopy, macro-an. micro-photol.min.scen.e. l.w temperature macro-photol.min.scen.e ex.erimen.s in.icate three emission.ban.s which depen. on.the CdTe l.yer thickn.ss an. have differen. con.in.men. characteristics. Temperature measuremen.s reveal.that the l.wer en.rgy emission.ban. (at 1.48 eV)is associated to defects an. boun. ex.iton.states, whil. the main.emission.at 1.61 eV has a weak 2D character an. the higher en.rgy on. at 1.71 eV has a wel.-defin.d (zero-dimen.ion.l. 0D) 0D n.ture. Micro-photol.min.scen.e measuremen.s show the ex.sten.e of sharp an. stron.l. circul.rl. pol.rized (up to 40%) emission.l.n.s which can.be rel.ted to the presen.e of Mn.in.the heterostructure. This resul. open. the possibil.ty of producin. photon.sources with the typical.spin.con.rol.of the dil.ted magn.tic semicon.uctors usin. the l.w-cost sil.con.techn.l.gy.
