The digital contour enhancement techniques of infrared image are discussed. Emphasis is laid the thermal spread compensation method. On the basis of describing the theory of the method, a model is suggested. The concrete project based on the model for realizing digital contour enhancement of the infrared thermal image is put forward, and some test results are shown.

This paper proposes second-order consensus protocols with time-delays and gives the measure of the robustness of the protocols to the time-delay existing in the network of agents with second-order dynamics. By employing a frequency domain method, it is proven that the information states and their time derivatives of all the agents in the network achieve consensus asymptotically, respectively, for appropriate communication timedelay if the topology of weighted network is connected. Particularly, a tight upper bound on the communication time-delay that can be tolerated in the dynamic network is found. The consensus protocols are distributed in the sense that each agent only needs information from its neighboring agents, which reduces the complexity of connections between neighboring agents significantly. Numerical simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and the sharpness of the theoretical results for second-order consensus in networks in the presence of communication time-delays.

By conducting meta-analysis on the researches of relationship between income level and happiness at home and abroad,this paper researches the relationship between income level and *** results show that the relationship between income level and happiness takes on U-shape curve,and it can be explained from adaptation,social comparison and psychological ***,in order to promote rural residents' income level and strengthen rural residents' happiness in China,corresponding policy suggestions are put forward as follows:bridge gap of urban-rural residents' income distribution;dilute the competitions for money and status among people;perfect rural social security system;endeavor to create a situation in which all rural residents do their best.

This paper discusses the algorithms for achieving global states and self-stabilizationfor communication protocols. It first describes a primary algorithm including its suitability forachieving global states and limitation of self-stabilization for communication protocols, and thenpresents an improved algorithm that can be suitable to achieve global states and can be also usedto self-stabilizing communication protocols. Filially, it gives the proof of correctness and analysis ofcomplexity of the improved algorithm, and verifies its availability and efficiency by illustrating anexample protocol.

基于传感器节点的地理位置信息与网络传输路径的能耗模型分析,提出一种无线传感器网络服务质量(QoS)路由算法.将多跳传输路径中的转发节点序列控制在以源节点与汇聚节点连线的一定区域内,尽量拟合源节点与汇聚节点连线传输,有效控制了传输路径.并对QoS路由算法提出改进,转发节点根据当前实时QoS约束动态地调整传输区域的大小以及优化下一跳选择机制,使传输路径最大程度拟合源节点和汇聚节点之间的连线,达到路径传输能耗最优.仿真实验表明,该QoS路由算法在满足网络QoS约束的同时,节省了网络的能耗,延长了网络生存时间.
