In the field of single-server blind quantum computation(BQC), a major focus is to make the client as classical as possible. To achieve this goal, we propose two single-server BQC protocols to achieve verifiable universal quantum computation. In these two protocols, the client only needs to perform either the gate T(in the first protocol) or the gates H and X(in the second protocol). With assistance from a single server, the client can utilize his quantum capabilities to generate some single-qubit states while keeping the actual state of these qubits confidential from others. By using these single-qubit states, the verifiable universal quantum computation can be achieved.

采用高温固相法制备了Sr3Gd0.5-xTb0.5(BO3)3∶xEu3+系列荧光粉,并研究了其发光性质与能量传递过程。Sr3Gd0.5-xTb0.5(BO3)3∶xEu3+系列荧光粉在300～400 nm的近紫外光有效激发下产生489,544,594,614,624 nm的发射谱线,分别对应于Tb3+和Eu3+的特征跃迁。荧光寿命测试表明,随着Eu3+掺杂浓度的增大,Tb3+寿命逐渐缩短,证实该体系中存在Tb3+→Eu3+的能量传递过程,能量传递效率最大值为20.53%。在对Tb3+和Eu3+的能级结构进行分析的基础上,进一步探讨了Tb3+→Eu3+能量传递过程。Sr3Gd0.5-xTb0.5-(BO3)3∶xEu3+系列荧光粉具有良好的红色发光性质,是潜在的可以应用于白光LED的光转换材料。

The injection and transport characteristics of electrons are enhanced by using sodium chloride （NaC1） as an n-type dopant doped into a 4, 7-diphnenyl-1, lO-phe-nanthroline （Bphen） electron-transporting layer, which improves the performance of organic light-emitting diodes （OLEDs）. Meanwhile, a NaCl-doped Bphen layer can effectively influence electrical characteristics of the devices, and significantly improve the current and power efficiency. The turn-on voltage and the operation voltage of the optimal device are decreased drastically from 6.5 V and 10.8 V to 3.3 V and 5 V, respectively, compared with those of the reference device. The maximum current efficiency and power efficiency of the optimal device are 7.0 cd/A and 4.4 Im/W at the current density of 16.70 mA/cm~, which are about I. 7 and 4 times higher than those of the reference device, respectively. Moreover, the enhancement of the injection and transport ability for electrons is attributed not only to the reduced energy barrier between A1 cathode and Bphen, but also to the increased mobility of electrons by the doping effect of NaCl. Therefore, both the electron injection and transport ability are enhanced, which improve the carrier balance in OLEDs and lead to the better device efficiency.

The Ib subgroup of the bHLH gene family in Arabidopsis contains four members （AtbHLH38, AtbHLH39, AtbHLHIO0, and AtbHLH101）. AtbHLH38 and AtbHLH39 were previously confirmed to interact with FER-like iron deft-ciency induced transcription factor （FIT）, directly functioning in activation of the expression of ferric-chelate reductase FRO2 and high-affinity ferrous iron transporter IRT1. In this work, we characterized the functions of AtbHLH100 and AtbHLH101 in the regulation of the iron-deficiency responses and uptake. Yeast two-hybrid analysis and bimolecular fluorescence complementation assay demonstrated that both AtbHLH100 and AtbHLH101 could interact with FIT. Dual expression of either AtbHLH100 or AtbHLH101 with FIT in yeast cells activated the GUS expression driven by promoters of FRO2 and IRT1. The plants overexpressing FIT together with AtbHLHI01 showed constitutive expression of FRO2 and IRT1 in roots, and accumulated more iron in shoots. Further, the single, double, and triple knockout mutants of AtbHLH38, AtbHLH39, AtbHLH100, and AtbHLH101 were generated and characterized. The FRO2 and IRT1 expression in roots and the iron content in shoots were more drastically decreased in the triple knockout mutant of AtbHLH39, AtbHLH100, and AtbHLH101 than that of the other available double and triple mutants of the four genes. Comparison of the physiological responses as well as the expression of FRO2 and IRT1 in the multiple knockout mutants under iron deficiency revealed that AtbHLH100, AtbHLH38, AtbHLH101, and AtbHLH39 played the gradually increased important role in the iron-deficiency responses and uptake. Taken all together, we conclude that the four Ib subgroup bHLH proteins are required and possess redundant functions with differential significance for activation of iron-deficiency responses and uptake in Arabidopsis.

Background Obstructive sleep apnea （OSA） is a common disease in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS） and associated with an increased risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events. However, most patients in previous study were treated with bare metal stents and the sample sizes were relatively low. The goal of this study was to evaluate the influence of OSA on the severity and prognosis of patients admitted for ACS. Methods In this prospective cohort study, we enrolled patients with ACS who were hospitalized for coronary angiogram/percutaneous coronary intervention and undergone polysomnography. We divided the patients into two groups： moderate to severe OSA group [apnea-hypopnea index （AHI）〉 15 events/h] and control group （AHI ≤ 15 events/h）. They were followed up for up 32 months. Then, we compared the ACS severity and long-term major adverse cardiovascular events （MACE） in patients with different severity of OSA. Results Five hundred and twenty nine patients were included in the final analysis, with 76% of them being men and an average age of 59 ＋ 10 years. The overall mean AHI is 29 ± 19 events/h, 70.5% of them （373/529） being with moderate to severe OSA and 29.5% （156/529） assign into control group. Compared with controls, patients with moderate or severe OSA exhibited a higher prevalence of hypertension as well as higher body mass index, SYNTAX score, Epworth score and length of hospitalization. With a median follow-up duration of 30 months, accumulative rate of MACE was also higher in patients with moderate or severe OSA than that in the control group （8.6% vs. 3.2%, P = 0.028）. After adjusting for baseline confounders by cox regression model, moderate to severe OSA was an independent risk factor of long-term MACE （P = 0.047, HR = 1.618, 95% CI： 1.069-3.869）.
