A novel and promising engineering application of carbon dots:Enhancing the chloride binding performance of cement

Corrosion of reinforcement induced by chloride invasion is extensively considered as the dominating deterioration mechanism of reinforced concrete(RC)structures,leading to serious safety hazards and tremendous economic ***,it still lacks well dispersive and cost-efficient nanomaterials to improve the anti-chloride-corrosion ability of RC ***,specific carbon dots(CDs)with high dispersity and low cost are deliberately designed,successfully prepared by hydrothermal processing,and then firstly applied to immensely enhance chloride binding performance of cement,thereby contributing to suppressing the corrosion of ***,the tailored CDs are composed of the carbon core with highly crystalline sp^(2)C structures and oxygen-containing groups connecting on the carbon core;The typical equilibrium test confirms that with respect to that of the blank cement paste,the chloride binding capacity of cement paste involving 0.2 wt%(by weight of cement)CDs is increased by 109% after 14-day exposure to 3 mol/L Na Cl solution;according to comprehensive analyses of phase compositions,the chloride binding mechanism of CDs-modified cement is rationally attributed to the fact that the incorporation of CDs advances the formation of calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H)gels and Friedel's salt(Fs),thus enormously enhancing the physically adsorbed and chemically bound chloride ions of cement *** work not only firstly provides a novel high-dispersity and low-cost nanomaterial toward the durability enhancement of RC structures,but also broadens the application of CDs in the field of engineering,conducing to stimulating their industrialization development.

山东农村普惠金融发展的量化评估与提升策略

农村普惠金融对于解决农村地区的金融需求,促进农村经济发展具有重要意义。在构建山东农村普惠金融发展评价指标体系的基础上,基于2010—2021年山东省统计数据,利用变异系数法测算了山东农村普惠金融发展水平,采用灰色关联分析法明晰了山东农村普惠金融发展的主要影响因素。研究结果表明:山东农村普惠金融发展水平逐年上升,仍存在提升空间;农村居民可支配收入是影响山东农村普惠金融发展的关键因素,农业发展水平、政府财政支农力度、互联网普及率、农村居民金融素养与城镇化率是影响山东农村普惠金融发展的重要因素。为进一步促进农村普惠金融的发展,政府应继续加强对“三农”的支持,金融机构应不断开发适合农户需求的金融产品并提升服务能力,农村居民需不断提升自身金融素养并积极参与普惠金融。

AIM2炎症复合体活化体系的体外构建及初步应用

AIM2炎症复合体参与自身免疫性疾病和机体抵御病原体的过程,研究其激活机制具有重要的意义。为构建AIM2炎症复合体的体外活化体系,本研究通过PCR方法从人单核细胞(THP-1细胞)中扩增AIM2、ASC、pro-Caspase-1、pro-IL-1β基因片段后,构建重组质粒p3×Flag-AIM2、p3×Flag-ASC、p3×Flag-pro-Caspase-1和p3×Flag-pro-IL-1β,分别转染HEK293T细胞后采用western blot鉴定各蛋白的表达。结果显示,分别约在41.9 ku、34.1 ku、48.5 ku、24.6 ku处出现特异性条带,表明融合Flag标签的AIM2、ASC、Caspase-1和IL-1β蛋白在HEK293T细胞中获得了表达。除此之外,还可以在HEK293T细胞中检测到39 ku的内源性AIM2蛋白特异性条带,表明HEK293T细胞自身也表达内源性AIM2蛋白。将不同浓度比例的上述重组质粒转染或共转染HEK293T细胞,24 h后各组再转染poly(dA:dT),采用间接ELISA检测各组细胞中IL-1β的分泌水平。结果显示,空白对照组、p3×Flag-pro-IL-1β实验组和共转染p3×Flag-ASC、p3×Flag-pro-IL-1β实验组细胞上清中均未检测到IL-1β,共转染p3×Flag-ASC、p3×Flag-pro-Caspase-1、p3×Flag-pro-IL-1β和共转染p3×Flag-AIM2、p3×Flag-ASC、p3×Flag-pro-Caspase-1、p3×Flag-pro-IL-1β的实验组细胞上清中均能检测到高浓度的IL-1β,且共转染p3×Flag-AIM2的HEK293T细胞中IL-1β的分泌水平更高。此外,与对照组相比,poly(dA:dT)刺激后的各组HEK293T细胞中IL-1β的分泌水平极显著升高(P<0.001),表明AIM2炎症复合体的体外活化体系正确构建。将不同浓度的p3×Flag-AIM2与其它质粒共转染HEK293T细胞,并转染poly(dA:dT)作用,采用间接ELISA检测IL-1β的分泌水平,结果显示,无论是否转染poly(dA:dT),随着p3×Flag-AIM2的转染剂量的升高,IL-1β的分泌水平也显著或极显著升高(P<0.001、P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.001),表明细胞中AIM2蛋白的表达量与AIM2炎症复合体的活性呈正相关。单核细胞增生性李斯特菌已被证实可以激活AIM2炎症复合体,利用该菌感染上述炎症复合体活化体系,6 h后采用LDH试剂盒检测各组细胞胞内细菌的存活情况。结果显示,细胞内单核细胞增生性李斯特菌的数量在感染2 h和6 h极显著低于不转染质粒的对照组(P<0.001、P<0.01),表明构建的AIM2炎症复合体活化体系发挥了抗细菌感染的作用。综上所述,本研究正确构建了AIM2炎症复合体活化体系,并初步通过该活化体系证实AIM2炎症复合体具有抗细菌感染的功能,为后续研究该活化体系的具体作用机制奠定了基础。

As the need for energy storage devices escalates,aqueous zincion batteries(ZIBs)have risen as a promising alternative to the widely used Li-ion batteries,offering intrinsic safety,environmental compatibility,and cost advantages,positioning them as attractive energy storage systems for the future[1,2].However,challenges such as dendrite growth on Zn anodes,stemming from uneven electric fields on the surface and active water side reactions,compromise cycling stability and lifespan,posing significant hurdles for the practical application of ZIBs[3,4].To mitigate these issues,strategies like electrolyte optimization,artificial solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)layers,and current collector modifications have been proposed[5,6].Nevertheless,most long-cycle experiments are conducted at low current densities and deposition capacities,with high current density and capacity operations typically lasting less than 1000 h[7].

Let R be a unitary ring and a,b∈R with ab=*** find the 2/3 property of Drazin invertibility:if any two of a,b and a+b are Drazin invertible,then so is the third ***,we combine the 2/3 property of Drazin invertibility to characterize the existence of generalized inverses by means of *** applications,the need for two invertible morphisms used by You and Chen to characterize the group invertibility of a sum of morphisms is reduced to that for one invertible morphism,and the existence and expression of the inverse along a product of two regular elements are obtained,which generalizes the main result of Mary and Patricio(2016)about the group inverse of a product.

Pd-catalyzed asymmetric carbonyl alkynylation:Synthesis of axial chiral ynones

Ynones are important skeletons in bioactive molecules and valuable building blocks for organic synthesis,thus great efforts have been devoted to their ***,introducing prochiral substrates to construct ynones bearing a chiral framework is unrealized to ***,we reported the first example of Pd/SOP-catalyzed asymmetric carbonylative alkynylation via a non-classical carbonylative Sonogashiratype approach(acyl-Pd(Ⅱ)species generated from nucleophiles).By using cyclic diaryliodonium salts as prochiral substrates,various axial chiral ynones with good functional group tolerance(39 examples),satisfied yields(71%-96%)and excellent enantioselectivities(generally 94%-99%ee)were *** of bioactive compounds,scale-up experiment and useful transformations were also conducted to demonstrate the utility of this process.
