MgH2is considered as a promising hydrogen storage material for its high hydrogen storage capacity,low cost and abundant resource ***,the low kinetics and high enthalpy formation of MgH2limit its wide *** the perspective of adding catalysts to enhance the hydrogen storage properties of Mg-MgH2,this article elaborated the main catalysts based on Ti and Nb transition elements,including single oxide catalysts,binary oxides catalysts（combined with Ni,Na,Sr,V,etc.）,multiple catalysts bound to carbon,and composite catalysts with Ti and Nb elements combined with MXene ***,the main pathways of various catalysts to reduce the reaction activity and broaden the hydrogen desorption channel were also *** Ti-based catalysts can enhance the reactive sites of the matrix by forming multivalent states,while Nb-based catalysts broaden the hydrogen reaction channels by forming tiny *** improving the size structure and enhancing the grain size stability,combined with carbon materials should be the future considerations.

Risk of cardiac rupture after acute myocardial infarction is related to a risk of hemorrhage

Although cardiac rupture (CR) is a fatal mechanical complication of acute myocardial infarction (AMI), to date no predictive model for CR has been described. CR has common pathological characteristics with major bleeding. We aimed to investigate the relationship between the risk factors of major bleeding and CR. A total of 10 202 consecutive AMI patients were recruited, and mechanical complications occurred in 72 patients. AMI patients without CR were chosen as control group. Clinical characteristics including bleeding-related factors were compared between the groups. The incidences of free wall rupture (FWR), ventricular septal rupture (VSR), and papillary muscle rupture (PMR) were 0.39%, 0.21%, and 0.09%, respectively, and the hospital mortalities were 92.5%, 45.5%, and 10.0%, respectively. Female proportion and average age were significantly higher in the groups of FWR and VSR than in the control group (Pbin were found in all CR groups (P<0.01). Compared to the control group, patients with CR were more likely to receive an administration of thrombolysis [26.39% vs. 13.19%, P<0.05], and were less likely to be treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) [41.67% vs. 81.60%, P<0.05]. The major bleeding scores (integer scores) of FWR, VSR, and PMR were (17.70±7.24), (21.91±8.33), and (18.60±7.88), respectively, and were significantly higher than that of the control group (11.72±7.71) (P<0.05). A regression analysis identified age, increased heart rate, anemia, higher white blood cell count, and thrombolysis as independent risk factors of CR, most of which were major bleeding-related factors. The patients with CR have a significantly higher risk of hemorrhage compared to the group without CR. Risk of CR after AMI is related to the risk of hemorrhage.

Action recognition has become a current research hotspot in computer *** to other deep learning methods,Two-stream convolutional network structure achieves better performance in action recognition,which divides the network into spatial and temporal streams,using video frame images as well as dense optical streams in the network,respectively,to obtain the category ***,the two-stream network has some drawbacks,i.e.,using dense optical flow as the input of the temporal stream,which is computationally expensive and extremely time-consuming for the current extraction algorithm and cannot meet the requirements of real-time *** this paper,instead of the dense optical flow,the Motion Vectors(MVs)are used and extracted from the compressed domain as temporal features,which greatly reduces the extraction ***,the motion pattern that MVs contain is coarser,which leads to low *** this paper,we propose two strategies to improve the accuracy:firstly,an accumulated strategy is used to enhance the motion information and continuity of MVs;secondly,knowledge distillation is used to fuse the spatial information into the temporal stream so that more information(e.g.,motion details,colors,etc.)is *** results show that the accuracy of MV can be greatly improved by the strategies proposed in this paper and the final recognition for human actions accuracy is guaranteed without using optical flow.

We developed a simple and efficient Cu（II）-catalyzed ligand-free oxidation of diarylmethanes and secondary alcohols using 70% ten-butyl hydroperoxide （TBHP） in water. A series of diarylmethanes were directly oxidized into diaryl ketones in 67%--98% yields. Additionally, various secondary alcohols were also transformed into the desired products in 48%--98% yields. Importantly, the catalytic system in the absence of any organic solvent, surfactant, or phase transfer agent, had a wide substrate scope and a high tolerance for various functional groups.

To meet the ever-increasing demand for the data rates of wireless communications,extremely large-scale antenna array(ELAA)has emerged as one of the candidate technologies for future 6G *** significantly increased number of antennas in ELAA gives rise to near-field communications,necessitating tailored beamforming techniques within the near-field regions to accommodate the spherical-wave propagation *** various array geometries of ELAA,uniform circular array(UCA)has gained much attention for its distinct capability of maintaining uniform beam pattern across different azimuth ***,existing analysis of near-field UCA beamforming indicates that the near-field region severely declines in the broadside of UCA,where the system fails to benefit from near-field *** tackle this problem,the near-field beamforming technique of uniform concentric circular arrays(UCCAs)is investigated in this paper,which has the potential to enlarge the near-field region in the broadside ***,the analysis of beamforming gain in the 3D space with UCA and UCCA is ***,the distinct beamforming characteristics that set UCCA apart from UCA are delineated,revealing the superiority of UCCA in extending the near-field region in broadside at the cost of slightly reduced near-field region in the *** results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis of beamforming gain with UCCA and the enhanced focusing ability of UCCA in the broadside direction.

Polymerﬂooding is an effective method widely applied for enhancing oil recovery(EOR)by reducing the mobility ratio between theinjected water and crude ***,traditional polymers encounter challenges in high salinity reservoirs due to their salt *** this challenge,we synthesized a zwitterion polymer(PAMNS)with salt-induced tackifying property through copolymerization ofacrylamide and a zwitterion monomer,methylacrylamide propyl-N,N-dimethylbutylsulfonate(NS).NS monomer is obtained from thereaction between 1,4-butanesultone and dimethylamino propyl *** this study,the rheological properties,salt responsiveness,and EOR efﬁciency of PAMNS were *** demonstrate that PAMNS exhibits desirable salt-induced tackifyingcharacteristics,with viscosity increasing up to 2.4 times as the NaCl concentration reaches a salinity of 30×10^(4)mg L^(-1).Furthermore,highvalence ions possess a much stronger effect on enhancing viscosity,manifested as Mg^(2+)>Ca^(2+)>Na^(+).Molecular dynamics simulations(MD)andﬂuid dynamics experiment results demonstrate that PAMNS molecules exhibit a more stretched state and enhanced intermolecularassociations in high-salinity *** is because of the salt-induced tackifying,PAMNS demonstrates superior performance inpolymerﬂooding experiments under salinity ranges from 5×10^(4)mg L^(-1)to 20×10^(4)mg L^(-1),leading to 10.38–19.83%higher EOR thantraditional polymers.

Diffuse-type tenosynovial giant cell tumor(dTGCT) is a destructive but rare benign proliferative synovial neoplasm. Although surgery is currently the main treatment modality for dTGCT, the recurrence risk is up to 50%. Therefore, there is a great need for effective drugs against dTGCT with minor side effects. The Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT) signaling plays a central role in rheumatoid arthritis(RA), a disease with similar characteristics as dTGCT, but its function in dTGCT remains *** fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS) and macrophages were isolated from 10 synovial tissue samples from dTGCT patients for the screening and validation of the five clinically approved JAK inhibitors to treat RA against dTGCT. Cell viability, cell death, inflammation and the activity of the JAK family members of cultured dTGCT FLS(both 2-D and 3-D) and macrophages were investigated for the efficacy of the JAK inhibitors. Here, we found that similar to RA, JAK/STAT signaling was markedly activated in the dTGCT synovium. Of the 5 JAK inhibitors, peficitinib was shown to have the most potency in addressing some of the pathological responses of dTGCT FLS and *** potency of peficitinib was much higher than pexidartinib, which is the only FDA-approved drug for dTGCT. Mechanistically, peficitinib inhibited tyrosine kinase 2(TYK2), a JAK family member necessary for the pathological progression of dTGCT FLS and macrophages. In summary, we not only revealed JAK/STAT(especially TYK2) signaling as the major mechanism underlying dTGCT, but also identified peficitinib as a promising drug against dTGCT.

The tropical storm day(TSD)is a combined measure of genesis and *** reflects tropical cyclone(TC)overall activity,yet its variability has rarely been studied,especially *** we show that the global total TSDs exhibit pronounced interannual(3-6 years)and decadal(10 years)variations over the past five-to-six decades without a significant *** leading modes of the interannual and decadal variability of global TSD feature similar patterns in the western Pacific and Atlantic,but different patterns in the Eastern Pacific and the Southern Indian *** interannual and decadal leading modes are primarily linked to El Ni?o-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)and Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO),*** TSDs-ENSO relationship has been steady during the entire 55-year period,but the TSDs-PDO relationship has experienced a breakdown in the 1980 *** find that the decadal variation of TSD in the Pacific is associated with the PDO sea surface temperature(SST)anomalies in the tropical eastern Pacific(PDO-E),while that in the Atlantic and the Indian Ocean is associated with the PDO SST anomalies in the western Pacific(PDO-W).However,the PDO-E and PDO-W SST anomalies are poorly coupled in the 1980 s,and this"destructive PDO"pattern results in a breakdown of the TSDs-PDO *** results here have an important implication for seasonal to decadal predictions of global TSD.
