Traditionally,the Common Law System exercises a legal separation of marital property regime between husband and wife;this regime still has interpretation theory value for functional comparison to that of *** husband-wife personality integration in the early days of the Common Law System goes back to the original agency of necessity similar to that of the daily family agency of the Civil Law System;the aim was to strengthen marital coherence rather than protect ***“daily family needs”should beidentifiedwithoutexcluding the husband-and-wife separation period,and be based on the consumption level during the time that a couple have lived *** current mainstream mode of the Common Law System starts from the“Consensual Approach”under the legal regime of separation of property between husband and wife,and limits the“Purpose Theory”to cases of insufficient consensual ***,thismainstream mode is supplemented by the“Presumption Theory”that only exists as a method of proof,and is similar to the current Chinese position of co-debt and *** a nondebtor consents a debtor to borrow money in the name of husband and wife,this consent can be used as a yardstick to determine their marital community debt and to identify the nature of various debts in the context of marital community debt.

All three forms of constructive delivery, namely, traditio brevi rnanu, traditio longa rnanu, and constitutum possessorium exist in both Chinese law and English law with notable differences in each form. As regards traditio brevi manu, the current unique requirement of the transferee＇s prior possession being ＂legal＂ tender Chinese law cannot be found in or deduced from its English counterpart. As regards traditio longa manu, the major difference between the two jurisdictions is that the third-party possessor＇s attornment is necessary condition for a valid traditio longa manu in English law whereas it is not in Chinese law. As regards constitutum possessorium, while English law accepts a wider scope of scenarios than Chinese law, passing of property in English law by way of constitutum possessorium is only effective between the parties themselves but not viz a viz third parties whereas it is effective in both respects in Chinese law. Compared to a mess in English law regarding the issue of symbolic delivery, the simple, clear and negative attitude towards symbolic delivery in Chinese law is to be applauded, and is to be regarded as a Chinese voice that should be insisted on and be brought into the upcoming Book of Property of the Chinese Civil Code.

Metal surfaces play a crucial role in numerous applications,from self-cleaning and anti-icing to anti-fogging and oil-water *** regulation of their wettability is essential to enhance their performance in these *** paper proposes a multi-state regulation method for metal surface wettability,leveraging nanosecond laser *** creating non-uniform microstructures on a metal surface,the contact area between the solid and liquid phases can be increased,resulting in the attainment of superhydrophilic properties(contact angle(CA),ranging from 4.6°to 8.5°).Conversely,the construction of uniform microstructures leads to a decreased solid-liquid contact area,thereby rendering the metal surface hydrophilic(CA=12.2°–53°).Furthermore,through heat treatment on a surface with uniform microstructures,organic matter adsorption can be promoted while simultaneously reducing surface *** process results in the metal surface acquiring hydrophobic properties(CA=92.1°–133.5°),facilitated by the“air cushion effect.”Building on the hydrophobic surface,stearic acid modification can further reduce surface energy,ultimately bestowing the metal surface with superhydrophobic properties(CA=150.1°–152.7°,and sliding angle=3.8°).Performance testing has validated the durability and self-cleaning effectiveness of the fabricated superhydrophobic surface while also highlighting the excellent anti-fog performance of the superhydrophilic *** findings strongly indicate the immense potential of these surfaces in various engineering applications.

Even though fiduciary duties take the highest position in the spectrum of legal altruism,and legal fiduciary altruism sometimes differs from moral fiduciary altruism,natural law morality is not necessarily useless in helping to explain,determine,and justify concrete rules in fiduciary *** specific inspirations,in addition to divergences,can be drawn by a closer look at the seven basic goods of John Finnis,natural law ***,the basic good of life may help to determine the boundary of the best interest test under the duty of ***,the basic good of play,in particular the distinction between business community and play community may help to justify the separate treatment between civil agency and commercial agency regarding the unconditional power of immediate ***,practical reasonableness may help to explain the rule against set-off under the duty of no ***,different cultural notions of sociability may lead to distinct understandings with regard to the no-profit ***,different attitudes towards knowledge in various religious beliefs may create distinct understandings about the burden of informed consent.

Conventional kinetics theory for diffusion-controlled phase transformation shows that the reverse transition should lag behind the temperature rise through rapid heating,i.e.,overheating is *** this work,we found that theβ-transus temperature decreased by∼50℃ during studying theα→βtransformation in Ti-6Al-4V alloy via electropulsing treatment(EPT).The calculation suggests that the acceleration of transformation kinetics cannot be fully explained by Joule heat and athermal effects of the electromigration effect and electron wind *** microstructural evolution during EPT was systematically investigated utilizing scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron backscattered diffraction(EBSD),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission Kikuchi diffraction(TKD),and transmission electron micro-scope(TEM).Microscopic analysis shows that the nano-sizedωand O'phases formed in theβphase,which causes large numbers of lattice distortion *** defects are conducive to accelerating the bulk diffusion of alloying elements inβ.Moreover,the nanodomains limited the growth of martensite,therefore nanocrystalline martensite formed after *** findings develop the understanding of the destructive effect of current on metallic crystal,which will help to guide microstructural regulation in titanium and other alloys.

The insulation performance of oil paper insulation is significantly affected by moisture such that monitoring moisture content is ***,it is difficult to obtain the moisture content accurately due to its dynamic change under multi physical *** the moisture transportation in oil paper insulation under multi physical fields becomes a vital method in solving the problem.A multi physical model describing moisture migration was proposed,which considered the effects of temperature on moisture in different existing states in oil-immersed paper(OIP).The temperature distribution formed a vapour pressure gradient to drive moisture migration and affected migration ***,experiments and simulations of moisture migration were performed,which showed that the experiments were in good agreement with *** results revealed that the temperature gradient caused uneven moisture distribution and the increased temperature reduced OIP moisture *** established model could fully characterise moisture migration under temperature gradient,which provided a theoretical reference for predicting the risk of partial dampness and evaluating insulation performance.

The distribution, optically stimulated luminescence dating and granulometric properties suggest that the loess on the northern flank of Tian Shan should be divided into two types. One which is like mantle and is named type A, is located on the windward slopes and dated to about 54.5±5.73 Ka. The other, called type B, lies flatly on the terraces of the rivers or low hills and penetrated 30.8±2.05 Ka ago. Here we study the origin and the age of two types of loess, and a model of loess formation is proposed. The dust was entrained from the Gobi Desert located to the north of Tian Shan by the monsoon from Mongolia, obstructed by the high mountains and deposited on the windward slopes of the mountains. The rivers and flows then transported the aeolian loess to low terraces and piedmont alluvial plains.

Selective laser melting(SLM)is one of the most popular addi-tive manufacturing(AM)*** a near-net shape man-ufacturing method,it offers many advantages from the manufac-turing perspective and has attracted more and more current re-search interests in fabricating the workhorse titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4 V[1].Since the high cooling rate of the molten pool and complicated thermal cycle will result in a fine and metastableαmicrostructure,generally,post-process is required to optimize the microstructure for the widespread application *** iso-static pressing(HIP)and traditional heat treatment are the main post-treatments for the SLM-built Ti-6Al-4 V component[2].How-ever,HIP is a high-cost process and most heat treatments could not achieve a microstructure with high strength-ductility synergy and thermostability,e.g.,sub-transus water quenched microstruc-ture showed superior mechanical properties,but the martensite is far from thermodynamic equilibrium;the sup-transus air cooled microstructure has high thermostability but exhibits low elonga-tion[3,4].

Two-dimensional layered material/semiconductor heterostructures have emerged as a category of fascinating architectures for developing highly efficient and low-cost photodetection ***,we present the construction of a highly efficient flexible light detector operating in the visible-near infrared wavelength regime by integrating a PdTe2 multilayer on a thin Si film.A representative device achieves a good photoresponse performance at zero bias including a sizeable current on/off ratio exceeding 105,a decent responsivity of~343 mA/W,a respectable specific detectivity of~2.56×10^(12)Jones,and a rapid response time of 4.5/379μs,under 730 nm light *** detector also displays an outstanding long-term air stability and operational *** addition,thanks to the excellent flexibility,the device can retain its prominent photodetection performance at various bending radii of curvature and upon hundreds of bending ***,the large responsivity and rapid response speed endow the photodetector with the ability to accurately probe heart rate,suggesting a possible application in the area of flexible and wearable health monitoring.

Ships and other mobile pollution sources emitted massive ultrafine and low-resistivity particles containing black carbon(BC),which were harmful to human health and were difficult to capture by conventional electrostatic precipitators(ESPs).In this study,nanoscale carbon black was adopted as simulated particles(SP)with similar physicochemical properties for black carbon emitted from ships(SP-BC)to investigate the feasibility of using an ESP with square-grooved collecting plates for the removal of SP-BC at low *** increased applied voltage significantly improved the total collection of SP-BC whereas may also promote the conversion of relatively larger particle size SP-BC into nano-size below *** outlet number concentration of SP-BC under 27 kV at 130℃was three times that of the *** the reduction of the flow rate could strengthen the capture of SP-BC below20 nm,and under the combined action of low flow rate and maximum applied voltage,the collection efficiency of 20-100 nm SP-BC could exceed 90%.In addition,the escape and capture characteristics of SP-BC under long-term rapping were *** square-grooved collecting plate could effectively restrain the re-entrainment of collected SP-BC generated by rapping,and the nanoscale SP-BC was trapped in the grooves after *** results could provide insights into the profound removal of massive nanoscale black carbon emissions from mobile sources.
