Background:Aurora kinases(AURKs)family plays a vital role not only in cell division but also in ***,there are still rare systematic analyses of the diverse expression patterns and prognostic value of the AURKs family in breast cancer(BC).Systematic bioinformatics analysis was conducted to explore the biological role,prognostic value,and immunologic function of AURKs family in ***:The expression,prognostic value,and clinical functions of AURKs family in BC were evaluated with several bioinformatics web portals:ONCOMINE Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis,Kaplan-Meier plotter,cBioPortal,Metascape,GeneMANIA,and LinkedOmics;and the result was verified using human ***:The expression of AURKA and AURKB were upregulated in BC in subgroup analyses based on tumor stage(all P<0.05).BC patients with high AURKA and AURKB expression had a worse overall survival,relapse-free survival,and distant metastasisfree survival(all P<0.05).Verification experiment revealed that AURKA and AURKB were upregulated in BC(P<0.05).AURKA and AURKB were specifically associated with several tumor-associated kinases(polo-like kinase 1 and cyclin-dependent kinase 1),miRNAs(miR-507 and miR-381),and E2F transcription factor ***,AURKA and AURKB were correlated with immune cell *** enrichment analysis revealed that AURKA and AURKB were involved in the cell cycle signaling pathway,platinum drug resistance signaling pathway,ErbB signaling pathway,Hippo signaling pathway,and nucleotide-binding and oligomerization domain-like receptor signaling ***:Aurora kinases AURKA and AURKB could be employed as novel prognostic biomarkers or promising therapeutic targets for BC.

Although local governments in China are encouraging the development of blockchain technology,the regional clustering of the blockchain industry still shows obvious *** use blockchain industry-related data during the period 2012–2019 to calculate the blockchain industrial clustering of each province in *** find that the clustering state of the blockchain industry is quite different from the state of other industries and the situation of economic development in the same *** less-developed regions,the blockchain industry is more prominent,which may benefit from local government *** conduct an empirical analysis on the relationship between blockchain industrial clustering and regional government management using the generalized method of moments(GMM)of a dynamic *** results show that government management has a positive promoting effect on local blockchain industrial clustering as a whole,among which the promotion from economy,technology,infrastructure and policy is more significant.

Electrical Properties of Compositional Al₂O₃ Supplemented HfO₂ Thin Films by Atomic Layer Deposition

With advanced research for dielectrics including capacitors in DRAMs, decoupling filters in microcircuits and insulating gates in transistors, a lot of demand for the new challenging of high-k materials in semiconductor industries has been emerged. This study explores and addresses the experimental approach for composite materials with one of the major concerns of high capacitance, and low leakage, as well as ease of integration technology. The characteristics of Al2O3 supported HfO2 (AHO) thin films for a series of different Hf ratios with Al2O3 dielectrics by atomic layer deposition demonstrated as a candidate material. A composite AHO films with the homogeneous compositions of Al and Hf atoms into the Al-Hf-O mixed oxide system could stabilize the polycrystalline structure with increasing of dielectric constant (k) and decreasing of leakage current density, as well as a higher breakdown voltage than HfO2 film on its own. 70 nm thick AHO thin films with different composition of Al and Hf contents were prepared by atomic layer deposition technique on titanium nitride (TiN) and silicon dioxide (SiO2) coated Si substrates. Photolithography and metal lift-off technique were used for the device fabrication of the metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitor structures. AHO films on TiN/SiO2/Si were measured by semiconductor analyzer and source/ measure system with probe station in the voltage range from -5 to 5 V with a frequency range from 10 kHz to 1 MHz were used to conduct capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements with low/medium frequency range and current-voltage (I-V) measurements. It was found that Au/AHO/TiN/SiO2/Si MIM capacitors demonstrate a capacitance density of 1.5 - 4.5 fF/μm2 at 10 kHz, a loss tangent of 0.02 - 0.04 at 10 kHz, dielectric constant of 11.7 - 35.5 depending on the composition and a low leakage current of 1.7 × 10-9 A/cm2

为研究杨梅发酵酒贮藏过程中色泽及风味变化,本实验采用气相离子迁移谱仪、色差计、电子舌和感官评价方法探究酚酸类物质对杨梅发酵酒的辅色作用、挥发性风味变化和感官指标的影响。结果表明:单宁酸、阿魏酸、芥子酸均对杨梅发酵酒具有辅色作用,减缓了a、C值和ΔE值的变化趋势,明显增强了杨梅发酵酒贮藏期间色泽稳定性;通过气相离子迁移谱技术分析添加酚酸类物质杨梅发酵酒与对照组挥发性风味物质的二维、三维谱图和指纹图谱,发现添加酚酸类物质杨梅发酵酒在挥发性风味物质组成和含量上与对照组差异不明显;电子舌分析能够很好地区分对照组与添加酚酸类物质的杨梅发酵酒;添加芥子酸辅色的杨梅发酵酒更接近对照组杨梅发酵酒的感官品质。因此,宜选用芥子酸作为杨梅发酵酒的辅色剂。

Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells have generated wide interest due to the rapid development of their photovoltaic conversion ***,the majority of the reported devices have been fabricated via spin coating with a device areaof<1 *** this study,we fabricated a wide-bandgap formamidi-nium lead bromide(FAPbBr3)film using a cost-effective,high-yielding doctor-blade-coating *** effects of different surfactants,such as I-α-phosphatidylcholine,polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate,sodium lauryl sulfonate,and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide,were studied during the printing *** the optimization of the blading temperature,crystal sizes of over 10μm and large-area perovskite films of5cm×5 cm were obtained using this *** printed FAPbBr3 solar cells exhibited a short-circuit current density of 8.22 mA/cm2,an open-circuit voltage of 1.175 V,and an efficiency of 7.29%.Subsequently,we replaced the gold with silver nanowires as the top electrode to prepare a semitransparent perovskite solar cell with an average transmittance(400-800 nm)of 25.42%,achieving a high-power efficiency of 5.11%.This study demonstrates efficient doctor-blading printing for preparing large-area FAPbBr3 films that possess high potential for applications in building integrated photovoltaics.

Catalytic performance enhancement by alloying Pd with Pt on ordered mesoporous manganese oxide for methane combustion

Ordered mesoporous Mn2O3 (meso‐Mn2O3) and meso‐Mn2O3‐supported Pd, Pt, and Pd‐Pt alloy x(PdyPt)/meso‐Mn2O3; x = (0.10?1.50) wt%; Pd/Pt molar ratio (y) = 4.9?5.1 nanocatalysts were prepared using KIT‐6‐templated and poly(vinyl alcohol)‐protected reduction methods, *** meso‐Mn2O3 had a high surface area, i.e., 106 m2/g, and a cubic crystal structure. Noble‐metalnanoparticles (NPs) of size 2.1?2.8 nm were uniformly dispersed on the meso‐Mn2O3 surfaces. AlloyingPd with Pt enhanced the catalytic activity in methane combustion; 1.41(Pd5.1Pt)/meso‐Mn2O3gave the best performance; T10%, T50%, and T90% (the temperatures required for achieving methaneconversions of 10%, 50%, and 90%) were 265, 345, and 425 °C, respectively, at a space velocity of20000 mL/(g?h). The effects of SO2, CO2, H2O, and NO on methane combustion over1.41(Pd5.1Pt)/meso‐Mn2O3 were also examined. We conclude that the good catalytic performance of1.41(Pd5.1Pt)/meso‐Mn2O3 is associated with its high‐quality porous structure, high adsorbed oxygen species concentration, good low‐temperature reducibility, and strong interactions between Pd‐Pt alloy NPs and the meso‐Mn2O3 support.

Antibody–drug conjugates(ADCs)take the advantage of monoclonal antibodies to selectively deliver highly potent cytotoxic drugs to tumor cells,which have become a powerful measure for cancer treatment in recent *** develop a more effective therapy for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive cancer,we explored a novel ADCs composed of anti-HER2 scFv–HSA fusion antibodies conjugates with a potent cytotoxic drug *** resulting ADCs,T-SA1–DM1 and T-SA2–DM1(drug-to-antibody ratio in the range of 3.2–3.5)displayed efficient inhibition in the growth of HER2-positive tumor cell lines and the half-maximal inhibitory concentration on SKBR-3 and SKOV3 cells were both at the nanomolar levels in *** HER2-positive human ovarian cancer xenograft models,T-SA1–DM1 and T-SA2–DM1 also showed remarkable antitumor ***,three out of six mice exhibited complete remission without regrowth in the high-dose group of T-SA1–*** the basis of the analysis of luminescence imaging,anti-HER2 scFv–HSA fusion antibodies,especially T-SA1,showed strong and rapid tumor tissue penetrability and distribution compared with ***,the novel type of ADCs is effective and selective targeting to HER2-positive cancer,and may be a promising antitumor drug candidate for further studies.

High myopia has long been highly prevalent worldwide with a largely yet unexplained genetic *** identify novel susceptibility genes for axial length(AL)in highly myopic eyes,a genome-wide association study(GWAS)was performed using the genomic dataset of 350 deep whole-genome sequencing data from highly myopic *** single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)were functionally *** staining,quantitative polymerase chain reaction,and western blot were performed using neural retina of form-deprived myopic *** analyses were further *** identified the four top SNPs and found that ADAM Metallopeptidase With Thrombospondin Type 1 Motif 16(ADAMTS16)and Phosphatidylinositol Glycan Anchor Biosynthesis Class Z(PIGZ)had the potential of clinical *** experiments confirmed that PIGZ expression could be observed and showed higher expression level in form-deprived mice,especially in the ganglion cell *** messenger RNA(mRNA)levels of both ADAMTS16 and PIGZ were significantly higher in the neural retina of form-deprived eyes(p=0.005 and 0.007 respectively),and both proteins showed significantly upregulated expression in the neural retina of deprived eyes(p=0.004 and 0.042,respectively).Enrichment analysis revealed a significant role of cellular adhesion and signal transduction in AL,and also several AL-related pathways including circadian entrainment and inflammatory mediator regulation of transient receptor potential channels were *** conclusion,the current study identified four novel SNPs associated with AL in highly myopic eyes and confirmed that the expression of ADAMTS16 and PIGZ was significantly upregulated in neural retina of deprived *** analyses provided novel insight into the etiology of high myopia and opened avenues for future research interest.
