基于跨学科主题教学促进目标素养化、课程综合化、教学生活化是各国当前教育教学改革的一项重要举措和关键环节。但在精确目标、分科设课、分立教学已经成为各国教育教学实施与评价常态化的前提下,有效落实跨学科主题教学并非易事。在跨学科主题教学形塑与发展的百年历程中,跨学科主题教学主要历经了蛰伏于课程整合的萌芽时期、映现于综合学习的探索时期、繁荣于核心素养的发展时期三个阶段。各国累积了大量的开展跨学科主题教学的理念与实践经验,积极借鉴与学习这些经验是助力解决当前困扰各国跨学科主题教学问题的宝贵资源。

为明确横向负弯矩作用下,剪力键形式、接缝设置情形、配筋率和钢混界面黏结状态等参数对钢-超高性能混凝土(ultra-high-performance concrete,UHPC)组合板受力性能的影响,完成了8块组合板局部足尺模型静力弯曲试验及有限元参数分析。试验结果表明:开孔板(perfobond leiste,PBL)试件的名义开裂强度(对应最大裂缝宽度为0.05 mm)较栓钉试件提高16.8%;矩形齿缝试件的名义开裂强度较整浇试件降低16%~23%;UHPC层钢筋配筋率从1.96%增加到2.82%时,名义开裂强度提高16.2%;钢板-UHPC界面涂油除黏PBL试件的初裂强度和名义开裂强度较界面黏结试件分别降低10.1%和5.8%。数值分析结果表明:PBL贯穿钢筋的存在、PBL和栓钉间距的减小能有效提高组合板的开裂后刚度;PBL开孔钢板上的孔径和孔间距对组合板的受力性能影响较小。

Phase I safety and pharmacokinetic study of bevacizumab in Chinese patients with advanced cancer

Background bevacizumab is a humanized recombinant vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） monoclonal antibody, which specifically binds to VEGF and inhibits tumor cell growth, proliferation and metastasis. We aimed to investigate the safety and pharmacokinetics of bevacizumab in Chinese patients with advanced cancer. Methods Thirty-nine Chinese patients with metastatic or relapsed cancers who failed prior therapy were enrolled in this phase I study of bevacizumab. Bevacizumab was infused by a calculated pump at doses from 5 mg/kg to 15 mg/kg in 90 minutes. Patients underwent serial pharmacokinetic evaluations. Patients that received at least one infusion of bevacizumab were included in the safety *** Thirty-five patients finished all 5 infusions following protocol. One patient withdrew after 3 infusions due to grade 3 proteinuria. Common adverse events possibly related to the study drug were proteinuria （17/39, 43.6%）, hypertension （13/39, 33.3%）, gingival bleeding （7/39, 17.9%）, epistaxis （6/39, 15.4%）, pharyngeal inflammation （6/39, 15.4%）, fatigue （6/39,15.4%） and stomatitis （4/39,10.3%）. Bevacizumab pharmacokinetics was linear within the range of 5 mg/kg q2w-10 mg/kg q2w and 15 mg/kg q3w. CL （clearance）, Vd （volume of distribution at elimination） and Vss （volume of diatribution at steady state） were similar after single and multiple doses at 5,10 and 15 mg/kg. Conclusions Bevacizumab is well tolerated in Chinese patients. No unexpected adverse events were observed. There is no racial difference in the pharmacokinetics.

In this editorial,we commented on the article published in the recent issue of the World Journal of *** cardiomyopathy(DCM)is characterized by myocardial fibrosis,ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic dysfunction in diabetic patients,which can cause heart failure and threaten the life of *** pathogenesis of DCM has not been fully clarified,and it may involve oxidative stress,inflammatory stimulation,apoptosis,and *** is lack of effective therapies for DCM in the clinical *** have been widely used in the clinical practice for years mainly to reduce cholesterol and stabilize arterial plaques,and exhibit definite cardiovascular protective *** have shown that statins also have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant *** were particularly concerned about the recent findings that atorvastatin alleviated myocardial fibrosis in db/db mice by regulating the antioxidant stress and antiinflammatory effects of macrophage polarization on diabetic myocardium,and thereby improving DCM.

To the Editor: Pancreatic cancer is the fourth leading cause of cancer mortality in the United States [ 1, 2 ]. Risk factors of pancreatic cancer include smoking, family history of chronic pancreatitis, advanced age, male, diabetes mellitus, and obesity [1]. Most of patients have no obvious symptoms in the early stage, and are often diagnosed in the late stage and accompanied by invasion of surrounding tissues and distant metastasis, such as local lymph nodes, liver, lung and peritoneum [ 1, 3 ]. Therefore, the prognosis is poor.

Maintenance is an important technical measure to maintain and restore the performance status of equipment and ensure the safety of the production process in industrial production,and is an indispensable part of prediction and health ***,most of the existing remaining useful life(RUL)prediction methods assume that there is no maintenance or only perfect maintenance during the whole life cycle;thus,the predicted RUL value of the system is obviously lower than its actual operating *** complex environment of the system further increases the difficulty of maintenance,and its maintenance nodes and maintenance degree are limited by the construction period and working conditions,which increases the difficulty of RUL *** RUL prediction method for a multi-omponent system based on the Wiener process considering maintenance is *** performance degradation model of components is established by a dynamic Bayesian network as the initial model,which solves the uncertainty of insufficient data *** on the experience of experts,the degree of degradation is divided according to Poisson process simulation random failure,and different maintenance strategies are used to estimate a variety of condition maintenance *** example of a subsea tree system is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

为了探究软土地区某地铁高架结构不均沉降发展特性,选取某地铁运营线高架段,进行了为期2年的沉降观测,观测结构包括:高架车站、高架区间的简支梁桥与2座大跨连续梁桥;分析了地铁高架结构的桥墩、道床不均匀沉降特征及其影响因素,研究了地铁高架线路在建设期与运营期沉降的发展规律。分析结果表明:该线路运营2年后,桥墩累计沉降(相对运营开始的沉降)最大值为12.4mm,并仍有继续发展趋势,地铁周边的建筑工程活动使全线共形成6个明显的沉降槽,总体上相邻桥墩差异沉降小于2 mm;高架车站的桥墩沉降以建设期为主,建设期最大累计沉降为17.5mm,建设期与运营期最大累计总沉降为18.8mm;在建设期与运营期高架区间桥墩沉降无明显差异,建设期最大累计沉降为14.2mm,建设期与运营期最大累计总沉降为23.9mm;高架区间简支梁桥上的道床板大部分为上拱变形,最大变形为8.9mm,而大跨连续梁桥主跨上的道床板下挠变形较显著,跨径为129m的连续梁桥道床板最大挠曲变形达29.2mm。

The effect of stress-relief annealing at different stages of thermal fatigue tests on crack growth was investigated using a self-built thermal cycle *** results showed that annealing could limit crack expansion *** reduced dislocation density and released the accumulation of residual *** addition,the strain accumulation in carbides was reduced by this *** was also found that double annealing was even more effective at inhibiting crack expansion compared to single stress-relief *** 1000 cycles,the maximum crack length was reduced by 31.1%and 45.2%for the samples after using the optimal single and double annealing processes,*** single stress-relief annealing,earlier annealing provides more benefit in delaying crack ***,effective double stress-relief annealing requires a suitable time interval between the annealing ***,after 800 cycles,surface hardness decreased significantly accompanied by an increase in the size and number of carbides,and cracks expanded predominantly along grain boundaries.

Tumor cell clusters are regarded as critical factors in cancer pathophysiology,and increasing evidence of their higher treatment resistance and metastasis compared to single tumor cells has been ***,existing cell separation methods that are designed for single tumor cells cannot be used to simultaneously purify tumor cell *** address this problem,we demonstrated a microfluidic approach for the high-throughput,continuous-flow ternary separation of single tumor cells,tumor cell clusters,and WBCs from clinical pleural or abdominal effusions by coupling slanted spiral channels and periodic contraction-expansion *** first systematically explored the influence of particle size and flow rate on particle *** separation performance indicated that 94.0%of WBCs were removed and more than 97%of MDA-MB-231 tumor cells were recovered at a high flow rate of 3500µL/***,more than 90%of tumor cell clusters were effectively preserved after ***,we successfully applied our device for the ternary separation of single tumor cells,tumor cell clusters,and WBCs from different malignant effusions collected from patients with metastatic ***,our spiral-contraction-expansion device has potential as a sample pretreatment tool for the cytological diagnosis of malignant effusions.
