In order to improve the efficiency of energy utilization,the integrated energy system(IES)has emerged.The IES typically acts as a whole system during operations,the subsystems are separated,and the interests of each system are independent.In this paper,considering the relationship between the various energy systems,non-cooperative game theory is used to establish the optimal dispatch model.The proposed model mainly relies on the relationship between the cooperation and competition among various subsystems to obtain the maximum benefit they can accept.Furthermore,the basic definition is combined with the particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the problem.The results show that the optimization strategy proposed in this paper can operate safely and reliably,and effectively distribute the benefits of each energy system.

On-device training for deep neural networks(DNN) has become a trend due to various user preferences and scenarios. The DNN training process consists of three phases, feedforward(FF), backpropagation(BP), and weight gradient(WG) update. WG takes about one-third of the computation in the whole training process. Current training accelerators usually ignore the special computation property of WG and process it in a way similar to FF/BP. Besides, the extensive data sparsity existing in WG, which brings opportunities to save computation, is not well explored. Nevertheless, exploiting the optimization opportunities would meet three underutilization problems, which are caused by(1) the mismatch between WG data dimensions and hardware parallelism,(2) the full sparsity, i.e., the sparsity of feature map(Fmap),error map(Emap), and gradient, and(3) the workload imbalance resulting from irregular sparsity. In this paper, we propose a specific architecture for sparse weight gradient(SWG) computation. The architecture is designed based on hierarchical unrolling and sparsity-aware(HUSA) dataflow to exploit the optimization opportunities of the special computation property and full data sparsity. In HUSA dataflow, the data dimensions are unrolled hierarchically on the hardware architecture. A valid-data trace(VDT) mechanism is embedded in the dataflow to avoid the underutilization caused by the two-sided input sparsity. The gradient is unrolled in PE to alleviate the underutilization induced by output sparsity while maintaining the data reuse opportunities. Besides, we design an intra-and inter-column balancer(IIBLC) to dynamically tackle the workload imbalance problem resulting from the irregular sparsity. Experimental results show that with HUSA dataflow exploiting the full sparsity, SWG achieves a speedup of 12.23× over state-of-the-art gradient computation architecture, Train Ware. SWG helps to improve the energy efficiency of the state-of-the-art training accelerator LNPU from 7.56 to 10.58 TOPS/W.

The classical Alexander’s Theorem states that every proper holomorphic self-mapping of a complex unit ball of dimension at least 2 is an automorphism. Since then, the study of proper holomorphic mappings has become an important topic in several complex variables. Bounded symmetric domains, which include the complex unit balls, are among the most important domains in complex Euclidean spaces, due to the fact that they possess a lot of symmetries and are the universal covering spaces of various important mathematical objects. Henkin and Novikov proved that the analogue of Alexander’s Theorem is also true for irreducible bounded symmetric domains of higher rank. These rigidity results for proper holomorphic mappings among bounded symmetric domains have been, by the efforts of a lot of people, extended to the cases with positive co-dimension or rank difference. The purpose of this article is to give a survey for these developments. In addition, we also include a section discussing some generalizations to the Hartogs domains over irreducible bounded symmetric domains.

Nitrogen(N)deposition is a significant aspect of global change and poses a threat to terrestrial biodiversity.The impact of plant-soil microbe relationships to N deposition has recently attracted considerable attention.Soil microorganisms have been proven to provide nutrients for specific plant growth,especially in nutrient-poor desert steppe ecosystems.However,the effects of N deposition on plant-soil microbial community interactions in such ecosystems remain poorly understood.To investigate these effects,we conducted a 6-year N-addition field experiment in a Stipa breviflora Griseb.desert steppe in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,China.Four N treatment levels(N0,N30,N50,and N100,corresponding to 0,30,50,and 100 kg N/(hm2•a),respectively)were applied to simulate atmospheric N deposition.The results showed that N deposition did not significantly affect the aboveground biomass of desert steppe plants.N deposition did not significantly reduce the alfa-diversity of plant and microbial communities in the desert steppe,and low and mediate N additions(N30 and N50)had a promoting effect on them.The variation pattern of plant Shannon index was consistent with that of the soil bacterial Chao1 index.N deposition significantly affected the beta-diversity of plants and soil bacteria,but did not significantly affect fungal communities.In conclusion,N deposition led to co-evolution between desert steppe plants and soil bacterial communities,while fungal communities exhibited strong stability and did not undergo significant changes.These findings help clarify atmospheric N deposition effects on the ecological health and function of the desert steppe.

背景：免疫组织化学标记物有助于肿瘤诊断及预后评估。通过对硝基酪氨酸分析及采用一氧化氮合成酶1（NOS1）、一氧化氮合成酶2（NOS2）、一氧化氮合成酶3（NOS3）检测分析可了解一氧化氮（NO）与肿瘤的相关性。NO与超氧阴离子反应产生的过氧亚硝酸对基因有毒性作用，过氧亚硝酸传递一个硝基基团到酪氨酸的苯环上形成硝基酪氨酸。细胞内硝基酪氨酸的积累说明过氧亚硝酸持续生成。NO刺激所生成的环氧化酶-2（COX-2）与肿瘤内新生血管水平相关，研究表明新生血管影响肿瘤预后，免疫组化标记CD34可表示微血管生成，从而被用于预测肿瘤预后。本研究检测上述标记物在软骨肉瘤中的表达并分析与软骨肉瘤分级和预后的相关性。方法：101例软骨肉瘤患者肿瘤组织样本采用甲醛固定，组织样本采用免疫组织化学染色，指标为：NOS1、NOS2、NOS3、COX-2、硝基酪氨酸和CD34。5例正常软骨样本作为对照。研究分析患者特征、手术变量、肿瘤分级与这些指标的相关性。使用Kaplan—Meier多变量统计学方法分析生存曲线及生存率。结果：硝基酪氨酸、COX-2和CD34与组织学分级有明显相关性（p=0．022，p=0．014，p=0．028），但与总体预后无相关性（p=0．064，p=0．143，p=0．581）。NOS2阳性表达常预示较高的局部复发率（p=0．038）。NOS1、NOS2阳性表达预示较低的生存率（p=0．007，p〈0．001）。通过多变量分析处理，NOS2的表达被证实可作为局部复发率的独立预后判断因素；NOS1、NOS2的表达作为因变量，它们单独或复合阳性表达常与较低的总生存率有关（p=0．046，p=0．004）[危险率，3．17（95％置信区间，1．0-9．8）和5．58（95％置信区间，1．7-18．0）]。

Attributing to the rapid demand expansion for the edible medicinal materials in the market,the limited throughput of highperformance liquid chromatography-multiple reaction monitoring(HPLC-MRM)cannot fully address the measurement workload for a huge number of testing samples.Hence,it is urgent to pursue more efficient approaches for the quality evaluation.Because of the greater selectivity of MRM cubed(MRM^(3))over MRM,there might be a chance to omit the time-intensive LC separation.In current study,we attempted to develop a direct infusion(DI)-MRM^(3) program,and the applicability was thereafter assessed through simultaneous determination of four ganoderic acids(GAs)in one of the most famous tonic herbal medicines namely Ganoderma(Chinese name:Lingzhi).Primary parameters such as Q1>Q3>QLIT ion transitions,collision energy(CE),and excitation energy were optimized by programming online energy-resolved mass spectrometry with authentic compounds.A single DI-MRM measurement merely costed four minutes,and in spite of the wide occurrences of isomers,satisfactory selectivity was achieved.Method validation assays demonstrated the method to be sensitive,precise,accurate,and reproducible.The quantitative results from DI-MRM^(3) were also justified by conducting LC-MRM measurements in parallel.Significant differences occurred for the content patterns between the two original sources namely Ganoderma lucidum and G.sinense,and,moreover,either cultivar or harvest time showed dramatical influence on the quantitative features of the four targeted GAs.More importantly,DI-MRM3 is a meaningful analytical option for rapid quantitative analysis of herbal medicines,because of the comparable reliability,nonetheless,less consumptions of both measurement time and solvent,compared with LC-MRM.

A rice exocyst subunit gene SEC3A is required for anther dehiscence

Anther dehiscence controls optimal interaction between pollen and stigma,thereby determining the successful sexual reproduction.The regulators or mechanisms of this process remain elusive.Here,two CRISPR/Cas9 mutants of a rice exocyst subunit gene SEC3A,sec3a-1 and sec3a-2,showed anther indehiscence at anthesis and male sterility at maturity.Pollen viability and germination in the mutants were partly defective,whereas their female gametes undergone a normal development.Hybrid or self-pollinated seeds could be produced by artificial pollination,suggesting potential use of a weak sec3a mutant as a female line during hybrid breeding.SEC3A is widely expressed in various tissues,including anther walls.Further results showed an excessive IAA accumulation and no endothecium lignification in sec3a-1/2 anthers.Our findings suggest that SEC3A appears to regulate anther dehiscence by modulating auxin signaling,providing insights into regulation of anther dehiscence and function of exocyst in plants.

Background and purpose To analyse the long-term risk of ischaemic stroke and the clinical effects of antithrombotics on the risk of haemorrhagic stroke in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted using a population-based database taken from Taiwan National Health Insurance Research Database.Patients with SLE between 2000 and 2008 were registered and matched with two controls by the index date,age,gender and Charlson Comorbidity Index(CCI).These subjects were followed until either stroke event or 31 December 2013.Adjusted HRs(aHRs)for strokes were estimated with Cox regression models,and the cumulative incidence of ischaemic stroke was analysed by log-rank test and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis.Results In total,8310 patients with SLE and 16620 patients without SLE were included.In general,patients with SLE had higher rates of ischaemic stroke(5.4%vs 3.3%)and haemorrhagic stroke(1.5%vs 0.6%)than in controls.In multivariate analysis adjusted to age,gender,CCI,urbanisation level and antithrombotics uses,aHRs of all strokes,ischaemic stroke and haemorrhagic stroke were 1.73(95%CI:1.54 to 1.94),1.65(95%CI:1.45 to 1.87)and 2.24(95%CI:1.71 to 2.95),respectively,in patients with SLE.Patients with SLE were significantly more likely to suffer ischaemic stroke than patients without SLE,even 10 years after SLE diagnosis(6.12%vs 3.50%,p<0.001).Antiplatelet use increased the risk of haemorrhagic stroke in SLE group(aHR=1.74,95%CI:1.18 to 2.57).Conclusions Patients with SLE are at greater risk of developing ischaemic stroke that lasts for 10 years.Antiplatelets should be carefully administered to prevent cardiovascular events in patients with SLE due to the risk of haemorrhagic stroke.

Owing to the capability of the conversion between thermal energy and electrical energy and their advantages of light weight,compactness,noise-free operation,and precision reliability,wearable thermoelectrics show great potential for diverse applications.Among them,weavable thermoelectrics,a subclass with inherent flexibility,wearability,and operability,find utility in harnessing waste heat from irregular heat sources.Given the rapid advancements in this field,a timely review is essential to consolidate the progress and challenge.Here,we provide an overview of the state of weavable thermoelectric materials and devices in wearable smart textiles,encompassing mechanisms,materials,fabrications,device structures,and applications from recent advancements,challenges,and prospects.This review can serve as a valuable reference for researchers in the field of flexible wearable thermoelectric materials and devices and their applications.
