Multi-Scale Pore Structure Heterogeneity in Tuff Reservoirs Investigated with Multi-Experimental Method and Fractal Dimensions in Chang 7 Formation,Southern Ordos Basin

The tight tuff reservoir is an unusual type of unconventional reservoir with strong heterogeneity.However,there is a lack of research on the microscopic pore structure that causes the heterogeneity of tuff reservoirs.Using the Chang 7 Formation in Ordos Basin,China as a case study,carbon-dioxide gas adsorption,nitrogen gas adsorption and high-pressure mercury injection are integrated to investigate the multi-scale pore structure characteristics of tuff reservoirs.Meanwhile,the fractal dimension is introduced to characterize the complexity of pore structure in tuff reservoirs.By this multi-experimental method,the quantitative characterizations of the full-range pore size distribution of four tuff types were obtained and compared in the size ranges of micropores,mesopores and macropores.Fractal dimension curves derived from full-range pores are divided into six segments as D1,D2,D3,D4,D5 and D6 corresponding to fractal characteristics of micropores,smaller mesopores,larger mesopores,smaller macropores,medium macropores and larger macropores,respectively.The macropore volume,average macropore radius and fractal dimension D5 significantly control petrophysical properties.The larger macropore volume,average macropore radius and D5 correspond to favorable pore structure and good reservoir quality,which provides new indexes for the tuff reservoir evaluation.This study enriches the understanding of the heterogeneity of pore structures and contributes to unconventional oil and gas exploration and development.

针对基于数据驱动的地层自动对比方法难以适应侧向沉积相变快及地层厚度差异大的油层单元自动对比这一问题,建立基于模式约束的油层单元智能自动对比方法。该方法提出在油层单元自动对比中引入知识驱动,采用地层发育模式约束油层单元自动对比过程,并将地层模式约束思想引入构建的相似性度量机及改进的条件约束动态时间规整算法,实现了对标志层及各油层单元界面的自动对比。渤海湾盆地史南油田史深100区块的应用表明:与人工对比结果相比,该方法标志层识别吻合率高于95.00%,油层单元识别平均吻合率达90.02%;与已有自动对比方法相比,油层单元识别平均吻合率提升约17个百分点,有效提高了油层单元自动对比精度。

Genesis of the low-permeability reservoir bed of upper Triassic Xujiahe Formation in Xinchang gas field,western Sichuan Depression

The genesis of a reservoir is a result of the combined action of deposition, diagenesis, tectonic reworking, and interaction of rock and fluid and the evolutionary environment. We discuss the genetic and evolution mechanism of a low-permeability reservoir bed of the Xujiahe Formation in the western Sichuan Depression on the basis of the study of diagenesis, diagenetic reservoir facies and the diagenetic evolution sequence. The research indicated that this reservoir bed can be divided into five types of diagenetic reservoir facies, namely strong dissolution, chlorite-lined intergranular pores, compaction and pressure solution, carbonate cementation and secondary quartz increase. There are, however, just two diagenetic reservoir facies which provide low-permeability reservoir beds, namely strong dissolution and chlorite-lined intergranular pores. We also analyzed their diagenetic evolution sequences and the origin of the low-permeability reservoir bed. Besides, it was also indicated that the composition and structure of sandstones, types of sedimentary microfacies, diagenesis history as well as the tectonic reworking in later periods are the main factors controlling the formation of the low-permeability reservoir bed. The above- mentioned factors establish the foundation for the forecasting the distribution of high quality reservoir beds.

Characteristics and accumulation mechanism of tight sandstone gas reservoirs in the Upper Paleozoic, northern Ordos Basin, China

The Ordos Basin is a significant petroliferous basin in the central part of China.The Carboniferous and Permian deposits of transitional and continental facies are the main gas-bearing layers in the north part of the basin.The Carboniferous and Permian natural gas reservoirs in the northern Ordos Basin are mainly tight sandstone reservoirs with low porosity and low permeability,developing lots of ＂sweet spots＂ with comparatively high porosity and permeability.The tight sandstones in the study area are gas-bearing,and the sweet spots are rich in gas.Sweet spots and tight sandstones are connected rather than being separated by an interface seal.Sweet spot sand bodies are vertically and horizontally overlapped,forming a large gas reservoir group.In fact,a reservoir formed by a single sweet spot sand body is an open gas accumulation.In the gentle dipping geological setting and with the source rocks directly beneath the tight reservoirs over a large area,the balance between gas charging into tight reservoirs from source rocks and gas loss from tight reservoirs through caprock is the key of gas accumulation in tight sandstones.Both the non-Darcy flow charging driven by source-reservoir excess pressure difference and the diffusion flow charging driven by source-reservoir gas concentration difference play an important role in gas accumulation.The results of mathematical modeling indicate that the gas accumulation cannot be formed by just one of the above mechanisms.The diffusion of gas from source rocks to reservoirs is a significant mechanism of tight sandstone gas accumulation.

Composite Sand Bodies Architecture of Deep-Water Turbidite Channels in the Niger Delta Basin

Deep-water turbidite channels have attracted much attention as a focused issue in petroleum exploration and development. Extensive studies have been performed on the architecture of turbidite channels, and most researches have focused on their geometric shapes, sedimentary processes and controlling factors. However, little attention has been paid to the distribution patterns, distribution laws and quantitative studies of composite sand bodies of turbidite channels. Taken one slope area of the Niger Delta Basin as an example, this study conducted a semi-quantitative to quantitative analysis on architecture of composite sand bodies of turbidite channels based on cores, well logging and seismic surveys. It is shown that turbidite channel systems can be classified as confined and unconfined channel systems. For confined channel systems, the vertical evolution process involves four stages. The sinuosity of a channel system is controlled by slope, with a negative power function relationship between them. When slope gradient reaches four degrees, the channel system is nearly straight. Based on the migration direction and migration amount of single channels within channel complexes, channel composite patterns can be divided into four classes（the lateral composite, en-echelon composite, swing composite and vertical composite） and several subclasses. Various channel composite patterns show specific distribution laws spatially. For meandering channel complexes at the middle-late evolution stage of confined channel systems, the lateral migration amongst single channels shows the features of integrity and succession. The sinuosity of single channels in the late period is greater than that in the early period, and cut-offs may occur locally when the sinuosity is larger than five degrees. This study provides a better understanding for the geological theory of deep-water sedimentary, and also improves exploitation benefits of this type of reservoirs.

Objective The term ＂pockmark＂ was introduced by King and MacLean （1970） to describe small ＂circular＂ on echosounder records in Nova Scotia. described as circular, near Pockmarks are usually circular or elongated depressions, generally 10--400 m in diameter and 30-50 m in deep. Pockmarks are normally regarded to be manifestations of fluids escape through the seabed. Pockmarks are valuable features on the seafloor and are useful in constraining the hydrodynamics of sedimentary basins. Since then pockmarks have been recognized in many areas around the world. They occur predominantly in fine-grained siliciclastic depositional settings, although a few case studies have been reported in carbonate settings. In this paper we illustrate a suite of fluid escape features, discovered during the course of petroleum exploration on the West Africa continental margin （Fig. 1）. They are particularly of interest to the oil and gas industry because they could be potential indicators of deeply buried hydrocarbon reservoirs, and fluid flow phenomena in the deep water oilfield are important for the safe and efficient exploration, development and production of hydrocarbons in the area.

Sedimentary architecture models of deepwater turbidite channel systems in the Niger Delta continental slope,West Africa

This paper studied an architecture model of turbidite channel systems based on the shallow- layer high resolution 3D seismic information in the deepwater area in the Niger Delta continental slope, West Africa as a prototype model. Different types of channel systems were identified and the corresponding architecture models were established. The controlling factors, evaluation criteria and spatial distribution of different channel systems were analyzed. This study shows that turbidite channel systems of West Africa could be classified into three types; confined, semi-confined and unconfined, according to the condition of canyon and the levees on both sides. Oil one hand, along the transport direction, channel system evolves from confined to unconfined. Within channel systems, channel complexes, including two types of incised and enveloped, are the most important reservoir bodies. On the other hand, there is a channel complex evolution from incised to enveloped vertically. The geological factors exert impacts of different levels on the architecture of the turbidite channels in different sedimentary systems or even within the same system.

目的:基于复杂网络分析技术探索针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的选穴规律与证-穴关系。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane Library建库至2022年12月14日收录的针灸治疗EMs的临床研究文献。采用Microsoft Excel 2019软件建立数据库,统计腧穴频次及频率、腧穴归经、腧穴分布、证-穴关系,并使用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件中的Apriori算法进行关联规则分析;采用Cytoscape3.7.2软件绘制复杂共现网络图谱;运用SPSS Statistics 26.0软件对高频腧穴实现层次聚类分析并绘制树状图。结果:共纳入163篇文献,提取核心处方167条,证型-腧穴处方74条,涉及腧穴92个,累计频次1223次。使用频次前5的腧穴为关元、三阴交、中极、气海、子宫;腧穴归经以任脉、足太阴脾经与足阳明胃经为主,胸腹部与下肢部腧穴占比较高;关元-三阴交、关元-中极、关元-子宫为高频腧穴配伍;关元、三阴交、气海、中极相互之间联系紧密,与其他穴位的联通性最好;前25位高频腧穴可分为5个有效聚类群。寒凝血瘀证常用穴位为关元、气海、三阴交、子宫、中极;肾虚血瘀证常用穴位为关元、三阴交、中极、大赫、太溪;气滞血瘀证常用穴位为中极、关元、三阴交、血海、地机;气虚血瘀证常用穴位为气海、关元、足三里、血海、子宫;痰瘀互结证常用穴位为三阴交、丰隆、中髎、次髎、下髎;湿热瘀阻证常用穴位为大横、关元、中极、气海、中脘。结论:针灸治疗EMs核心处方为关元、三阴交、中极、气海、子宫,临床以6类证型为主,当根据不同证型在核心处方基础上配以对证穴位。

浅水三角洲分流河道和河口坝砂体平面上常呈连片状,难以准确划分其单砂体,限制了剩余油分布的精准预测,制约了油田采收率的进一步提高。基于岩心和测井等资料,借助密井网和井间示踪剂数据,系统表征东营凹陷胜坨油田二区沙二段1-2砂组浅水三角洲单砂体沉积构型特征。研究结果表明:胜坨油田二区沙二段1-2砂组发育浅水三角洲沉积,包括浅水三角洲平原亚相和浅水三角洲前缘亚相,发育分流河道、溢岸、河口坝、滩坝等微相。浅水三角洲砂体划分为4个构型级次(5~8级),本次研究的单砂体属于8级构型单元。综合利用密井网和井间示踪剂数据,识别了单砂体的6种侧向接触样式:河道-溢岸-河道拼接式、河道-河道切叠式、滩坝-滩坝拼接式、河口坝-河口坝拼接式、坝上河道切割河口坝式和泥岩分隔式。井间示踪剂资料显示,坝上河道切割河口坝式侧向接触样式砂体连通性最好,其次为河道-河道切叠式、河口坝-河口坝拼接式和滩坝-滩坝拼接式,最差为河道-溢岸-河道拼接式。建立了研究区浅水三角洲单砂体沉积构型模式,其中浅水三角洲平原微相类型主要为分流河道和溢岸,单一分流河道砂体间接触样式主要有侧向切叠、侧向与溢岸砂体相连、垂向叠加和斜列叠加4类;浅水三角洲前缘微相类型主要为分流河道、河口坝和滩坝,单一河口坝砂体间接触样式有垂向叠加、侧向拼接、斜列叠加和泥岩分隔4类,单一滩坝砂体间有侧向拼接和垂向叠加2类样式。
