Background This study aimed to identify survival risk factors in Chinese children with hepatoblastoma(HB)and assess the effectiveness of the new treatment protocol proposed by the Chinese Children's Cancer Group(CCCG)in *** A multicenter,prospective study that included 399 patients with HB from January 2015 to June 2020 was *** demographics,treatment protocols,and other related information were *** regression models and Kaplan-Meier curve methods were *** The 4-year event-free survival(EFS)and overall survival(OS)were 76.9 and 93.5%,*** 4-year EFS rates for the very-low-risk,low-risk,intermediate-risk,and high-risk groups were 100%,91.6%,81.7%,and 51.0%,*** 4-year 0S was 100%,97.3%,94.4%,and 86.8%,*** regression analysis found that age,tumor rupture(R+),and extrahepatic tumor extension(E+)were independent prognostic factors.A total of 299 patients had complete remission,and 19 *** with declining alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)>75%after the first two cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy had a better EFS and OS than those≤75%.Conclusions The survival outcome of HB children has dramatically improved since the implementation of CCCG-HB-2016 ***≥8 years,R+,and E+were independent risk factors for *** with a declining AFP>75%after the first two cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy had better EFS and OS.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

Background Polymer coating on coronary stents induces vascular inflammatory response, reduces re-endothelialization, and affects long-term outcome after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI）. The SERY-1 registry aimed to determine whether a novel polymer-free paclitaxel-eluting microporous Yinyi stent could improve 1-year outcome after index procedure in real-world clinical practice. Methods Clinical and angiographic data and follow-up outcome were collected in 1045 patients who underwent PCI with implantation of 〉1 Yinyi stents between June 2008 and August 2009 at 27 medical centers. The primary endpoint was the cumulative rate of composite major adverse cardiac events （MACE） and the secondary endpoint was the incidence of stent thrombosis at 1 year. Results Overall, 1376 lesions were treated successfully with 1713 Yinyi stents, and 1019 （98.7%） patients received dual antiplatelet therapy for at least 12 months. During 1-year follow-up, 8 patients （0.78%） had cardiac death, 6 （0.58%） suffered non-fatal myocardial infarction, and 46 （4.46%） underwent repeat PCI due to recurrence of angina, resulting in 1-year MACE-free survival of 94.09%. Stent thrombosis occurred in 10 （0.97%） patients, and the rate of Academic research Consortium （ARC） definite or probable stent thrombosis was 0.78%. Conclusions Polymer-free paclitaxel-eluting microporous Yinyi stent is effective and safe for interventional treatment of coronary artery disease in real-world clinical practice, without recourse to carrier polymer. Potential long-term clinical advantages of this stent deserve further investigation.

It's a challenge for detecting the therapeutic targets of a polypharmacological drug from variations in the responsed networks in thedfferentiated populations with complex diseases,as stable coronary heart ***,in an adaptive,31-center,randomized,double-blind trial invoving 920 patients with moderate symptomatic stable angina treated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of polyphamacological drug with high quality control,or placebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up,we firstly confrmed that DHl couldincrease the proportion of patients with clinically significant changes on angina-frequency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnaire(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence interval[C]5.86-19.71%,P=0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,P=0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,P=0.01).We also found that there were no significant differences in new-onset major vascularevents(P=0.8502)and serious adverse events(P=0.9105)between DHl and *** performing the RNA sequencing in 62 selectedpatients,we developed a systemic modular approach tp identfy differentilly expressed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 compared with the control group,calculated by weighted gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic framework on a modular map with 25 functional modules targeted by ***,the effective therapeutic module(ETM),defined as the highest corelation value with the phenotype alteration(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 from baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the population with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is related to anticoagulation and regulation ofcholesterol *** assessed the modular flexbility of this ETM using the global topological D value based on Euclidean distance,which is corelated with phenotype alteration(r^(2):0.8204,P=0.019)by linear *** study identified the ant-angina therapeuticmodule in the effective population treated by the multi-target

Background Data on the epidemiology of hypertension in Chinese non-dialysis chronic kidney disease （CKD） patients are *** aim of the present study was to investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment,and control of hypertension in the non-dialysis CKD patients through a nationwide,multicenter study in *** The survey was performed in 61 tertiary hospitals in 31 provinces,municipalities,and autonomous regions in china （except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan）.Trained physicians collected demographic and clinical data and measured blood pressure （BP） using a standardized *** was defned as systolic BP ≥140 mmHg and/or diastolic BP ≥90 mmHg,and/or use of antihypertensive *** 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg were used as the 2 thresholds of hypertension *** multivariate logistic regression with adjustment for sex and age,we analyzed the association between CKD stages and uncontrolled hypertension in non-dialysis CKD *** The analysis included 8927 non-dialysis CKD *** prevalence,awareness,and treatment of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients were 67.3%,85.8%,and 81.0%,*** hypertensive CKD patients,33.1% and 14.1% had controlled BP to 〈140/90 mmHg and 〈130/80 mmHg,*** successive CKD stages,the prevalence of hypertension in non-dialysis CKD patients increased,but the control of hypertension decreased （P〈0.001）.When the threshold of BP 〈130/80 mmHg was considered,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension in CKD 2,3a,3b,4,and 5 stages increased 1.3,1.4,1.4,2.5,and 4.0 times compared with CKD 1 stage,respectively （P〈0.05）.Using the threshold of 〈140/90 mmHg,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased in advanced stages （P〈0.05）.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension Chinese non-dialysis CKD patients was high,and the hypertension control was *** successive CKD stages,the risk of uncontrolled hypertension increased.

亚美马褂木无性系幼林生长性状变异及选择研究

为筛选出亚美马褂木优良无性系,并进一步提高杂交育种效率,以30个亚美马褂木半同胞杂交子代优良单株无性系试验林为研究对象,基于造林后连续3年的苗高和地径生长数据,进行方差分析和遗传参数估算,并采用性状表现水平分析法和加权系数法对30个无性系进行综合评价和早期选择。结果表明:造林3 a时亚美马褂木无性系苗高和地径平均值分别为2.27 m和4.49 cm,苗高和地径无性系间差异均达极显著水平(P<0.01);造林3 a时苗高和地径的无性系重复力分别为0.84和0.79,远高于单株重复力;最终定选的4个优良无性系平均苗高和地径分别为3.08 m和5.71 cm,平均遗传增益和现实增益分别达到30.05%、21.38%和35.60%、27.16%。研究显示,亚美马褂木幼林无性系间生长性状变异丰富且受较高的遗传调控,在早期进行优良无性系选择是可行的。

"第十二届全国中药与天然药物药理学术会议"于2019年10月11-13日在天津市社会山国际会议中心酒店举行。会议期间,中国药理学会中药与天然药物药理专业委员会召开了"中药复方新药研发相关重大科学和技术问题"专题研讨会。研讨会分为主题报告和综合讨论2部分。主题报告由中国药理学会中药与天然药物药理专业委员会副主任委员吴春福教授主持,刘建勋、孙晓波、段大跃和吕圭源教授作主题报告。中国药理学会理事长兼中药与天然药物药理专业委员会主任委员张永祥研究员主持综合讨论,国家卫生健康委员会科技教育司重大专项处顾金辉处长全程参加。与会专家围绕中药复方新药研发相关重大科学和技术问题进行了广泛、深入的讨论。本文整理了专家们的主要观点和建议,希望能为中药复方新药研发提供新思路和新技术,为提高我国中药复方新药的研发水平发挥积极的推动作用。
