Multifunctional carbon materials from rugose rose for energy storage and water purification

With the advancement of social process, the resource problem is becoming more prominent, biomass materials come into being, and it is becoming more and more important to explore and prepare efficient and multifunctional biomass materials to alleviate the problems of energy storage and water pollution. In this paper, nitrogen-doped hierarchical porous carbon materials (NRRC) were produced by one-step carbonization of withered rose as raw material and melamine as nitrogen source with KOH-activated porosification. The resulting nitrogen-doped porous carbon material had the most abundant pores and the best microspherical graded pore structure, with a specific surface area of up to 1393 m2g-1, a pore volume of 0.68 cm3g-1, and a nitrogen-doped content of 5.52%. Electrochemical tests showed that the maximum specific capacitance of NRRC in the three-electrode system was 346.4 Fg-1 (0.5 Ag-1), which was combined with favorable capacitance retention performance and cycling stability. The NRRC//NRRC symmetric supercapacitors were further assembled, and the maximum energy density of a single device was 23.88 Whkg-1, which still maintains excellent capacitance retention and cyclic charging/discharging stability. For example, the capacitance retention rate was always close to 96.27% with almost negligible capacitance loss after 10000 consecutive charge/discharge cycles (current density: 10 Ag-1). Regardless of the three-electrode or two-electrode system, the super capacitive performance of NRRC porous carbon materials was comparable to the electrochemical performance of many reported biomass porous carbon materials, which showed better energy storage advantages and practical application potential. 超声影像检查在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用价值研究

目的探讨超声影像检查在妇产科急腹症诊断中的应用价值。方法 86例妇产科急腹症患者作为研究样本,均应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪开展经腹部超声检查、阴道超声检查。诊断金标准为宫腔镜检查结果 ,对于在妇产科急腹症诊断时应用不同超声技术对于异位妊娠、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、黄体破裂诊断的结果进行对比,分析不同超声方法诊断结果与宫腔镜检查结果之间的一致性情况。结果宫腔镜诊断:86例妇产科急腹症患者中,经宫腔镜检查确诊45例异位妊娠、21例卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、20例黄体破裂。腹部超声诊断异位妊娠的灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为71.11%、70.73%、70.93%、72.73%、69.05%,阴道超声分别为88.89%、90.24%、89.53%、90.91%、88.10%,腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断分别为100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%。腹部超声、阴道超声联合检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均比单一检查更高(P<0.05)。而阴道超声单一检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均比腹部超声单一检查更高(P<0.05)。对于异位妊娠,腹部超声联合阴道超声、阴道超声单一检查与诊断金标准之间的一致性分析均达到高度, Kappa=0.884、0.740,而腹部超声单一检查与诊断金标准之间的一致性分析仅为中度, Kappa=0.657。腹部超声诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为66.67%、83.08%、79.07%、56.00%、88.52%,阴道超声分别为76.19%、87.69%、84.88%、66.67%、91.94%,腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断分别为100.00%、98.46%、98.84%、95.45%、100.00%。腹部超声联合阴道超声的灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均比单一检查更高(P<0.05)。对于卵巢囊肿蒂扭转,腹部超声联合阴道超声与诊断金标准之间的一致性分析达到高度, Kappa=0.879,而阴道超声单一检查、腹部超声单一检查与诊断金标准之间的一致性分析仅为中度, Kappa=0.646、0.562。腹部超声诊断黄体破裂的灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为70.00%、84.85%、81.40%、58.33%、90.32%,阴道超声分别为80.00%、89.39%、87.21%、69.57%、93.65%,腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断分别为100.00%、98.48%、98.84%、95.24%、100.00%。腹部超声联合阴道超声的灵敏度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均比单一检查更高(P<0.05)。对于黄体破裂,腹部超声联合阴道超声与诊断金标准之间的一致性分析达到高度, Kappa=0.875,而阴道超声单一检查、腹部超声单一检查与诊断金标准之间的一致性分析仅为中度, Kappa=0.630、0.551。结论经阴道超声在妇产科急腹症诊断时的应用价值良好,可准确检出异位妊娠、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、黄体破裂,尤其是从阴道和腹部两个途径进行联合超声扫描,其诊断价值更高,可更加灵敏、准确地判断患者急腹症类型。

槲皮素通过调控GAS5/miR-18b-5p轴抑制神经内分泌肿瘤细胞活性的研究

目的探讨槲皮素抑制胃肠胰神经内分泌肿瘤(GEP-NEN)的作用机制。方法将人胰腺神经内分泌瘤细胞BON-1细胞随机分为对照组、槲皮素组(80μmol·L^(-1)槲皮素)、槲皮素+si-NC组(转染si-NC+80μmol·L^(-1)槲皮素)、槲皮素+si-生长抑制特异性基因5(GAS5)组(转染si-GAS5+80μmol·L^(-1)槲皮素)。用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(qRT-PCR)法检测B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)和Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)mRNA相对表达水平,用荧光原位杂交(FISH)实验检测细胞中GAS5和miR-18b-5p的阳性表达情况。结果双荧光素酶报告基因结果发现,GAS5与miR-18b-5p靶向结合。对照组、槲皮素组、槲皮素+si-NC组、槲皮素+si-GAS5组细胞的GAS5表达水平分别为1.00±0.13、1.72±0.19、1.78±0.14和1.16±0.11,miR-18b-5p表达水平分别为1.00±0.15、0.67±0.08、0.72±0.06和0.95±0.11,Bax mRNA相对表达水平分别为1.00±0.12、2.17±0.25、2.32±0.28和1.37±0.15,Bcl-2 mRNA相对表达水平分别为1.00±0.15、0.41±0.05、0.37±0.06和1.21±0.13。槲皮素组的上述指标与对照组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);槲皮素+si-GAS5组的上述指标与槲皮素+si-NC组比较,在统计学上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论槲皮素可能通过靶向调控GAS5/miR-18b-5p分子轴抑制细胞生长减缓GEP-NEN发展。

目的研究导乐陪伴分娩联合镇痛分娩对产程、分娩结局的影响。方法选取2020年8月-2022年8月玉山县黄家驷医院接收的60例待产孕妇，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（30例）与观察组（30例）。两组均选择经阴道分娩，对照组采用镇痛分娩，观察组则在其基础上联合导乐陪伴分娩，比较两组产程时间（第一产程、第二产程、总产程）、分娩疼痛情况[疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）]、不良情绪[焦虑视觉模拟量表（VAS-A）、分娩恐惧量表（CAQ）]、分娩控制量表（LAS）、分娩结局（产后出血量、转剖宫产、器械助产、会阴侧切）及产妇满意度。结果观察组第一产程、第二产程、总产程均短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组VAS、VAS-A、CAQ评分低于对照组，而LAS评分高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组产后出血量少于对照组，且转剖宫产率、器械助产率、会阴侧切率小于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组产妇满意率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论导乐陪伴联合镇痛分娩可缩短产妇的产程时间，缓解其分娩疼痛及不良情绪，增强分娩控制感，有助于分娩结局的改善，产妇满意度佳。

Different Behaviors of ACE Inhibitor Tripeptide Ile-Ile-Pro in Aqueous and DMSO Solutions by All-Atom MD Simulations and 2D-NOESY Spectra

All-atom molecular dynamic simulations and 2D-NOESY spectra were used to study the conformations and hydrogen bonds of ACE inhibitory tripeptide Ile-Ile-Pro(IIP) in aqueous and DMSO solutions. RMSD, Dis, Rg and SASA were adopted to characterize the properties of tripeptide Ile-Ile-Pro in the MD simulations. Interestingly, the tripeptide molecule IIP exhibited different behaviors in aqueous and DMSO solutions. In aqueous solution, IIP was very flexible. The conformation could shift between extended and folded states very quickly. However,in DMSO solution, more folded conformations were observed. The interesting phenomena were proved by 2D-NOESY spectra.

Microplastics(MPs)have become a significant concern for their potential ***,the correlation between the size of plastic particles and their toxicity remains ***,we investigate the toxic effects of different sizes(80 nm,800 nm,8μm and 80μm)polystyrene MPs(PS-MPs)on the model organism Nile tilapia(Oreochromis niloticus).The results of bioluminescent imaging indicate that the 80 nm PS-MPs are more likely to invade the body.H&E staining shows severe damage on the intestinal villi and distinct hepatic steatosis in the 80 nm *** U labeling shows that the proliferation activity of intestinal and liver cells reduces significantly in the 80 nm *** gut microbiome analysis shows a severe imbalance of gut microbiota homeostasis in the 80 nm *** analysis of liver transcriptomics and metabolomics shows that the liver lipid metabolism is disordered in the 80 nm *** conclusion,this study confirms that the 80 nm PS-MPs are more likely to induce intestinal and liver *** the above lay the foundation for further study on the pathological damage of MPs to other organisms.

Research of multilayers in EUV, soft X-ray and X-ray

To develop beam splitters for soft X-ray laser Michelson interferometer at 13.9 nm, Mo/Si multilayers of 100 nm thickness deposited on both sides of silicon nitride were fabricated by using DC magnetron sputtering. Initial evaluation of their reflectivity and transmission showed that reflectivity and transmission were above 10% and 25%. The broadband analyzers have been designed, fabricated and characterized for 13～20 nm polarization measurements. The measured results are in good agreement with the design. The supermirrors with different angular intervals at 0.154 nm have been designed, fabricated and characterized.

In 2022,Yellow Sea green tide caused by Ulva prolifera reached a historic minimum and the coastal areas of Shandong Peninsula were less ***,the largest amount of seaweed biomass has been washed ashore on Lianyungang and Rizhao coasts since *** studied the development pattern of Yellow Sea green tide in 2022,and analyzed the key environmental factors on the growth and drifting,then discussed the possible reasons that resulted in the massive stranding of green tide biomass in Lianyungang and *** show under the combined influence of the east to southeast winds and currents with shoreward anomalies,green tide drifted to the coastal waters between Shandong and Jiangsu provinces and the distribution areas located westward compared with previous years(2008–2021).Floating *** rafts from the coastal waters of Binhai and Sheyang drifted continuously into the coastal waters of Lianyungang and Rizhao,providing important supplements for Yellow Sea green *** green tide in 2022 distributed close to the coastal waters,the abundant nutrients might support their continuous high growth *** addition,the amount of rainfall around Shandong Peninsula from late June to early July were significantly higher than in previous years,which might promote the development of green tide to some extent.

Spectral Resolution Improvement of Mo/Si Multilayers

Theoretically,the spectral resolution of a multilayer can be improved through a combination of utilizing high reflectance orders and by decreasing the thickness of the scattering *** fabricate Mo/Si multilayers in the first,second,third,fourth and fifth reflectance orders with Mo layer thicknesses of 3.0 nm and 2.0 nm,respectively,using direct current magnetron *** structure of the multilayers is characterized with a grazing angle x-ray diffractometer(XRD).Then the reflectivity of the multilayers is measured in a synchrotron radiation *** results show that the spectral resolution increases with the increasing reflectance order and with the decreasing Mo layer *** highest spectral resolution is improved to 117.5 in the 5th order for dMo=2 nm,where the reflectivity is 18%.

Enhanced detection of freeze‒thaw induced landslides in Zhidoi county(Tibetan Plateau,China)with Google Earth Engine and image fusion

Freeze‒thaw induced landslides(FTILs)in grasslands on the Tibetan Plateau are a geological disaster leading to soil *** landslides reduce biodiversity and intensify landscape fragmentation,which in turn are strengthen by the persistent climate change and increased anthropogenic ***,conventional techniques for mapping FTILs on a regional scale are impractical due to their labor-intensive,costly,and time-consuming *** study focuses on improving FTILs detection by implementing image fusion-based Google Earth Engine(GEE)and a random forest *** of multiple data sources,including texture features,index features,spectral features,slope,and vertical‒vertical polarization data,allow automatic detection of the spatial distribution characteristics of FTILs in Zhidoi county,which is located within the Qinghai‒Tibet Engineering Corridor(QTEC).We employed statistical techniques to elucidate the mechanisms influencing FTILs *** enhanced method identifies two schemes that achieve high accuracy using a smaller training sample(scheme A:94.1%;scheme D:94.5%)compared to other methods(scheme B:50.0%;scheme C:95.8%).This methodology is effective in generating accurate results using only~10%of the training sample size necessitated by other *** spatial distribution patterns of FTILs generated for 2021 are similar to those obtained using various other training sample sources,with a primary concentration observed along the central region traversed by the *** results highlight the slope as the most crucial feature in the fusion images,accounting for 93%of FTILs occurring on gentle slopes ranging from 0°to 14°.This study provides a theoretical framework and technological reference for the identification,monitoring,prevention and control of FTILs in *** developments hold the potential to benefit the management of grassland ecosystem,reduce economic losses,and promote grassland sustainability.
