本文结合片上Si_(3)N_(4)超高Q微环的混沌光频梳和高速现场可编程门阵列,提出并实验验证了一种超高速的并行实时物理随机数方案.结果表明,Si_(3)N_(4)超高Q微环实验得到的光频梳齿包含数百个信道,通过调节Si_(3)N_(4)微环的工作状态使其处于光学混沌态,从而成为性能优良的物理熵源.采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)板载的多位模数转换器,对滤波后频梳的光混沌信号进行离散采样量化,生成8位二进制比特流.对该比特流进行实时的自延迟异或处理,并保留4位最低有效位,实验最终实现了单信道实时速率达5 Gbits/s的合格物理随机比特流.结合实验中数目达294的混沌光频梳齿,本方案的并行实时随机数的吞吐量可望达到1.74 Tbits/s.这些结果可为实时物理随机数源提供集成、超高速的新可选方案.

基于射线追踪法,推导了外腔半导体激光器的连续输出谱的隐函表达式.在此基础上,结合载流子速率方程,对超短外腔半导体激光器的输出谱及P-I特性进行了研究.结果表明:当外腔长度发生波长量级的变化时,超短外腔激光器的P-I特性将发生显著变化;随着外腔长度的变化,超短外腔激光器的激射波长在10nm范围内呈周期性跳变,当外腔长度介于40μm—70μm范围内,激射波长跳变范围最大.理论模拟结果与实验报道结果符合.

This paper focuses on the relationship between the microstructure and tensile properties of Fe-Mn-Al-C low-density high-strength steel processes by hot-rolling and air-cooling process. The microstructure analysis reveals that the combination of hot-rolling and air-cooling results in the formation of heterogeneous structures comprising different-sized γ and B_(2) phases in the low-density steel with the addition of nickel (Ni). The addition of Ni promotes the formation of the B_(2) phase and induces the pinning of B_(2) phase particles at the γ grain boundaries. This pinning effect effectively hinders the growth of the γ grains, leading to grain refinement. The tensile test results demonstrate that LDS-5Ni (low-density steel, LDS) exhibits excellent high strength and ductility combination, e.g., a tensile strength of 1535 MPa, yield strength of 1482 MPa, and elongation of 23.3%. These remarkable mechanical properties are primarily attributed to the combined strengthening contributions of grain refinement and duplex nano-sized second-phase precipitation hardening.

This paper presents an asynchronous output-feed-back control strategy of semi-Markovian systems via sliding mode-based learning *** with most literature results that require exact prior knowledge of system state and mode information,an asynchronous output-feedback sliding sur-face is adopted in the case of incompletely available state and non-synchronization *** holonomic dynamics of the sliding mode are characterized by a descriptor system in which the switching surface is regarded as the fast subsystem and the system dynamics are viewed as the slow *** upon the co-occurrence of two subsystems,the sufficient stochastic admissibility criterion of the holonomic dynamics is derived by utilizing the characteristics of cumulative distribution ***,a recursive learning controller is formulated to guarantee the reachability of the sliding manifold and realize the chattering reduction of the asynchronous switching and sliding ***,the proposed theoretical method is substantia-ted through two numerical simulations with the practical contin-uous stirred tank reactor and F-404 aircraft engine model,respectively.

In continuous casting production,droplet characteristics are important parameters for evaluating the nozzle atomization quality,and have a significant impact on the secondary cooling effect and the slab *** order to study the behavior of atomized droplets after reaching the slab surface and to optimize the spray cooling effect,the influence of droplet diameter and droplet velocity on the migration behavior of droplets in the secondary cooling zone was analyzed by FLUENT *** show that the droplets in the spray zone and on the slab surface are mainly concentrated in the center,thus,the liquid volume fraction in the center is higher than that of either *** the droplet diameter increases,the region of high liquid volume fraction on the slab surface becomes wider,and the liquid phase distribution in the slab width direction becomes *** increasing the droplet velocity at the nozzle exit has little effect on droplet diffusion in the spray zone,the distribution becomes more uneven due to more liquid reaches the slab surface per unit time.A prediction formula of the maximum water flow rate on the slab surface for specific droplet characteristics was proposed based on dimensionless analysis and validated by simulated data.A nozzle spacing of 210 mm was recommended under the working conditions in this study,which ensures effective coverage of the spray water over the slab surface and enhances the distribution uniformity of water flow rate in the transverse direction.

GATiT: An Intelligent Diagnosis Model Based on Graph Attention Network Incorporating Text Representation in Knowledge Reasoning

The growing prevalence of knowledge reasoning using knowledge graphs (KGs) has substantially improved the accuracy and efficiency of intelligent medical diagnosis. However, current models primarily integrate electronic medical records (EMRs) and KGs into the knowledge reasoning process, ignoring the differing significance of various types of knowledge in EMRs and the diverse data types present in the text. To better integrate EMR text information, we propose a novel intelligent diagnostic model named the Graph ATtention network incorporating Text representation in knowledge reasoning (GATiT), which comprises text representation, subgraph construction, knowledge reasoning, and diagnostic classification. In the text representation process, GATiT uses a pre-trained model to obtain text representations of the EMRs and additionally enhances embeddings by including chief complaint information and numerical information in the input. In the subgraph construction process, GATiT constructs text subgraphs and disease subgraphs from the KG, utilizing EMR text and the disease to be diagnosed. To differentiate the varying importance of nodes within the subgraphs features such as node categories, relevance scores, and other relevant factors are introduced into the text subgraph. The message-passing strategy and attention weight calculation of the graph attention network are adjusted to learn these features in the knowledge reasoning process. Finally, in the diagnostic classification process, the interactive attention-based fusion method integrates the results of knowledge reasoning with text representations to produce the final diagnosis results. Experimental results on multi-label and single-label EMR datasets demonstrate the model’s superiority over several state-of-the-art methods. Copyright © 2024 The Authors. 采用自再现理论,对一种包含两个半导体光放大器的锁模光纤环形激光器进行了数值研究.研究结果表明:为了提高谐波锁模输出脉冲的质量,调制半导体光放大器应当保持高直流偏置,对自发辐射信号进行调制并提供锁模脉冲克服腔损耗所需的增益,而此时的增益半导体光放大器则被低直流偏置充当增益补偿器维持较窄的净增益窗口;与之相反,为了获得振幅均衡的有理数谐波锁模输出脉冲,调制半导体光放大器则应当偏置在较低的电流上,而增益半导体光放大器应当保持较高的偏置电流以提供足够的常量增益克服腔损耗.此外,还必须提高注入光信号的峰值功率.
