Chang＇e-3 was China＇s first soft-landing lunar probe that achieved a successful roving exploration on the Moon. A topography camera functioning as the lander＇s “eye” was one of the main scientific payloads installed on the lander. It was composed of a camera probe, an electronic component that performed image compression, and a cable assembly. Its exploration mission was to obtain optical images of the lunar topography in the landing zone for investigation and research. It also observed rover movement on the lunar surface and finished taking pictures of the lander and rover. After starting up successfully, the topography camera obtained static images and video of rover movement from different directions, 360？panoramic pictures of the lunar surface around the lander from multiple angles, and numerous pictures of the Earth. All images of the rover, lunar surface, and the Earth were clear, and those of the Chinese national flag were recorded in true color. This paper describes the exploration mission, system design, working principle, quality assessment of image compression, and color correction of the topography camera. Finally, test results from the lunar surface are provided to serve as a reference for scientific data processing and application.

We preform a first-principles study of performance of 5 nm double-gated(DG)Schottky-barrier field effect transistors(SBFETs)based on two-dimensional SiC with monolayer or bilayer metallic 1T-phase MoS_(2) *** of the wide bandgap of SiC,the corresponding DG SBFETs can weaken the short channel *** calculated transfer characteristics also meet the standard of the high performance transistor summarized by international technology road-map for ***,the bilayer metallic 1T-phase MoS_(2) contacts in three stacking structures all can further raise the ON-state currents of DG SiC SBFETs in varying *** above results are helpful and instructive for design of short channel transistors in the future.

Two new ent-kaurane diterpenoids, ent-7α,14β-dihydroxykaur-16-en-15-one-20-oic acid （1） and 1,7α,12β,14β-tetrahydroxy-1,10-seco-ent-kaur-10,16-dien-15-one （2）, together with six known ones （3-8）, were isolated from the EtOAc extract of the aerial parts of lsodon excisoides. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of 1D NMR and 2D NMR analyses as well as HR-ESI-MS experiments.

High temperature and high humidity pose notable threats to the health and survival of humans,and the impact of compound extreme events involving multiple meteorological elements is usually greater than the sum of the impacts of individual extreme ***,there is limited research on the compound extreme meteorological events,defined based on the extreme of health risks rather than just the extreme of meteoro-logical elements,necessitating further investigation into their characteristics and underlying driving *** daily records of emergency ambulance dispatches from selected Chinese cities,together with daily average temperature and relative humidity data,this study identified and quantified warm-wet compound extreme events with high health risks(HRWWs)that occurred in southern China during *** revealed that HRWWs were most prevalent in the coastal region of southern *** annual frequency of HRWWs across China underwent a marked shift in 2014,with the rapid increase in recent years primarily contributed by the increase in summer HRWWs and advance and extension of the period of occurrence of HRWWs in *** analysis indicated that the changes in HRWWs in southern China during summer were primarily regulated by the EIl Nino-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)of the preceding winter and the springtime Indian Ocean basin-wide(IOBW)*** Nino and Indian Ocean warming force a reverse Walker circulation in the tropical Indian Ocean-western Pacific,strengthening the Philippine anticyclone(PAC)in *** weakens convection in the northwestern Pacific and enables the western Pacific subtropical high to extend westward over coastal areas of southern *** resulting abnormal atmospheric circulation causes prevailing subsidence over southern China,which is unfavorable for precipitation but conducive to maintaining high surface *** reduced precipitation,water vapor flux is increased owing to strengthened southwesterlies

Background:p53 and DIRAS3 are tumor suppressors that are frequently silenced in *** this study,we sought to determine whether the concurrent re-expression of p53 and DIRAS3 could effectively induce head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)cell ***:CAL-27 and SCC-25 cells were treated with Ad-DIRAS3 and rAd-p53 to induce re-expression of DIRAS3 and p53 *** effects of DIRAS3 and p53 re-expression on the growth and apoptosis of HNSCC cells were examined by TUNEL assay,flow cytometric analysis and *** effects of DIRAS3 and p53 re-expression on Akt phosphorylation,oncogene expression,and the interaction of 4 E-BP1 with eIF4 E were determined by real-time PCR,Western blotting and immunoprecipitation *** ability of DIRAS3 and p53 re-expression to induce autophagy was evaluated by transmission electron microscopy,LC3 fluorescence microscopy and Western *** effects of DIRAS3 and p53 re-expression on HNSCC growth were evaluated by using an orthotopic xenograft mouse ***:TUNEL assay and flow cytometric analysis showed that the concurrent re-expression of DIRAS3 and p53 significantly induced apoptosis(P<0.001).MTT and flow cytometric analysis revealed that DIRAS3 and p53 reexpression significantly inhibited proliferation and induced cell cycle arrest(P<0.001).Mechanistically,the concurrent re-expression of DIRAS3 and p53 down-regulated signal transducer and activation of transcription 3(STAT3)and upregulated p21WAF1/CIP1 and Bax(P<0.001).DIRAS3 and p53 re-expression also inhibited Akt phosphorylation,increased the interaction of eIF4 E with 4 E-BP1,and reduced the expression of c-Myc,cyclin D1,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),fibroblast growth factor(FGF),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)and Bcl-2(P<0.001).Moreover,the concurrent re-expression of DIRAS3 and p53 increased the percentage of cells with GFP-LC3 puncta compared with that in cells treated with control adenovirus(50.00%±4.55%vs.4.67%±1.25%,P<

Backtracking Routing Mechanism for Improving Link Failure Recovery

Failure-insensitive routing is a good mechanism to avoid packet dropping and disconnection of forwarding when some links fail, but multiple failure links may bring routing loop for the mechanism. Backtracking routing algorithm based on inverse shortest path tree rooted at destination is presented. The feasible restoration routing is obtained through searching from the start of the failure link and tracing back to the leaves of the shortest path tree with the destination as the root. The packets are forwarded from the mounted point with smaller sequence to the mount point with bigger sequence to decrease the possible of loop in case of multi-failures. The simulations and analysis indicate that backtracking routing algorithm improves the network survivability especially for large network, at the cost of the computation complexity in the same order as failure insensitive routing.
