The amount of digital data is increasing every day. At every step of our daily lives, we deal with technologies in which our data are stored(e.g., mobile phones and laptops), and this is one of the main reasons for the design of various types of encryption and user identity verification algorithms. These algorithms are meant not only to fulfill the desire of protecting data but also to address the possibility of granting access of specific digital data to selected individuals. This process brings with it the problem of identity verification. This paper discusses the problem of voice verification and presents a voice verification method based on artificial intelligence *** tests are performed herein to demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented solution. The research results are shown and discussed in terms of the advantages and disadvantages of the solution.

Tibetan architecture is largely associated with the impressive monastic buildings scattered over the Tibetan Plateau and the adjoining mountain *** these buildings have long attracted the interest from travellers and researches,the rural vernacular architecture has been grossly *** for more than 90 percent of the cultural heritage vernacular farmhouses incorporate an immeasurable wealth of traditional knowledge and local craftsmanship that is increasingly threatened by the impacts of *** article draws on a research project on vernacular architecture in the Tibetan cultural region and presents four examples of rural houses in former Kham,that is nowadays spread across Sichuan,Qinghai,Yunnan provinces and the Xizang(Tibet)Autonomous *** examples show a surprising diversity in terms of style,size,layout,building materials and structural systems that are perfectly adapted to local climatic and topographic conditions as well as the resources available in a particular *** examples for this diversity the article presents a rammed earth building in Chatreng,a house in stone masonry from Dabpa,a house in Pome built with timber log walls,and a house from gyalrong with a mixed stone/timber *** richness of vernacular farmhouse architecture in Kham deserves special recognition and support on various levels.

The article presents an ontology called“Science”designed for representing proved and disproved statements extracted from scientific papers from the database of the ProOptiBeef *** argue that the proved and disproved statements are the best characterization of the content of the papers they are extracted *** show that ontological representation of proved and disproved statements not only facilitates the access to the content of the papers and increases the precision of a semantical search,but also allows for an automatic generation of new statements from the ones already coded in the ontology.

For a constantly growing human population, healthy and productive soil is critical for sustainable delivery of agricultural products. The soil microorganisms play a crucial role in soil structure and functioning. They are responsible for soil formation, ecosystem biogeochemistry, cycling of nutrients and degradation of plant residues and xenobiotics. Certain agricultural treatments, such as fertilizers and pesticides applications, crop rotation, or soil amendment addition, influence the composition, abundance and function of bacteria and fungi in the soil ecosystems. Some of these practices have rather negative effects;others can help soil microorganisms by creating a friendlier habitat or providing nutrients. The changes in microbial community structure cannot be fully captured with traditional methods that are limited only to culturable organisms, which represent less than 1% of the whole population. The use of new molecular techniques such as metagenomics offers the possibility to better understand how agriculture affects soil microbiota. Therefore, the main goal of this review is to discuss how common farming practices influence microbial activity in the soil, with a special focus on pesticides, fertilizers, heavy metals and crop rotation. Furthermore, potential practices to mitigate the negative effects of some treatments are suggested and treatments that can beneficially influence soil microbiota are pointed out. Finally, application of metagenomics technique in agriculture and perspectives of developing efficient molecular tools in order to assess soil condition in the context of microbial activities are underlined.

Importance:In remote communities of the Northern Territory,Australia,children experience high rates of otitis media(OM),commonly caused by non-typeable Haemophilus influenzae(NTHi).Few data exist on antibiotic susceptibility of NTHi from ***:To determine whether population-level nasopharyngeal NTHi antibiotic susceptibility data could inform antibiotic treatment for ***:NTHi isolates(n=92)collected from ear discharge between 2003 and 2013 were selected to time-and age-match NTHi isolates from the nasopharyngeal carriage(n=95).Antimicrobial susceptibility were *** trees and a genome-wide association study(gWAS)were performed to determine the similarity of nasopharyngeal and ear isolates at a population ***:Among 174 NTHi isolates available for antimicrobial susceptibility testing,10.3%(18/174)were resistant to ampicillin and 9.2%(16/174)were resistant to *** numbers of isolates(≤3)were resistant to tetracycline,chloramphenicol,or amoxicillin-clavulanic *** was no statistical difference in the proportion of ampicillin-resistant(P=0.11)or trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole-resistant isolates(P=0.70)between ear discharge and nasopharynx-derived NTHi *** multi-drug resistant NTHi isolates were *** trees showed no clustering of 187 Haemophilus influenzae isolates based on anatomical niche(nasopharynx or ear discharge),and no genetic variations that distinguished NTHi derived from ear discharge and nasopharyngeal carriage were evident in the ***:In this population-level study,nasopharyngeal and ear discharge isolates did not represent distinct microbial *** results support tracking of population-level nasopharyngeal NTHi antibiotic resistance patterns to inform clinical management of OM in this population.

传统中医学是创建于约三千年前的理论医学,起源于中国早期文化的繁荣时期,得益于古天文学及天人合一的道哲学的支持与发展.她深刻地预见和揭示了自然界和人相互影响的许多奥秘,但因其概念体系与近代科学在形式上有所不同,还不易为大众所理解.在数千年后的今天,随着对当代量子物理现象和理论认识的加深,人们正在从根本上突破机械论科学的某些基础观念,并开始理解和接受中国文化及中医理论.例如,量子力学理论突破常人三维空间视角的局限,有助于人们观察、感知到虚实互动的高维时空的全新生命事物,帮助解释意识以及人体功能会改变某些科学实验结果的现象,帮助理解人所拥有的,来自直觉、灵感等用于处理宇宙、人体、生命、意识等复杂对象(系统)的高级智慧功能.如果深刻认识其规律,可能会协助人们针对生命等复杂现象抽象出简单的模型,从而有利于抓住生命等复杂事物的本质,逐步揭开中国文化和中医的很多奇妙现象的面纱.本文选取几个例子展开讨论,包括人类意识和潜意识等功能现象、人体的能量系统、无形的气、功能现象、心脏的多种特殊功能、脏腑之一的'三焦'腑.三千年前中医就将'三焦'写入《黄帝内经》,并详细记载了其各种功能及病理学上的具体应用,一直指导临床至今.直至今日这个腑器才被西方科学所认知和定义.中医理论的前瞻性及其蕴藏的深邃智慧,必将在未来医学中发挥重要作用,也是健康科学和生命科学的核心支柱之一.通过这些讨论,作者试图阐明传统中医思维模式的某些优越性,进一步确立其人类文化瑰宝的地位,加强自身的理论自信和文化自信,为今后正确地弘扬中医事业开路.

Deformation Characteristics of Leather for Shoe Upper, Filled with Natural Minerals

A promising direction in the tanning industry is the use of natural minerals as environmentally friendly technologically efficient materials that are able to adjust and regulate the efficiency of formation of the dermis structure and the properties of finished leather. The use of finely-dispersed minerals promotes alignment of topographic areas in thickness, increases the yield of leather on the area by avoiding bonding structural elements of the dermis. Changes in the microstructure of the dermis, as a result of mineral filling, contribute to improvement of performance and hygienic properties of finished leather. And the study of the properties of the specified skins should be consistent with the features of operations on their cutting, shoe molding and shoe upper fixing preparations. The most important properties of leather materials, which largely determine the quality of basic technological operations of shoe manufacturing are the deformation properties. Lack of information about relaxation and deformation properties of the leather produced by the new technologies do not allow to predict their ability to form shapes and save it-indicates the relevance of this study. This paper analyzes relaxation and deformation characteristics of natural leather for shoe uppers, filled with natural minerals montmorillonite and zeolite, and the ability to predict their formation and preservation of shape in service. Features of deformation of the skin with mineral content were assessed by determining single-cycle characteristics when attaching to a complete test cycle "loading-unloading-rest" sample. Correlations of elastic and plastic (permanent) deformation have been established, kinetics of changes in linear characteristics of the samples after removal of the load has been investigated. 传统中医的起源背景与西方常规医学的发展趋势存在诸多差异。中医强调系统论,而西医注重还原论。西医进步缘自解剖、生物、生物化学、分子生物学以及现代技术,其特点是依赖实验室测试的"非正常"及明显的病症,不接受"非可视"物质及量子纠缠概念。自上世纪70年代起在美国等西方国家迅速传播与引用的中医包括针灸技术,经过数十年的发展,仍不能被西方医学界和健康保险机构正确认识或完全接受。鉴于近几年西方个别医学杂志刊登片面认识中医和盲目否定针灸疗效的文章,误导读者对传统中医的片面认识或曲解。笔者利用一组临床病例,客观分析中医针灸治疗膝痛症的特点与综合效果。该临床针灸研究共包括36个病例,分成5个年龄组。每位患者经中医疗法整体诊断后给予个体化针灸治疗方案。每次治疗前后记录症状体征,采用自我评定及数字分级评价治疗效果。纳入患者须至少完成5次治疗或全部10次治疗后总结治疗结果。36例患者中,17例患者(47.2%)的主诉膝痛症得以根治。在膝痛症患者群中,原有的其他60多种疾病也意外得到改善(98.9%)或治愈(44.2%)。说明传统中医针灸疗法治疗膝痛症疗效显著。无论传统中医还是西方常规医学,其共同目的是增进人类健康。中医针灸的客观疗效不容否认和曲解。
