Pregabalin,(S)-3-amino methyl hexanoic acid,is a structural analogue ofγ-amino butyric acid(GABA)which has been widely used to treat partial seizures and neuropathic pain[1].It is soluble in aqueous solution and sparingly soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol,DMSO and *** oxide(PEO)has a strong negative effect on analysis of hydrophilic active ingredient and its relative substances due to extremely high viscosity of PEO in aqueous *** aim of this study is to develop a fast and precise method for the determination of pregabalin and its relative substances in extended release tablets including PEO using sodium sulfate for the treatment of sample solution.

Oxycodone hydrochloride is a semi-synthetic opioid agonist that provides very effective relief for moderate to severe pain in cancer and post-operative patients. tAstrocytes are the largest glial population in the mammalian ***,we have a minimal understanding of astrocyte development,especially fate specification in different regions of the *** lineage tracing of the progenitors of the third ventricle(3V)wall via in-utero electroporation in the embryonic mouse brain,we show the fate specification and migration pattern of astrocytes derived from radial glia along the 3V ***,radial glia located in different regions along the 3V wall of the diencephalon produce distinct cell types:radial glia in the upper region produce astrocytes and those in the lower region produce neurons in the *** genetic fate mapping analysis,we reveal that the first population of astrocytes appears along the zona incerta in the *** occurs at an early time point in the dorsal region relative to that in the ventral region of the developing *** transcriptomic analysis of the region-specific 3V wall and lateral ventricle(LV)wall,we identified cohorts of differentially-expressed genes in the dorsal 3V wall compared to the ventral 3V wall and LV wall that may regulate astrogenesis in the dorsal ***,these results demonstrate that the generation of astrocytes shows a spatiotemporal pattern in the developing mouse diencephalon.

Inspecting and testing code changes typically require a significant amount of developer *** a system evolves,developers often create composite changes by mixing multiple development issues,as opposed to addressing one independent issue—an atomic *** composite changes often becomes time-consuming and *** test unrelated edits on composite changes,rerunning all regression tests may require excessive *** address the problem,we present an interactive technique for change decomposition to support code reviews and regression test selection,called *** a developer specifies code change within a diff patch,ChgCutter partitions composite changes into a set of related atomic changes,which is more cohesive and self-contained regarding the issue being *** composite change inspection,it generates an intermediate program version that only includes a related change subset using program dependence *** cost reduction during regression testing,it safely selects only affected tests responsible for changes to an intermediate *** the evaluation,we apply ChgCutter to 28 composite changes in four open source *** partitions these changes with 95.7% accuracy,while selecting affected tests with 89.0% *** conduct a user study with professional software engineers at PayPal and find that ChgCutter is helpful in understanding and validating composite changes,scaling to industry projects.

The segregation and diffusion of boron during heat treatments were studied. The influence of boron contents, aging time and applied stress on FeMo2B2 formation was also studied. Finally, the effects of boron contents and FeMo2B2 formation on the high temperature strength were studied. Boron atoms were segregated to prior austenite grain boundary during normalizing treatment. And these boron atoms were slowly diffused into the grain interior during tempering and aging at 700 ℃. The FeMo2B2 phase was only formed after 1,000 h aging at 700 ℃ in alloy containing 196 ppm boron. The formation of FeMo2B2 phase is accelerated by the applied stress. It was expected that the formation of FeMo2B2 is closely related to the redistribution of boron atoms. The tensile strengths at 700 ℃ are increased with the increase of boron contents. However, the formation of FeMo2B2 phase results in lower tensile strength.

Semi-crystalline photovoltaic polymers with siloxane-terminated hybrid side-chains

Three types of semi-cry stalline photovoltaic polymers were synthesized by incorporating a siloxane-terminated organic/inorganic hybrid side-chain and changing the number of fluorine substituents.A branch point away from a polymer main backbone in the siloxane-containing side-chains and the intra-and/or interchain noncovalent coulombic interactions enhance a chain planarity and facile interchain *** resulting polymers formed strongly agglomerated films with high roughness,suggesting strong intermolecular *** optical band gap of ca.1.7 eV was measured for all polymers with a pronounced shoulder peak due to tight π-π *** increasing the fluorine substituents,the frontier energy levels decreased and preferential face-on orientation was *** siloxane-terminated side-chains and fluorine substitution promoted the intermolecular packing,showing well resolved lamellar scatterings up to(300) for this series of polymers in the grazing incidence wide angle X-ray scattering *** PPsiDTBT,PPsiDTFBT and PPsiDT2 FBT devices showed a power conversion efficiency of 3.16%,4.40%and 5.65%,respectively,by blending with PC_(71)***-type bimolecular charge recombination was similar for three polymeric solar *** main loss in the photocurrent generation for PPsiDTBT:PC_(71)BM was interpreted to originate from the trap assisted charge recombination by measuring light-intensity dependent short-circuit current density(J_(SC)) and open-circuit voltage(V_(Oc)).Our results provide a new insight into the rational selection of solubilizing substituents for optimizing crystalline interchain packing with appropriate miscibility with PC71 BM for further optimizing polymer solar cells.

Bioinspired Segment Robot with Earthworm-like Plane Locomotion

In this paper, a miniaturized segment robot using solenoids is developed to mimic the plane locomotion of earthworms. The bioinspired robot is composed of five segmented bodies, and one segment has two solenoid actuators. This robot can move linearly and it can also turn due to the pair of solenoid actuators that facilitate the earthworm-like peristaltic locomotion. We have designed a miniaturized solenoid with a permanent magnet plunger in order to increase the total electromagnetic force. A theoretical analysis is performed to predict the linear and turning motions of each segment, and the optimal profiles of input signals are obtained for fast locomotion. Experiments are then conducted to determine the linear and turning motions of the segment robot. It takes about 0.5 s for the five segments to complete one cycle of the peristaltic locomotion. In experiments, the segment robot is shown to have the linear and angular velocities of 27.2 mm·s^-1 （0.13 body-length per second） and 2 degrees per second, respectively.

Spectrum of final pathological diagnosis of gastric adenoma after endoscopic resection

AIM: To investigate how many discrepancies occur in patients before and after endoscopic treatment of referred adenoma and the reason for these results. METHODS: We retrospectively reviewed data from 554 cases of 534 patients who were referred from primary care centres for adenoma treatment and treated for endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) or endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) at Chungnam National University Hospital, from July 2006 to June 2009. Reendoscopy was examined in 142 cases and biopsywas performed in 108 cases prior to treatment. Three endoscopists (1, 2 and 3) performed all EMRs or ESDs and three pathologists (1, 2 and 3) diagnosed most of the cases. Transfer notes, medical records and endoscopic pictures of these cases were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. RESULTS: Adenocarcinoma was 72 (13.0%) cases in total 554 cases after endoscopic treatment of referred adenoma. When the grade of dysplasia was high (55.0%), biopsy number was more than three (22.7%), size was no smaller than 2.0 cm (23.2%), morphologic type was depressed (35.8%) or yamada type Ⅳ (100%), and color was red (30.9%) or mixed-or-undetermined (25.0%), it had much more malignancy rate than the others (P < 0.05). All 18 cases diagnosed as adenocarcinoma in the re-endoscopic forceps biopsy were performed by endoscopist 1. There were different malignancy rates according to the pathologist (P = 0.027). CONCLUSION: High grade dysplasia is the most important factor for predicting malignancy as a final pathologic diagnosis before treating the referred gastric adenoma. This discrepancy can occur mainly through inappropriately selecting a biopsy site where cancer cells do not exist, but it also depends on the pathologist to some extent.
