As a next-generation photovoltaic device,perovskite solar cells are rapidly ***,both solution and device stability pose challenges for commercialization due to chemical degradation caused by internal and external ***,the decomposition of iodoplumbate in a perovskite solution hinders the long-term use of perovskite ***,the synthesis of stable perovskites at low temperature is important for stable devices and wide applications(flexible devices and high reproducibility).Herein,the critical composition of perovskite is found to obtain high stabilities of both iodoplumbate and perovskite crystals by utilizing CsPbBr_(3) and FAPbI_(3),exhibiting high device performance and long-term solution *** novel composition of CsPbBr_(3)-alloyed FAPbI_(3) not only crystallizes under annealing-free conditions but also demonstrates excellent iodoplumbate stability for 100 days(∼3000 h)without any ***,high device stabilities are achieved over 2000 and 3000 h under extreme conditions of A.M.1.5 and 85℃/85%relative humidity,***,the device exhibited a high power conversion efficiency of 23.4%,and furthermore,CsPbBr_(3)-alloyed FAPbI_(3) was devoted to widen the applications in both flexible and carbon-electrode devices,thereby addressing both scientific depths and potential commercial materials.

BACKGROUND Atrophic gastritis is characterized by loss of appropriate glands and reduction in gastric secretory function due to chronic inflammatory processes in gastric mucosa. Moreover, atrophic gastritis is considered as a precancerous condition of gastric cancer. However, little is known about the molecular mechanism underlying gastric mucosal atrophy and its contribution to gastric ***, we hypothesized that transcription factor NKX6.3 might be involved in maintaining gastric epithelial homeostasis by regulating amyloid β(Aβ)*** To determine whether NKX6.3 might protect against gastric mucosal atrophy by regulating Aβ *** We identified NKX6.3 depletion induced cell death by cell count and Western blot assay. Production and mechanism of Aβ oligomer were analyzed by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay, Western blot, immunoprecipitation, real-timequantitative polymerase chain reaction and immunofluorescence analysis. We further validated the correlation between expression of NKX6.3, Helicobacter pylori CagA, Aβ oligomer, apolipoprotein E(ApoE), and β-secretase 1(Bace1) in 55 gastric *** NKX6.3 depletion increased both adherent and floating cell populations in HFE-145 cells. Expression levels of cleaved caspase-3,-9, and poly ADP ribose polymerase were elevated in floating HFE-145^(shNKX6.3) cells. NKX6.3 depletion produced Aβ peptide oligomers, and increased expression of ApoE, amyloid precursor protein, Aβ, Bace1, low-density lipoprotein receptor, nicastrin, high mobility group box1, and receptor for advanced glycosylation end product proteins. In immunoprecipitation assay, γ-secretase complex was stably formed only in HFE-145^(shNKX6.3) cells. In gastric mucosae with atrophy, expression of Aβpeptide oligomer, ApoE, and Bace1 was detected and inversely correlated with NKX6.3 expression. The increasing demand for hydrogen energy to address environmental issues and achieve carbon neutrality has elevated interest in green hydrogen production,which does not rely on fossil *** various hydrogen production technologies,anion exchange membrane water electrolyzer(AEMWE)has emerged as a next-generation technology known for its high hydrogen production efficiency and its ability to use non-metal ***,this technology faces significant challenges,particularly in terms of the membrane durability and low ionic *** address these challenges,research efforts have focused on developing membranes with a new backbone structure and anion exchange groups to enhance durability and ionic ***,the super-acid-catalyzed condensation(SACC)synthesis method stands out due to its user convenience,the ability to create high molecular weight(MW)polymers,and the use of oxygen-tolerant organic *** the synthesis of anion exchange membranes(AEMs)using the SACC method began in 2015,and despite growing interest in this synthesis approach,there remains a scarcity of review papers focusing on AEMs synthesized using the SACC *** review covers the basics of SACC synthesis,presents various polymers synthesized using this method,and summarizes the development of these polymers,particularly their building blocks including aryl,ketone,and anion exchange *** systematically describe the effects of changes in the molecular structure of each polymer component,conducted by various research groups,on the mechanical properties,conductivity,and operational stability of the *** review will provide insights into the development of AEMs with superior performance and operational stability suitable for water electrolysis applications.

AIM： To investigate clinical significance of Pin1 and β-catenin expression in colorectal cancers and to demonstrate the relationship of their expression. METHODS： The role of Pin1 and β-catenin protein in colorectal tumorigenesis and their clinicopathologic significance were analyzed by immunohistochemistry, and correlation between Pin1 and β-catenin protein expressions was also studied in 124 patients with colorectal cancer who were surgically treated. RESULTS： Normal colonic epithelium either failed to express or showed focal and weak expression of Pin1 and β-catenin. Overexpression of Pin1 and β-catenin protein was found in 23 （18.54%） and 50 （40.3%） of 124 colorectal cancers, respectively. Overexpression of both proteins was not related to the lymph node metastasis, tumor stage and survival period after excision. Survival analysis results indicated that tumor stage was a valuable predictor of survival. Interestingly, a significant correlation was found between Pin1 and β-catenin protein expression. CONCLUSION： Overexpression of Pin1 and β-catenin may be closely related with the development and/or progression of colorectal carcinoma and further supports that Pin1 overexpression might contribute to the upregulation of β-catenin.

AIM： To investigate whether S100A4 played an important role in the development or progression of colorectal cancer. METHODS： A total of 124 colorectal adenocarcinoma tissue specimens were analyzed by immunohistochemistry for the expression of S100A4 protein and subsequently investigated for the gene mutations in the coding region of S100A4 gene. The specimens were collected over a 3-year period in the laboratories at our large teaching hospital in Seoul, Republic of Korea. RESULTS： Normal colonic epithelium either failed to express or showed focal weak expression of S100A4. Moderate to strong cytoplasmic expression of S100A4 was seen in 69 （55.6%） of the 124 colorectal carcinoma tissue specimens. S100A4 expression was detected in 43 （69.4%） of 62 specimens with lymph node metastasis. Statistically, overexpression of S100A4 was significantly associated with Dukes＇ stage and lymph node metastasis. Nuclear staining was also observed in 24 （19.4%） of 124 samples and closely associated with Dukes＇ stage. However, there was no significant correlation between overexpression of S100A4 and other investigated clinico-pathologic parameters, including tumor localization, tumor size, and survival period. In mutational analysis, no gene mutation was found in the analyzed genomic area of colorectal cancer. CONCLUSION： Overexpression of S100A4 may be closely related with the aggressiveness of colorectal carcinoma.

A conventional electrode composite for rechargeable zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)includes a binder for strong adhesion between the electrode material and the current ***,the introduction of a binder leads to electrochemical inactivity and low electrical conductivity,resulting in the decay of the capacity and a low rate *** present a binder-and conducting agent-free VO_(2)composite electrode using in situ polymerization of dopamine on a flexible current collector of pyroprotein-based *** as-fabricated composite electrode was used as a substrate for the direct growth of VO_(2)as a self-supported form on polydopamine-derived pyroprotein-based fibers(pp-fibers@VO_(2)(B)).It has a high conductivity and flexible nature as a current collector and moderate binding without conventional binders and conducting agents for the VO_(2)(B)*** addition,their electrochemical mechanism was *** energy storage is induced by Zn^(2+)/H^(+)coinsertion during discharging,which can be confirmed by the lattice expansion,the formation of by-products including Zn_(x)(OTf)_(y)(OH)_(2x−y)·nH_(2)O,and the reduction of V^(4+)to V^(3+).Furthermore,the assembled Zn//pp-fibers@VO_(2)(B)pouch cells have excellent flexibility and stable electrochemical performance under various bending states,showing application possibilities for portable and wearable power sources.

AIM： TO investigate whether krüppel-like factor 6 （KLF6） plays an important role in the development and/or progression of colorectal cancer. METHODS： A total of 123 formalin-fixed and paraffinembedded colorectal cancer specimens were analyzed by immunohistochemistry using tissue microarray for the expression of KLF6 protein. The specimens were collected over a 3-year period in the laboratories at our large teaching hospital in Seoul, Republic of Korea. The correlation of KLF6 expression with clinicopathologic parameters was analyzed by χ^2 test and Bartholomew test. RESULTS： Normal colonic epithelium showed weak to moderate expression of KLF6, whereas reduced KLF 6 expression or loss of KLF6 expression was seen in 45 （36.6%） of the 123 colorectal carcinoma specimens. Interestingly, aberrant expression of KLF6 was detected in 25 （43.1%） of 58 cases with metastasis to regional lymph node and in 31 （47.0%） of 66 tumors more than 5 cm in size. Statistically, loss of KLF6 expression was significantly associated with tumor size （P〈0.05）. However, there was no significant correlation between KLF6 expression and Dukes＇ stage （Bartholomew test, P〉 0.05）, tumor location and lymph node metastasis （χ^2 test, P〉0.05）.CONCLUSION： Loss of KLF6 expression may be a common and early event in colorectal carcinogenesis.
