In an organic nursery, various bioproducts were used to stimulate plant growth： Fertigo （granulated bovine manure）, Micosat, Humus UP （humic acids microbiologically enriched）, Humus Active ＋ Aktywit PM （beneficial microorganisms）, BioFeed Amin, BioFeed Quality, Tytanit, and Vinassa. One of the aims of the study was to determine the effect of these products on the ability of grafted buds of apple and sour cherry cultivars to survive the winter. Losses resulting from the freezing of buds during winter dormancy were calculated as the difference between the number of buds deemed to have taken in autumn and the number of live buds that began to develop properly in the spring of the following year. In autumn, the number of maiden trees obtained in each fertilization combination was also determined in the same nursery. The greatest tendency to die in winter was shown by apple and sour cherry buds in those combinations in which the rootstocks were supplied with a mineral fertilizer with NPK components, and the smallest where humic preparations （so-called vermiculites） were used. The type of fertilizer had an indirect influence not only on the number of grafted buds that died in winter as a result of freezing, but also on the final number of maiden trees obtained from a given area of the nursery.

The study examines factors associated with BMI among urban women responsible for food shopping and preparation in the Republic of Korea. The preliminary ANOVA analysis of the survey data collected from women residing in seven major urban centers is followed by the logistic estimation of the equation identifying individual characteristics and household features changing the probability of undesirable BMI. Low income, low education, location, preference for convenience, sweet-tasting foods, and home vegetable processing are linked to BMI ≥ 25. Respondents reporting weekly fruits and vegetable expenditure considered normal or above normal are less likely to be overweight. Profiles of urban women (in a country where more than 80 percent of people live in urban areas) vulnerable to becoming overweight or obese are developed and probabilities of changing the BMI based on respondent characteristics are calculated. There is a need for multipronged efforts including public and private sectors to address the increasing weight management problems among urban women to address differences in socioeconomic, location, health, and food choice factors predicting change in BMI.

Objective:a-Synuclein has been studied as a potential biomarker for Parkinson's disease(PD)with no concluding ***,there is an urgent need to find out reliable specific biomarkers for ***37 is an orphan G protein-coupled receptor that toxically accumulates in autosomal recessive juvenile ***,we investigated whether GPR37 is upregulated in sporadic PD,and thus a suitable potential biomarker for ***:GPR37 protein density and mRNA expression in postmortem substantia nigra(SN)from PD patients were analysed by immunoblot and RT-qPCR,*** presence of peptides from the N-terminus-cleaved domain of GPR37(***-GPR37)in human cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)was determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometric *** engineered in-house nanoluciferase-based immunoassay was used to quantify ecto-GPR37 in CSF samples from neurological control(NC)subjects,PD patients and Alzheimer's disease(AD)***:GPR37 protein density and mRNA expression were significantly augmented in sporadic *** amounts of ecto-GPR37 peptides in the CSF samples from PD patients were identified by mass spectrometry and quantified by the in-house ELISA ***,the CSF total a-synuclein level in PD patients did not differ from that in NC ***,the cortical GPR37 mRNA expression and CSF ecto-GPR37 levels in AD patients were also ***:GPR37 expression is increased in SN of sporadic PD *** ecto-GPR37 peptides are significantly increased in the CSF of PD patients,but not in AD *** results open perspectives and encourage further clinical studies to confirm the validity and utility of ecto-GPR37 as a potential PD biomarker.

Aim: Sternoclavicular joint infection associated with liver cirrhosis is an uncommon condition and the optimal surgical treatment is undefined. Methods: Patients and methods: we retrospectively analysed data from six patients with sternoclavicular joint infections and liver cirrhosis underwent between February 2008 and May 2018 a staged therapy using negative pressure therapy followed by secondary 'en bloc' joint resection and a pectoralis muscle flap (PMF) obliteration of the thoracic wall defect. Results: Four patients successfully underwent a transfer of the PMF. The surgical revision was required for relevant bleeding in one and a tracheostomy was performed due to the prolonged intubation in another case. One patient died on the fifth day after surgery due to a cerebral septic embolic ischemia and aortic endocarditis. Conclusion: The presence of liver insufficiency and coagulopathy was associated with an extensive blood product demand and required a well-balanced interdisciplinary management. During the follow-up only a minimal restriction in the shoulder mobility was observed.

Apple/Malus x domestica cv. ＇Topaz＇/M26 and sour cherry cv. ＇Debreceni Botermo＇/Prunus mahaleb L. maidens were fertilized with different organic fertilizers and soil amendments in an organic nursery. A mycorrhizal inoculant, Micosat, was added to the non-fertilized control and to combinations fertilized with various bioproducts. Under assessment was the effect of nutrient delivery on the growth and development of maiden fruit trees focussing on tree height, thickness of the tree trunk, the number and the length of lateral shoots in each treatment combination. It was found that the introduction of mycorrhizal fungi into the soil without fertilizer application significantly improved the growth and development of apple and sour cherry maidens. Mineral fertilizer application （NPK） combined with mycorrhizal inoculation had a negligible effect on the above features. In the presence of bioproducts such as granular manure, Humus Active ＋ Aktywit PM, BF Amin, Vinassa and Florovit Eko, the mycorrhizal fungi were more biologically active than in the absence of these products.

This paper describes a formation of hybrid coatings on a Ti-2Ta-3Zr-36Nb *** is accomplished by plasma electrolytic oxidation and a dip-coating technique with poly(adipic anhydride)((C6H8O3)n)that is loaded with drugs:amoxicillin(C16H19N3O5S),cefazolin(C14H14N8O4S3)or vancomycin(C66H75Cl2N9O24·xHCl).The characteristic microstructure of the polymer was evaluated using scanning electron microscopy and confocal *** on the surface treatment,the surface roughness varied(between 1.53μm and 2.06μm),and the wettability was change with the over of time.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis showed that the oxide layer did not affect the polymer layer or loaded ***,the drugs lose their stability in a phosphate-buffered saline solution after 6.5 h of exposure,and its decrease was greater than 7%(HPLC analysis).The stability,drug release and concentration of the drug loaded into the material were precisely analyzed by high-performance liquid *** results correlated with the degradation of the polymer in which the addition of drugs caused the percent of degraded polymer to be between 35.5%and 49.4%after 1 h of material immersion,depending on the mass of the loaded drug and various biological responses that were ***,all of the coatings were cytocompatible with MG-63 osteoblast-like *** drug concentrations released from the coatings were sufficient to inhibit adhesion of reference and clinical bacterial strains(***).The coatings with amoxicillin showed the best results in the bacterial inhibition zone,whereas coatings with cefazolin inhibited adhesion of the above bacteria on the surface.

目的探讨腹腔镜胃折叠术(LGP)联合十二指肠空肠Omega转位术(DJOS)在修正可调节胃绑带术中的应用价值。方法采用回顾性描述性研究方法。收集2016年12月至2018年12月德国慕尼黑大学医学院收治的1例行可调节胃绑带术失效患者的临床资料;患者女,年龄为46岁。患者完善术前相关检查后,一期行LGP,二期行DJOS。观察指标:(1)手术及术后情况。(2)随访情况。采用门诊和电话方式进行随访,了解患者术后体质量指数(BMI)、胰岛素治疗及远期并发症情况。随访时间截至2018年12月。计数资料采用绝对数表示。结果(1)手术及术后情况:患者一期顺利施行LGP,二期顺利施行DJOS。LGP手术时间、消化道重建时间、术中出血量、术后肛门首次排气时间、引流管拔除时间、术后恢复正常饮食时间、术后住院时间分别为96min、58min、210mL、32h、48h、42d、3d。DJOS上述指标分别为148min、117min、260mL、47h、72h、21d、7d。患者LGP和DJOS术中、术后均未发生并发症。(2)随访情况:患者获得术后随访,随访时间为LGP术后24个月。LGP术后6个月患者BMI降至45.3kg/m^2,DJOS术后18个月,BMI降至37.2kg/m^2。患者术后未行胰岛素治疗。术后未发生营养不良、倾倒综合征及胆汁反流等并发症。结论LGP联合DJOS可完善BMI>50kg/m2肥胖症患者的治疗手段,且为特殊患者如胃绑带术后患者提供更安全的手术选择。

目的评价喉罩用于幼猪动物实验中气道管理的效果。方法雄性幼猪72头，2～3月龄，体重22～32妇，采用随机数字表法，将其分为2组（n=36）：气管插管组（TI组）和喉罩组（LMA组）。LMA组置入4#ProSeal喉罩，TI组插入7．0#气管导管。插管成功后，进行间歇正压通气，潮气量8～10ml／kg，通气频率16次／min，吸呼比1．0：1．5，吸人氧浓度50％，氧流量3L／min，维持PETC0235～45mmHg。麻醉维持：静脉输注丙泊酚15mg·kg-1·h-1和瑞芬太尼40μg·kg-1·h-1，间断静脉注射维库溴铵0．1mg／kg，通气时间1．5h。记录插管时间和一次插管成功情况。分别于气管插管或喉罩置入前、气管插管和喉罩置人成功和拔除气管导管或喉罩后即刻记录SpO2，并于上述时点采集动脉血样，进行血气分析。记录咽喉损伤和胃胀气的发生情况。结果与TI组比较，LMA组插管时间缩短，一次插管成功率、气管插管和喉罩置入成功时SpO2和PaO2升高，咽喉损伤发生率和PaCO2降低（P〈0．05），胃胀气发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。2组幼猪在机械通气期间，SpO2均〉95％，PaO2均〉150mm Hg。结论喉罩通气用于幼猪动物实验气道管理是便捷、有效和安全的方法。
