Th. edges between vertices in networks take not only th. common binary values, but also th. ordered values in some situations(e.g., th. measurement of th. relationsh.p between people from worst to best in social networks). In th.s paper, th. auth.rs study th. asymptotic property of th. moment estimator based on th. degrees of vertices in ordered networks wh.se edges are ordered random variables. In particular, th. auth.rs establish.th. uniform consistency and th. asymptotic normality of th. moment estimator wh.n th. number of parameters goes to infinity. Simulations and a real data example are provided to illustrate asymptotic results.

Th. foldover is a quick and useful tech.ique in construction of fractional factorial designs, wh.ch.typically releases aliased factors or interactions. Th. issue of employing th. uniformity criterion measured by th. centered L2-discrepancy to assess th. optimal foldover plans was studied for four-level design. A new analytical expression and a new lower bound of th. centered L2-discrepancy for fourlevel combined design under a general foldover plan are respectively obtained. A necessary condition for th. existence of an optimal foldover plan meeting th.s lower bound was described. An algorith. for search.ng th. optimal four-level foldover plans is also developed. Illustrative examples are provided, wh.re numerical studies lend furth.r support to our th.oretical results. Th.se results may h.lp to provide some powerful and efficient Mgorith.s for search.ng th. optimal four-level foldover plans.

Skin diseases effectively influence all parts of *** and accurate detection of skin cancer is necessary to avoid significant *** manual detection of skin diseases by dermatologists leads to misclassification due to th. same intensity and color ***,an automated system to identify th.se skin diseases is *** studies on skin disease classification using different tech.iques h.ve been ***,previous tech.iques failed to identify multi-class skin disease images due to th.ir similar *** th. proposed study,a computer-aided framework for automatic skin disease detection is *** th. proposed research.we collected and normalized th. datasets from two databases(ISIC arch.ve,Mendeley)based on six Basal Cell Carcinoma(BCC),Actinic Keratosis(AK),Seborrh.ic Keratosis(SK),Nevus(N),Squamous Cell Carcinoma(SCC),and Melanoma(M)common skin ***,segmentation is performed using deep Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN).Furth.rmore,th.ee types of features are extracted from segmented skin lesions:ABCD rule,GLCM,and in-depth.*** transfer learning is used for deep feature extraction,wh.le a support vector mach.ne(SVM)is used for *** results sh.w th.t SVM outperformed oth.r studies in terms of accuracy,as AK disease ach.eved 100%accuracy,BCC 92.7%,M 95.1%,N 97.8%,SK 93.1%,SCC 91.4%with.a global accuracy of 95.4%.

气候临界点及应对——碳中和

基于政府间气候变化专门委员会(IPCC)评估报告及近年的研究文献,文章试图从气候变化的影响和风险的角度出发,诠释气候变暖可能正在触发的全球多个气候临界点,解读国际社会采取碳达峰和碳中和政策措施的由来,讨论不同系统或区域开展适应性研究的重要性与迫切性。主要结论:①近百年来,特别是1970年代以来,全球持续快速升温变暖,而中国陆地和海洋的升温速率又高于全球平均,产生了广泛的影响和风险。②2019年,造成全球变暖的主要温室气体CO2浓度已达到410.5 mg/L,为工业化前(1750年)的148%,也是至少200万年以来的最高值。③全球的持续升温使得气候变化的风险不成比例地增加,许多系统正在逼近其发生严重突变和不可逆转变化的临界点,并且,某些气候临界点的发生将比预计得更为提前。④气候变暖的加剧可能正在触发全球的九个气候临界点,包括暖水珊瑚礁的大规模白化和死亡、格陵兰和南极冰盖的加速融化、大西洋经向翻转环流的减弱等,并有引发多米诺骨牌效应的风险。⑤为应对气候变暖的影响和风险,有必要将本世纪全球升温限制在工业化前水平(1850—1900年平均)之上2℃(最好为1.5℃)以内,相对于2010年,全球净人为CO2排放量到2030年需减少约25%(45%),并在2070年(2050年)左右实现碳中和。⑥以暖水珊瑚礁为例,讨论并分析了中国受损珊瑚礁将可能由于较高的中国海洋升温速率而率先触发临界点,亟需修复并加强受损珊瑚礁等系统或区域气候恢复力(resilience)的建设,以提高其适应气候变化的能力。此外,最近中国受损珊瑚礁原位有性繁殖修复实验取得了突破性进展,这为重构受损珊瑚礁的恢复力提供了积极的前景。

Many analytic strategies h.ve emerged to estimate plant responses to Fusarium wilt. Th. demand for fast and reliable meth.d （diagnosis, prediction） to determine isolate strength.accurately is not establish.d yet. Early determination of path.gen strength.h.lps in plant medication. Th. aim of th.s study was to develop a faster strategy and meth.d for early determination of fungal isolates strength.in correlation to plant response. Till now, th. scientists h.ve no consensus on th. most correlated parameters th.t could express wilt precisely. In th.s study, 30 isolates of Fusarium oxysporum isolated from Lupinus termis L. were used to provide an explicit image about th. real strength.of Fusarium isolates and its impact on th. plant. Wilting percentage ranged from 26.67% to 93.33% of th. infected plants depending on isolate virulence. Some of cellular, morph.logical and ph.sical measurements were conducted on 8 out of 30 isolates, including root （length. fresh.weigh. （FW） and dry weigh. （DW））, nodules （water content （WC）, FW, DW）, stem （h.igh., WC, FW, DW）, total leaves/plant （WC, FW, DW） and th. fourth.leaf （WC, FW, DW, leaf area, epidermal cell area, epidermal cell number, succulence）. h.erarch.cal clustering was used to determine th. variance between th. isolates. Detrended correspondence analysis （DCA） and canonical correspondence analysis （CCA） were used to determine th. most important growth.parameters th.t could express wilting accurately. Th. CCA results sh.wed th.t most of th. measured parameters on th. fourth.leaf, except for leaf epidermal cell number, were h.gh.y and positively correlated to wilt. Th.t makes th.se specific parameters valuable and sensitive for any ch.nges in isolates strength. Accordingly, a math.matical model was created to be h.lpful in th. quick determination of isolate strength.and precise medication.

暖水珊瑚礁生态系统是热带海域最具生物多样性和代表性的生态系统之一。本研究分析了全球变化背景下暖水珊瑚礁生态系统的变化和风险,开展了受损暖水珊瑚礁生态系统退化和消失的致灾因子归因分析,综述了暖水珊瑚礁生态系统的适应性与修复技术研究。分析表明:①过去几十年来,暖水珊瑚礁生态系统快速退化,包括大面积白化和死亡、多样性明显减少和生态功能显著衰退,主要归因于海洋升温与人类活动等致灾因子的影响;②在温室气体高排放浓度情景下(RCP 8.5),相比工业革命前,到本世纪中叶,南海升温将可能远超过2℃,这表明南海暖水珊瑚礁生态系统正在逼近其气候临界点,即全球升温高于2℃时,90%~99%以上的暖水珊瑚将消失;③1980年代以来,海洋升温、海洋热浪和强热带气旋等海洋气候变化致灾因子对南海暖水珊瑚的危害性(影响的强度、范围和时间)明显增加,对暖水珊瑚礁生态系统产生了严重的影响;与此同时,近岸海域的过度或破坏性捕捞、采挖和潜水等人类活动,对暖水珊瑚造成了严重损害,增加了暖水珊瑚的气候脆弱性,而这种人类活动既是局部的,也是全球性的现象,使得暖水珊瑚更难以适应全球变暖的影响。分析还表明,为了增强暖水珊瑚适应气候与环境变化的恢复力(韧性),人们开展了诸多受损珊瑚礁生态系统的适应性与修复研究,但主要是采用无性繁殖或结合人工基质的修复方式,而应用有性繁殖技术恢复受损珊瑚礁的方式仍较少;最近,暖水珊瑚耐热的基因适应性研究取得了重要进展,为暖水珊瑚适应全球变暖提供了一种新的途径。本研究最后探讨了中国受损珊瑚礁生态系统的修复问题与对策。

Dosimetric evaluation using th. diode measurements for total skin electron th.rapy tech.ique

Objective： Th. purpose of th.s study was to present th. dosimetric study and evaluation th. dose delivered to th. skin tumor by using diode detector with.total skin electron th.rapy （TSET）. Meth.ds： Th. total skin electron irradiation （TSEI） tech.ique was used to treat ten patients with.h.stological confirmed mycosis fungoides according to th. Stanford staging system at th. Radioth.rapy Department, National Cancer Institute, Cairo University, Egypt. h.gh.dose rate electron beams with.low electron energy 5 MeV from a Siemens linear accelerator were used for treatment. Diodes were calibrated at TSET distance 300 cm and field size （35 × 35） cm^2. Results： Th. result of diodes measurements sh.wed th. dose to flat surface of th. body was with.n ：1：10 % from th. prescribed dose. Special areas of th. body such.as th. perineum ＆ eyelid sh.wed large deviation up to 30% variation from th. prescription dose. Conclusion： Th. diode results of th.s study will be used as a quality assurance ch.ck for all new patients treated with.TSET and to compare it to th. prescribed dose delivered to th. patients. It is recommends to evaluate th. diodes measurements for all patients th.ough.ut th. full treatment cycle and to identify individually th. boost dose areas.
