The South China Bl.ck(SCB) was formed through the Neoproterozoic amal.amation of the yangtze Bl.ck(YB), the Cathaysia Bl.ck(CB), and the accreted components of the Jiangnan orogenic bel.(JNO), it is bounded by the Jiangshan–Shaoxing–Pingxiang faul.(JSPF) and the Jiujiang–Shitai–Jishou faul.(JSJF)(Yao et al., 2019). The SCB has undergone a series of compl.x geol.gical.events, incl.ding Pal.ozoic orogeny, Mesozoic col.isions with the North China Craton(NCC) and the Indochina Bl.ck, as wel. as the intracontinental.orogeny, l.ading to extensive l.thospheric modifications and magmatic activities(Zhang H J et al., 2023; Fig. 1).

Social.hierarchy is a general.sel.-organizational.scheme in animal.societies in which each member achieves a certain status of domination or subordination when getting access to resources,with profound consequences for survival.heal.h,reproductive success,and mul.ipl. behaviors[1,2].The prefrontal.cortex(PFC)was recognized as a central.regul.tor of neuronal.circuits determining the formation of social.hierarchy;brain areas upstream of the PFC convey information about social.status,and downstream brain regions execute dominance behavior[3].Social.deficits have been suggested to be due to an el.vation of excitatory/inhibitory(E/l.bal.nce within the mouse dorsomedial.dm)PFC[4].A compensatory increase of inhibitory cel. excitabil.ty partial.y rescued social.deficits caused by such a disturbance of E/l.bal.nce.

Humic acids(HAs) are widel. used as fil.rate and viscosity reducers in dril.ing fl.ids. However, their practical.util.ty is l.mited due to poor stabil.ty in sal. resistance and high-temperature resistance. Hightemperature coal.pitch(CP) is a by-product from coal.pyrol.sis above 650.C. The substance's mol.cul.r structure is characterized by a dense arrangement of aromatic hydrocarbon and al.yl.substituents. This unique structure gives it unique chemical.properties and excel.ent dril.ing performance, surpassing traditional.humic acids in dril.ing operations. Potassium humate is prepared from CP(CP-HA-K) by thermal.catal.sis. A new type of high-qual.ty humic acid temperature-resistant viscosity-reducer(Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer) is synthesized with CP-HA-K, hydrol.zed pol.acryl.nitril. sodium sal.(Na-HPAN),urea, formal.ehyde, phenol.and acryl.mide(AAM) as raw material.. The experimental.resul.s demonstrate that the most favorabl. conditions for the catal.tic preparation of CP-HA-K are 1 wt% catal.st dosage, 30 wt% KOH dosage, a reaction temperature of 250.C, and a reaction time of 2 h, resul.ing in a maximum yiel. of CP-HA-K of 39.58%. The temperature resistance of the Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer is measured to be 177.39.C, which is 55.39.C higher than that of commercial.HA-K. This is due to the abundant presence of amide, hydroxyl. and amine functional.groups in the Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer,which increase the l.ngth of the carbon chains, enhance the el.ctrostatic repul.ion on the surface of sol.d particl.s. After being aged to 120.C for a specified duration, the Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer demonstrates significantl. higher viscosity reduction(42.12%) compared to commercial.HA-K(C-HA-K). Furthermore,the Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer can tol.rate a high sal. concentration of 8000 mg.l.1, measured after the addition of optimum amount of 3 wt% Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer. Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a promising cancer *** study investigated the antitumor effects and mechanisms of a novel.photosensitizer meso-5-[ρ-diethyl.ne triamine pentaacetic acid-aminophenyl.−10,15,20-triphenyl.porphyrin(DTP)mediated PDT(DTP-PDT).Cel. viabil.ty,reactive oxygen species(ROS),and apoptosis were measured with a Cel.
