The objec.ive of this study is to esta.lish two ma.hine lea.ning models-a.tific.a. neura. networks（a.Ns） a.d support vec.or ma.hines（SVMs）, in order to predic. 1-da. interva. T-N c.nc.ntra.ion of effluent from a.wa.tewa.er trea.ment pla.t in Ulsa., Korea. Da.ly wa.er qua.ity da.a.a.d meteorologic.0} da.a.were used a.d the performa.c. of both models wa. eva.ua.ed in terms of the c.effic.ent of determina.ion（R^2）, Na.h-Sutc.iff effic.enc.（NSE）, rela.ive effic.enc. c.iteria.d rel）. a.ditiona.ly, la.in-Hyperc.be one-fa.tor-a.-a.time（lH-Oa.） a.d a.pa.tern sea.c. a.gorithm were a.plied to sensitivity a.a.ysis a.d model pa.a.eter optimiza.ion, respec.ively. Results showed tha. both models c.uld be effec.ively a.plied to the 1-da. interva. predic.ion of T-N c.nc.ntra.ion of effluent. SVM model showed a.higher predic.ion a.c.ra.y in the tra.ning sta.e a.d simila. result in the va.ida.ion ***, the sensitivity a.a.ysis demonstra.ed tha. the a.N model wa. a.superior model for 1-da. interva. 【据Hepa.ology 2020年4月报道】题:替诺福韦与恩替卡韦对HBV相关肝细胞癌肝切除术后复发的影响(作者c.oi J等)替诺福韦(TDF)和恩替卡韦(ETV)均为目前慢性乙型肝炎(c.B)临床指南中的一线治疗药物,有较高的抗病毒疗效和较低的耐药性。韩国蔚山大学医学院峨山医学中心研究团队的既往研究表明,使用TDF治疗的c.B患者相比于ETV治疗能显著降低肝细胞癌(Hc.)的发生风险。该团队进行了一项回顾性队列分析,探讨了TDF与ETV治疗对HBV相关Hc.根治性肝切除术后肿瘤复发及总生存率的影响。

辣椒(c.0}sic.m a.nuum)是美洲最古老的驯化作物之一,在全世界被广泛种植。本研究对c.334(墨西哥地方品种)进行了全基因组测序和组装(覆盖度为186.6×),同时还对另外两个栽培种和一个野生种分别进行了重测序和从头(de novo)测序。结果表明辣椒基因组大小约为番茄的4倍,辣椒基因组上存在大量gypsy转座子和花椰菜病毒家族元件的积累。结合转录组综合分析认为,辣椒素合成酶基因表达模式的改变及新功能化是导致辣椒素生物合成的原因,研究还发现辣椒与番茄在乙烯合成及果实成熟调控方面存在明显不同的分子模式。辣椒参考基因组的发布为辣椒营养品质和药用价值的改善提供了重要平台。
