Based on the dinuclear system model,the calculated evaporation residue cross sections matched well with the current experimental results.The synthesis of superheavy elements z=121 was systematically studied through combinations of stable projectiles with z=21-30 and targets with half-lives exceeding 50 d.The influence of mass asymmetry and isotopic dependence on the projectile and target nuclei was investigated in detail.The reactions^(254)Es(^(46)Ti,3n)^(297)121 and^(252)Es(^(46)Ti,3n)^(295)121 were found to be experimentally feasible for synthesizing superheavy element z=121,with maximal evaporation residue cross sections of 6.619 and 4.123 fb at 219.9 and 223.9 MeV,respectively.

Chronic liver diseases,including primary biliary cholangitis(PBC),are recognized as immunosuppressive conditions due to the impaired functionality of hepatic sinusoidal Kupffer cells.[1]PBC is specifically characterized by cholangitis and progressive liver pathology,which may eventually lead to cirrhosis.The compromised liver function and reduced efficacy of Kupffer cells in patients with PBC weaken their cell-mediated immune responses,increasing their susceptibility to opportunistic pathogens such as Cryptococcus.[2]Cryptococcosis is an infectious disease caused by pathogenic encapsulated yeasts of the genus Cryptococcus,which is distributed worldwide and exhibits diverse clinical presentations.[3]Most case reports on cryptococcal infections are associated with HIV infection or other conditions that compromise the immune system.[4]Case reports related to primary biliary cholangitis are rare.Therefore,this case report underscores a rare cryptococcal infection in a patient with primary biliary cholangitis,emphasizing the need to consider opportunistic infections in those with compromised liver function and immune dysregulation.

Rhabdomyosarcoma(RMS)originates from primitive mesenchymal cells and is the most common soft tissue tumor in childhood.^(18)F-fluoro-deoxyglucose(^(18)F-FDG)positron emission tomography(PET)/computed tomography(CT)has been reported to be valuable in RMS staging and risk stratification.Paratesticular RMS is a relatively uncommon form of RMS,most of which are of the embryonal histologic type.Paratesticular alveolar RMS is associated with aggressive behavior,high metastatic potential,and poor outcomes.To the best of our knowledge,^(18)F-FDG PET/CT imaging findings of paratesticular alveolar RMS have never been described.Here,we report on a 16-year-old boy's rare paratesticular alveolar RMS with multiple metastases and its findings on^(18)F-FDG PET/CT.This case also demonstrates the potential value of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in RMS staging and treatment decisions,and may aid in the differential diagnosis.

中东z油田一开井段井眼尺寸大、井段长、地质条件复杂、钻头选型不合理,探井一般需要20多只钻头才能完钻,钻井周期长、成本高,严重影响全井的建井周期和油田的大规模开发。利用测井数据,使用地层可钻性模型预测了一开井段的地层可钻性剖面,显示出该地层可钻性波动频繁、软硬交错显著、非均质性强。在此基础上设计了将强稳定性、攻击性和水利设计相结合的个性化609.6 mm MS1963UV型PDC钻头。在后续现场试验中,该型钻头突破性地实现了1只牙轮钻头+1只PDC钻头钻完一开井段,提速最高达109.77%,钻头每米成本降幅最高达32.13%。实践证明,区块可钻性预测结果较为符合实际,个性化设计的PDC钻头能够很好地适应目标井段地层,为进一步优化改进钻头设计和z油田的持续提速提效提供了有益的参考。

Within the framework of isospin-dependent Boltzmann-Langevin model,the production cross sections of proton-rich nuclei with z=20-25 are investigated.According to the reaction results for different isospin of projectiles^(48)Ni,^(49)Ni,and^(50)Ni,proton-rich fragments tend to be more easily produced in reactions with the protonrich projectile^(48)Ni.The production cross sections of the unknown nuclei in the vicinity of the projectile are sensitive to incident energy.It is observed that incident energy of 345 MeV/u is appropriate for producing proton-rich nuclei with z=20-25.In projectile fragmentation reactions based on the radioactive ion beam of48Ni at 345MeV/u,several unknown proton-rich nuclei near the proton drip line are generated in the simulations.All these new nuclei are near-projectile elements near z=28.The production cross sections of the new nuclei^(34)Ca,37,38Sc,^(38)Ti,^(40,41,42)V,^(40,41)Cr,and^(42,43,44,45)Mn are in the range of 10-2-102mb.Hence,projectile fragmentation of radioactive ion beams of Ni is a potential method for generating new proton-rich nuclei with z=20-25.

The secondary vascular tissue emanating from meristems is central to understanding how vascular plants such as forest trees evolve,grow,and regulate secondary radial growth.However,the overall molecular characterization of meristem origins and developmental trajectories from primary to secondary vascular tissues in woody tree stems is technically challenging.In this study,we combined high-resolution anatomic analysis with a spatial transcriptome(ST)technique to define features of meristematic cells in a developmental gradient from primary to secondary vascular tissues in poplar stems.The tissue-specific gene expression of meristems and derived vascular tissue types were accordingly mapped to specific anatomical domains.Pseudotime analyses were used to track the origins and changes of meristems throughout the development from primary to secondary vascular tissues.Surprisingly,two types of meristematic-like cell pools within secondary vascular tissues were inferred based on high-resolution microscopy combined with ST,and the results were confirmed by in situ hybridization of,transgenic trees,and single-cell sequencing.The rectangle shape procambium-like(PCL)cells develop from procambium meristematic cells and are located within the phloem domain to produce phloem cells,whereas fusiform shape cambium zone(Cz)meristematic cells develop from fusiform metacambium meristematic cells and are located inside the Cz to produce xylem cells.The gene expression atlas and transcriptional networks spanning the primary transition to secondary vascular tissues generated in this work provide new resources for studying the regulation of meristem activities and the evolution of vascular plants.A web server(https://***/stRNAPal/)was also established to facilitate the use of ST RNA-seq data.

目的:探讨新型冠状病毒感染患者感染入院时及SARS-CoV-2核酸转阴后外周血淋巴细胞亚群及炎症因子表达改变及临床意义。方法:回顾分析2022年12月8日-2023年6月28日期间就诊于广西壮族自治区南溪山医院的52例新冠感染患者临床资料,按核酸检测结果阳性和转阴两个节点将患者分为入院阳性组和治疗转阴组,采用血细胞仪检测外周血淋巴细胞绝对计数,流式细胞术检测淋巴细胞亚群CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T、CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T绝对值,全自动荧光免疫分析仪检测SAA、CRP和IL-6含量,分析以上指标与患者临床特征间的关系。结果:新冠感染患者入院阳性组与治疗转阴组比较,外周血淋巴细胞绝对计数、淋巴细胞亚群CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T、CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T均有不同程度降低(P均<0.01),外周血SAA、CRP和IL-6均有不同程度升高(P均<0.01)。结论:新冠感染患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群分析和炎症指标的改变与病情转归相关,可通过监测以上指标,了解机体当时免疫力水平和临床症状严重程度,预测疗效,为临床后续治疗提供理论依据。

目的探讨宫颈细胞学PAX1/JAM3双基因甲基化检测在子宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值。方法本研究为一项多中心前瞻性研究。2022年5至10月, 在中国医学科学院北京协和医院、浙江大学医学院附属第二医院和浙江省人民医院妇科门诊行子宫颈癌机会性筛查的女性中, 将接受液基薄层细胞学检测(TCT)、高危型人乳头瘤病毒(hrHPV)DNA检测与PAX1/JAM3双基因甲基化(PAX1m/JAM3m)检测者为研究对象, 共1 184例。基于hrHPV和细胞学结果, 根据现行指南对于需要转诊阴道镜的女性提供相关检查和活检。根据组织病理学结果, 研究比较各项检测方法及其组合用于子宫颈癌筛查的准确性。结果 1 184例研究对象的年龄[M(Q1, Q3)]为39(32, 51)岁, 其中子宫颈良性或慢性子宫颈炎(正常)、子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)1、CIN2、CIN3和子宫颈癌分别为541例(45.7%)、273例(23.1%)、168例(14.2%)、140例(11.8%)和62例(5.2%)。根据病理学结果, PAX1m/JAM3m检测诊断CIN2或更严重病变(CIN2+)的灵敏度、特异度分别为74.1%和95.9%, 诊断CIN3+的灵敏度、特异度分别为87.6%和86.8%。受试者工作特征曲线显示, 对于诊断CIN3+, PAX1m/JAM3m优于TCT或hrHPV检测, 曲线下面积(AUC)(95%CI)分别为0.872(0.847～0.897)、0.580(0.551～0.610)和0.503(0.479～0.515)(均P<0.05)。结论子宫颈脱落细胞中PAX1m/JAM3m检测对于诊断CIN2+和CIN3+均具有优异的准确性, 优于传统的筛查方案和筛查策略。

Background Prenatal diagnosis and planned peripartum care is an unexplored concept in China.This study aimed to evaluate the effects of the“prenatal diagnosis and postnatal treatment integrated model”for newborns with critical congenital heart disease.Methods The medical records of neonates(≤28 days)admitted to Fuwai Hospital were reviewed retrospectively from January 2019 to December 2020.The patients were divided into“prenatal diagnosis and postnatal treatment integrated group”(n=47)and“non-integrated group”(n=69).Results The age of admission to the hospital and the age at surgery were earlier in the integrated group than in the non-integrated group(5.2±7.2 days vs.11.8±8.0 days,Pzation interval of newborns,and surgical intervention could be performed with a lower risk of death,especially for transposition of the great arteries.
