A simple, low cost method for mass production to enhance the light extraction efficiency of GaN-related LEDs was proposed. With appropriate process parameters, the nature lithography of nanosphere can be used to fabricate two-dimensional nanostructures, including the nanomesh ZnO layer, photonic crystal (PhC) patterned p-GaN, and patterned sapphire substrates. Based on preliminary results, the extraction efficiencies of LEDs with these nanostructures can thus be improved and the nature lithography is demonstrated to be a promising method to be widely exploited in the manufacture of all kinds of LED devices.

The Gentio metagranitoid presents equigranular and porphyritic facies, modal composition ranging from tonalite to monzogranite with calculated T_(Zr)st samples. Its mineralogy is dominated by quartz and feldspar(77% to 95%), biotite is the only mafic mineral present(2% to 18%) and, titanite, zircon, apatite, allanite are important accessory phases. These rocks range from metaluminous to weakly peraluminous, and have large variation in major and trace elements, and high alkali contents(>6 wt.%). Zircon analyses by LA-ICP-Ms and sHRIMP yielded a concordia age of 2 119±10 Ma for the porphyritic facies and an upper intercept age of 2 111±15 Ma for the equigranular facies. The whole-rock sm-Nd T_(DM) ages vary from 2.4 to 2.8 Ga with ε_(Nd)(2.1) values between -0.7 and-5.3, indicating crustal derivation from distinct and/or heterogeneous protoliths. Field observations indicate that the Gentio metagranitoid was formed through different pulses of magma. Individual batches were subject to little or even no fractionation process after its emplacement. Although the Gentio metagranitoid crosscuts metamafic and metaultramafic rocks akin to an oceanic arc setting, this pluton is likely originated by partial melting of a more evolved quartz-feldspathic crustal igneous rock in a post-collisional environment, after the accretion of the arcs from the Mineiro belt and rocks of the Mantiqueira Complex.

During the last decade,the food and beverage industry has been one of the most significant and prioritized industries that contributed to the economic growth in ***,how to enhance the performance of food and beverage firms has become a critical factor for Vietnam’s economic *** research aims to use the data envelopment analysis(DEA)and the Malmquist productivity index(MPI)to assess changes in operational performance and productivity of listed lead food and beverage firms in Vietnam during the period between 2015 and *** obtained results reveal that Vietnamese food and beverage firms were generally inefficient between 2015 and 2020 because the number of relatively inefficient companies was higher than the relatively efficient ones in each year between 2015 and *** MPI findings indicate the growth in productivity during the study period as a result of technological *** integrating the findings of the relative efficiency and productivity change,this study creates five decision-making matrixes for five periods,respectively,from 2015 to 2020 to position the food and beverage firms in each *** analytical results provide instructions to senior managers on developing strategy for increasing efficiency of food and beverage listed companies in Vietnam.

Induction motors （IMs） are commonly used in various industrial applications. To improve energy con- sumption efficiency, a reliable IM health condition moni- toring system is very useful to detect IM fault at its earliest stage to prevent operation degradation, and malfunction of IMs. An intelligent harmonic synthesis technique is pro- posed in this work to conduct incipient air-gap eccentricity fault detection in IMs. The fault harmonic series are syn- thesized to enhance fault features. Fault related local spectra are processed to derive fault indicators for IM air- gap eccentricity diagnosis. The effectiveness of the pro- posed harmonic synthesis technique is examined experi- mentally by IMs with static air-gap eccentricity and dynamic air-gap eccentricity states under different load conditions. Test results show that the developed harmonic synthesis technique can extract fault features effectively for initial IM air-gap eccentricity fault detection.

We investigate the pairing symmetry of layered Bis2 compomlds by assuming that electron-electron correlation is still important so that the pairing is rather short range. We lind that the extended .s-wave pairing symmetry always wins over d-wave when the pairing is confined between two short range sites up to next nearest neighbors. The pairing strength is peaked around the doping level ：r = 0.5. which is consistent with experimental observation. The extended s-wave pairing symmetry is very robust against spin orbital coupling because it is mainly determined by the structure of Fermi surfaces, Moreover. the extended s-wave pafiring can be distinguished from conventional swave pairing by measuring and comparing superconducting gaps of different Fermi surfaces.

An analytical solution is undertaken to describe the wave-induced flow field and the surge motion of a permeable platform structure with fuzzy controllers in an oceanic *** the design procedure of the controller,a parallel distributed compensation（PDC） scheme is utilized to construct a global fuzzy logic controller by blending all local state feedback controllers.A stability analysis is carried out for a real structure system by using Lyapunov *** corresponding boundary value problems are then incorporated into scattering and radiation *** are analytically solved,based on separation of variables,to obtain series solutions in terms of the harmonic incident wave motion and surge *** dependence of the wave-induced flow field and its resonant frequency on wave characteristics and structure properties including platform width,thickness and mass has been thus drawn with a parametric *** which mathematical models are applied for the wave-induced displacement of the surge motion.A nonlinearly inverted pendulum system is employed to demonstrate that the controller tuned by swarm intelligence method can not only stabilize the nonlinear system,but has the robustness against external disturbance.

It is know from literature that small additions(significantly improve the intrinsic ductility of *** exact role of each element,both qualitatively and quantitatively,and their combined effects,however,are poorly *** we achieved a much clearer view on the quantitative role of each element with respect to ductility improvement and on the collaborative effect,particularly of Ca and Zn in *** of our findings and conclusions are in disagreement with data and interpretation found in *** different alloys,namely,Mg-0.1 Ca,Mg-0.1 Ca-1 Al,Mg-0.05 Ca-1 Al,Mg-0.1 Ca-2 Al-1 Zn(all are in wt%)were selected for this *** alloys were treated such that *** grain sizes and textures were *** largely excludes the effect of extrinsic factors on ***-guided slip trace analyses reveal that the addition of Ca eases activation of prismatic and pyramidal II slip *** in-situ deformation experiments in sEM and atom probe tomography observations of grain boundaries direct evidence is given for the individual and synergetic effects of Ca and Zn on grain boundary cohesion as an important contribution to improve the ductility of these *** conclude that Ca reduces the slip anisotropy and ameliorates ductility,however,the weak grain boundary cohesion in the Mg-0.1 wt%Ca alloy limits the material’s tensile *** addition of Zn alters the Ca segregation at the grain boundaries and helps to retain their cohesive strength,an effect which thus enables higher ductility and *** further addition of Al primarily improves the *** results show that the balanced influence of reduced slip anisotropy on the one hand and increased grain boundary cohesion on the other hand allow to design a high strength high ductility rare-earth free Mg alloy.

The waste gas evolved from biodegradation of animal urine contains ammonia causing environmental concerns. A new and effective method for removing ammonia from such waste gas using reactive adsorption is presented. In the process, activated carbon impregnated with H2sO4（H2sO4/C） is employed. Ammonia in the waste gas reacts with H2sO4 on the adsorbent instantaneously and completely to form （NIL）2sO4. The H2sO4/C adsorbent is high in NH3 adsorption capacity and regenerable. The NH3 removal capacity of this regenerable adsorbent is more than 30 times that of the adsorbents used normally in the industry. The spent H2sO4/C is regenerated by flowing low-pressure steam through the adsorbent bed to remove the （NH4）2sO4 from the adsorbent. The regeneration by-product is concentrated （NH4）2sO4 solution, which is a perfect liquid fertilizer for local use. Re-soaking the activated carbon with H2sO4 solution rejuvenates the activity of the adsorbent. Thus the H2sOJC can be reused repeatedly. In the mechanism of this reactive adsorption process, trace of H20 in the waste gas is a required, which lends itself to treating ammonia gas saturated with moisture from biodegradation of animal urine.
