Historical architecture is an important carrier of cultural and historical heritage in a country and region,and its protection and restoration work plays a crucial role in the inheritance of cultural ***,the damage and destruction of buildings urgently need to be repaired due to the ancient age of historical buildings and the influence of natural environment and human ***,an artificial intelligence repair technology based on three-dimensional(3D)point cloud(pC)reconstruction and generative adversarial networks(GANs)was proposed to improve the precision and efficiency of repair ***,in-depth research on the principles and algorithms of 3D pC data processing and GANs should be ***,a digital restoration frameworkwas constructed by combining these two artificial intelligence technologies to achieve precise and efficient restoration of historical buildings through continuous adversarial learning *** experimental results showed that the errors in the restoration of palace buildings,defense walls,pagodas,altars,temples,and mausoleums were 0.17,0.12,0.13,0.11,and 0.09,*** technique can significantly reduce the error while maintaining the high-precision repair *** technology with artificial intelligence as the core has excellent accuracy and stability in the digital *** provides a new technical means for the digital restoration of historical buildings and has important practical significance for the protection of cultural heritage.

The School of Law of Renmin University has long been the foremost institution in China and a leader globally in the academic research and discussions regarding disability law, as well as home to the people＇s Republic of China＇s （pRC） first clinical program focused on serving persons with disabilities.

A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of root oxidation on arsenic （As） dynamics in the rhizosphere and As sequestration on rice roots. There were significant differences （p 〈 0.05） in pH values between rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils, with pH 5.68-6.16 in the rhizosphere and 6.30-6.37 in non-rhizosphere soils as well as differences in redox potentials （p 〈 0.05）. percentage arsenite was lower （4%-16%） in rhizosphere soil solutions from rice genotypes with higher radial oxygen loss （ROL） compared with genotypes with lower ROL （p 〈 0.05）. Arsenic concentrations in iron plaque and rice straw were significantly negatively correlated （R = -0.60, p 〈 0.05）. Genotypes with higher ROL （TD71 and Yinjingmanzhau） had significantly （p 〈 0.001） lower total As in rice grains （1.35 and 0.96 mg/kg, respectively） compared with genotypes with lower ROL （IApAR9, 1.68 mg/kg; Nanyangzhan 2.24 mg/kg） in the As treatment, as well as lower inorganic As （p 〈 0.05）. The present study showed that genotypes with higher ROL could oxidize more arsenite in rhizosphere soils, and induce more Fe plaque formation, which subsequently sequestered more As. This reduced As uptake in aboveground plant tissues and also reduced inorganic As accumulation in rice grains. The study has contributed to further understanding the mechanisms whereby ROL influences As uptake and accumulation in rice.

Advanced 1.5-μm emitting materials that can be used to fabricate electrically driven light-emitting devices have the potential for developing cost-effective light sources for integrated silicon *** erbium(Er^(3+))in organic materials can give bright 1.5-μm luminescence and provide a route for realizing 1.5-μm organic light emitting diodes(OLEDs).However,the Er3+electroluminescence(EL)intensity needs to be further improved for device ***,an efficient 1.5-μm OLED made from a sensitized organic Er3+co-doped system is realized,where a“traditional”organic phosphorescent molecule with minimal triplet–triplet annihilation is used as a chromophore *** chromophore provides efficient sensitization to a co-doped organic Er^(3+) complex with a perfluorinatedligand *** large volume can protect the Er^(3+) 1.5-μm luminescence from vibrational *** average lifetime of the sensitized Er^(3+) 1.5-μm luminescence reaches ~0.86 ms,with a lifetime component of 2.65 ms,which is by far the longest Er^(3+) lifetime in a hydrogen-abundant organic environment and can even compete with that obtained in the fully fluorinated organic Er^(3+) *** optimal sensitization enhances the Er^(3+) luminescence by a factor of 1600 even with a high concentration of the phosphorescent molecule,and bright 1.5-μm OLEDs are obtained.

Background:To determine the effect of contact/collision sport participation on measures of single-task(ST)and dual-task(DT)gait among early-to middle-aged ***:The study recruited 113 adults(34.88±11.80 years,(mean±SD);53.0%female)representing 4 *** included(a)former non-contact/collision athletes and non-athletes who are not physically active(n=28);(b)former non-contact/collision athletes who are physically active(n=29);(c)former contact/collision sport athletes who participated in high-risk sports and are physically active(n=29);and(d)former rugby players with prolonged repetitive head impact exposure history who are physically active(n=27).Gait parameters were collected using inertial measurement units during ST and DT *** cost was calculated for all gait parameters(double support,gait speed,and stride length).Groups were compared first using one-way analysis of *** a multiple regression was performed for participants in the highrisk sport athletes and repetitive head impact exposure athletes groups only to predict gait outcomes from contact/collision sport career ***:There were no significant differences between groups on any ST,DT,or DT cost outcomes(p>0.05).Contact/collision sport duration did not predict any ST,DT,or DT cost gait ***:Years and history of contact/collision sport participation does not appear to negatively affect or predict neurobehavioral function in early-to mid-adulthood among physically active individuals.

Aim:Estrogen receptor-α(ER-α)activation drives the progression of luminal breast *** by transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)typically opposes the actions of ER-α;it also induces epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)programs that promote breast cancer dissemination,stemness and *** impact of EMT programs on nongenomic ER-αsignaling remains unknown and was studied ***:MCF-7 and BT474 cells were stimulated with TGF-βto induce EMT programs,at which point ER-αexpression,localization,and nongenomic interactions with receptor tyrosine kinases and MAp kinases(MApKs)were *** sensitivity to anti-estrogens both before and after traversing the EMT program was also ***:TGF-β-stimulated MCF-7 and BT474 cells to acquire EMT phenotypes,which enhanced cytoplasmic accumulation of ER-αwithout altering its ***-EMT cells exhibited:(1)elevated expression of EGFR and IGF1R,which together with Src formed cytoplasmic complexes with ER-α;(2)enhanced coupling of EGF,IGF-1 and estrogen to the activation of MApKs;and(3)reduced sensitivity to tamoxifen,an event reversed by administration of small molecule inhibitors against the receptors for TGF-β,EGF,and IGF-1,as well as those against ***:EMT stimulated by TGF-βpromotes anti-estrogen resistance by activating EGFR-,IGF1R-,and MApK-dependent nongenomic ER-αsignaling.
