Hybrid system combines the nature of suspended growth and attached growth has been widely applied to wastewater treatment. In this research, the contributions to N transformation and N2O emission by biofilm and suspended sludge in the hybrid sequencing- batch reactor for a simultaneous nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removal process were investigated. For the hybrid system, nitrification occurred mostly in the suspended sludge, while the biofilm played the major role in denitrification. The interaction of the biofilm and the suspended sludge in the same reactor resulted in a better overall nitrogen removal performance with simultaneous nitrification and denitrification. However, N2O emission was the main end product of nitrogen removal for the hybrid system; while it was N2 for the biofilm. The relative low N2O emissions from the pure biofilm and the pure suspended sludge corresponded to the relatively high nitrate at the end of the aeration period compared with the hybrid system.

The Hydrangea genus belongs to the Hydrangeaceae family,in the Cornales order of flowering plants,which early diverged among the Asterids,and includes several species that are commonly used ornamental *** them,Hydrangea macrophylla is one of the most valuable species in the nursery trade,yet few genomic resources are available for this crop or closely related Asterid *** high-quality haplotype-resolved reference genomes of hydrangea cultivars‘Veitchii’and‘Endless Summer’[highest quality at 2.22 gigabase pairs(Gb),396 contigs,N5022.8 megabase pairs(Mb)]were assembled and scaffolded into the expected 18 *** the newly developed high-quality reference genomes along with high-quality genomes of other related flowering plants,nuclear data were found to support a single divergence point in the Asterids clade where both the Cornales and Ericales diverged from the *** mapping with an F1 hybrid population demonstrated the power of linkage mapping combined with the new genomic resources to identify the gene for inflorescence shape,CYP78A5 located on chromosome 4,and a novel gene,BAM3 located on chromosome 17,for causing double *** developed in this study will not only help to accelerate hydrangea genetic improvement but also contribute to understanding the largest group of flowering plants,the Asterids.

Inorganic/organic interfaces (IOI) consist of TiO2/PEDOT (poly 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and [PMo12O40]3- or MoO3/PEDOT were subject to photoelectrochemical studies in both aqueous nanosuspensions and in thin solid films. The effects PEDOT modifier caused on the photoelectrochemical behavior of the IOI were investigated using [Fe(CN)6]4- as the photoactive hydrated electron donor agent. Results show that native PEDOT or PEDOT doped with MoO3 thin films increased charge storage capability evident by the high capacitive current. In the case of nano suspensions composed of TiO2/PEDOT the adsorption process of [Fe(CN)6]3- (photolysis product) control of the photoactivity outcome of the IOI assemblies. TiO2/PEDOT shows a lower heterogeneous photochemical response than native TiO2 in short term photolysis times. At longer photolysis times the IOI shows photoactivity greater than that of native TiO2. The interface activities were explained by analyzing the IOI junction characteristics, such as electron affinity, work function and hole/electrons barrier heights. The aqueous nano-systems retained moderate stability as indicated by the reproducibility of their photocatalytic activities. Both [Fe(CN)6]4-and PEDT contributed to the stability of native TiO2 surfaces.

Photoelectrochemical studies on TiO2 doped with Ce2O3 or CeO2 took place in aqueous solutions of [Fe(CN)6]4- as the source of hydrated electrons. Our studies show that doping TiO2 with CeO2 gave better photocatalytic reduction of [Fe(CN)6]3- than TiO2 doped with Ce2O3. However the TiO2 assemblies doped with either Ce(III) or Ce(IV) oxides give less photochemical reduction of [Fe(CN)6]3- that the oxides of pure metals (Ti or Ce). In both cases a lowering of the band gaps of TiO2 was noticed. Immobilized TiO2 doped with Ce oxides on a FTO (Fluorine Ten Oxide) surface gave greater photocurrent with I2/I3– than that recorded for [Fe(CN)6]3-/4- redox systems. Our studies indicate that the TiO2 doped with Ce2O3 or CeO2 maintained photoactivity after being immobilized in thin solid sheets and can be used in all solid state photoelectron-chemical cells.

圣诗(被奴役的非裔美国人在南方种植园工作过程中创作的诗歌)很少被归入抒情诗的范畴;与此同时,其作为非裔美国诗歌传统之源泉的重要价值常被忽略。尽管如此,圣诗对现当代非裔美国诗歌却有着广泛影响,因此对圣诗在非裔美国诗歌中地位和对非裔美国经典诗歌涵盖范围的再研究显得尤为重要。在聚焦圣诗典故和引用模式的基础上,本文指出被奴役的非裔美国人所创作的诗歌种类繁多且形式上颇具创新。究其本质,非裔美国诗歌源自大量流散文本;在写作手法和动机等方面,这些文本与先锋派诗歌创作实践整合在一起。

拉丁旋风,首先是从餐桌上刮起来的,上海的西式餐厅中,渐渐有了相当规模的拉丁体系,Caribe、Latina、Tropicana 等等酒吧餐厅,不仅带来了热辣美食,还同时让我们听到了正宗的拉丁音乐,那些富于节奏的、欢快的曲调,吸引着无数人在饕餮之后,同样热辣舞动自己的身体!于是,拉丁旋风飞卷着浪漫与疯狂,来到了东方。大约十年前,国标舞厅舞曾经风靡过。现在的人们忙于工作,已经将优雅的华尔兹、妩媚的狐步舞……视作供观赏的表演,而亲身尝试却显得稀少。而作为国标舞的另一部分:拉丁舞已经正式成为奥运体育比赛的项目,使得它摆脱了局限于舞厅表演和贵族气,一跃成为健美舞步,越来越多的城市白领也在这种充满热带风情的烈舞中得到了充分的放松。于是,一些人在酒吧里跳起了拉丁舞,另一些人在健身教室里跟随拉丁节奏的音乐开始了新型健身操!

Aim: This study sought to develop a process and methodology that could be a useful clinical and research tool for successfully completing functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scanning in children with Cerebral Palsy. Method: Six children with CP (mean age of 8.83 years;five with spastic hemiplegia, one with spastic quadriplegia) and three children with typical development (mean age of 9.33 years) completed an fMRI scanning protocol that used real-time motion feedback as a means of minimizing head and trunk motion. Anatomical, resting-state, and motor-task scans were sequentially obtained from each subject. Precentral “hand-knob” regions were identified on the anatomical scan and served as seed regions to reveal the functional connectivity of each subject’s brain as associated with hand movement. Results: Real-time motion feedback aided children in successful completion of resting state scans. Functional connectivity and brain activity mapping were obtained based on anatomical landmarks, and laterality indices were developed based on the obtained functional-connectivity map to specify a dominant side of brain activity that was matched to a clinical profile, despite anatomical variations that occur with Cerebral Palsy. Interpretation: Real-time motion feedback and the development of laterality indices can improve the clinical and research utility of fMRI scanning. What this paper adds: 1) Presents a real-time imaging protocol for fMRI to help children complete scanning;2) Presents an fMRI methodology to obtain laterality indices in the presence of abnormal anatomy;3) Provides findings of LI that match clinical diagnosis.

根据钻杆测试压力资科,可以对如何经济地完井作出最佳选择。解释钻杆测试压力恢复数据常用的方法是霍纳法。这种方法基本假设是,井在关闭之前是以恒定产量生产。在产量随时间变化时,需要用繁琐的叠加原理分析关井压力恢复资料。扩散方程定流量解是用于流压随时间递减的情况,但钻杆测试多数是流压随流动时间增加而递增。因此,应用霍纳法解释钻杆测试压力恢复数据得到的结果可能是不合理的。研究钻杆测试问题,首先要建立钻杆测试理论模型。钻杆测试可以表述为随井简内压力瞬变,井简储集效应变化的问题。在开井流动时,管柱内流体累积速率决定了井筒储集系数变化,在关井后,井下开关阀下面空间内流体的压缩控制了井筒储集系数变化。根据这一概念,建立钻杆测试理论模型,流动和关井恢复可以用同一个内边界条件来处理。本文提出的钻杆测试流动和关井恢复分析解是由解同一个内边界条件的扩散方程,经拉普拉斯变换得到的,考虑了表皮效应和井简储集效应。这个解被用于推导钻杆测试压力恢复分析方法。应用这些新的分析方法解释钻杆测试数据,可以得到地层原始压力、地层渗透率及表皮系数。这些解释方法是基于测试资料的图形分析,因此,更易于现场应用。这些方法放推广到多次开关井及井筒储集系数阶梯变化的资料分析,引起井筒储集系数阶梯变化的原因可以是钻具内径变化,也可以是流体性质的变化。与霍纳法不同,新方法解释两次关井恢复数据所得到的结果非常一致。本文后面给出这些新方法应用实例。
