The crystal structure of 1,4,8,11,15,18,22,25-octa-butyloxyphthalocyanine was determined by X-ray diffraction methods. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P 1 with a = 14.0780(3), b = 14.3480(4), c = 17.0090(2) A, α = 72.156(2), β = 86.193(2), r= 73.655(2)°, c64H82N8O8, Mr = 1091.38, Z = 2, V = 3137.5(1) A3, Dc= 1.155 g/cm3, F(000) = 1172, μ(MoKα) = 0.077 mm-1, the final R = 0.0787 and wR = 0.2240 for 5795 observed reflections with I ≥ 2σ(I). The steric congestion between the neighboring butyloxy groups distorts the core of phthalocyanine into a saddle shape conformation. In the crystal lattice, molecules overlap to each other with π-π interaction but the extent of overlap is different along the three axial directions.

Osteoarthritis(OA),characterized by chondrocyte apoptosis and disturbance of the balance between catabolism and anabolism of the extracellular matrix(EcM),is the most common age-related degenerative joint disease *** sleep has been found to be beneficial for cartilage repair,and circular RNAs(circRNAs)have been demonstrated to be involved in the pathogenesis of OA,we performed RNA sequencing(RNA-seq),and found circRNA3503 was significantly increased after melatonin(MT)-induced cell *** of circRNA3503 expression completely rescued the effects of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),which was used to simulate OA,on apoptosis,EcM degradation-and synthesis-related ***,circRNA3503 acted as a sponge of hsa-miR-181c-3p and ***,as we previously showed that small extracellular vesicles(sEVs)derived from synovium mesenchymal stem cells(SMScs)can not only successfully deliver nucleic acids to chondrocytes,but also effectively promote chondrocyte proliferation and migration,we assessed the feasibility of sEVs in combination with sleep-related circRNA3503 as an OA *** successfully produced and isolated circRNA3503-loaded sEVs(circRNA3503-OE-sEVs)from ***,poly(D,L-lactide)-b-poly(ethylene glycol)-b-poly(D,L-lactide)(PDLLA-PEG-PDLLA,PLEL)triblock copolymer gels were used as carriers of *** in vivo and in vitro experiments,PLEL@circRNA3503-OE-sEVs were shown to be a highly-effective therapeutic strategy to prevent OA *** multiple pathways,circRNA3503-OE-sEVs alleviated inflammation-induced apoptosis and the imbalance between EcM synthesis and EcM degradation by acting as a sponge of hsa-miR-181c-3p and *** addition,circRNA3503-OE-sEVs promoted chondrocyte renewal to alleviate the progressive loss of *** results highlight the potential of PLEL@circRNA3503-OE-sEVs for preventing OA progression.

宰前倒挂应激对鸭血凝胶特性的影响

宰前倒挂因能有效提高屠宰效率成为肉鸭宰杀前必经的一个工艺过程,但倒挂往往会加剧肉鸭的应激程度,影响其血液品质,已成为工厂生产中亟待解决的问题。因此,本实验旨在借助血液学与凝血相关指标探究宰前倒挂应激对鸭血凝胶特性的影响。在屠宰前,将40只樱桃谷鸭随机分为2个处理组:对照组和宰前倒挂组(宰前倒挂2.5 min),屠宰后采集血样并制备血凝块,随后分析血液指标(应激指标、血液学指标、凝血指标)以及鸭血凝胶特性。结果表明,宰前倒挂组鸭血中皮质酮激素及促肾上腺皮质激素的水平均高于对照组,说明实验所建立宰前倒挂模型成立。倒挂应激后,红细胞计数、血小板计数、血红蛋白质量浓度增加,红细胞比容、平均红细胞体积及平均血小板体积增大;凝血酶原的水平极显著上升(P<0.01),组织因子的水平显著上升(P<0.05)。宰前倒挂最终导致鸭血凝胶化加快,鸭血凝胶体系中水分迁移速率增大,结合水与自由水比例减少,不易流动水比例增大,质构特性和保水性变差。研究揭示了宰前倒挂应激通过影响鸭血的血液学指标和凝血系统从而改变其凝胶行为及凝胶特性,可为工厂改善应激对鸭血凝胶品质的影响提供理论依据。

BAcKGROUND： High incidence of stroke at interchange period of autumn and winter was demonstrated by epidemiological survey, and the specific causes should be further investigated. OBJEcTIVE： To investigate the influence of artificial cold exposure on the incidence of stroke in renovascular hypertensive rats （RHR）, and analyze the association with blood pressure and cold-inducible RNA binding protein （cIRP） mRNA expression in brain tissue. DESIGN： A completely randomized grouping design, a randomized control animal trial. SETTINGS： Lab of Neurology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University; Department of chemistry, Open laboratory of chemical Biology, Institute of Molecular Technology for Drug Discovery and Synthesis, University of Hong Kong. MATERIALS： Male SD rats （n=460）, weighing 80 - 100 g were obtained from Guangdong Province Health Animal Unit. A modified RXZ-300A intelligent artificial climate cabinet （Ningbo Jiangnan Instrument co. ,Ltd., china）. METHODS： The experiment were processed in the Lab of Neurology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and the Open Laboratory of chemical Biology, Institute of Molecular Technology for Drug Discovery and Synthesis, University of Hong Kong from October 2004 to November 2005. Rats （n = 400） were operated to establish 2-kidney 2-clip RHR model as described previously. The sham-operated rats （n =60） served as normotensive controls. Eight weeks later, 300 of RHR were randomly selected according to their systolic blood pressure （SBP） and divided into 3 sub-groups （n =100 per group）： mild hypertensive group （SBP of 160 - 200 mm Hg）, moderate hypertensive group （SBP of 200 - 220 mm Hg） and severe hypertensive group （SBP 〉 220 mm Hg）. Each group was further divided into two groups （n =50） under AcE and non-AcE. This study explored the effects of butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT) and ethoxyquin(EQ) and ethyl ether extracts, ethyl acetate extracts(EAE), acetone extracts, ethanol extracts and aqueous extracts of Ginkgo biloba leaves(EGbs) on lipid oxidation in a linoleic acid emulsion, fish flesh and fish feed and in hydroxyl radical(·OH)-treated carp erythrocytes. The linoleic acid, fish flesh and fish feed were incubated with BHT,EQ and EGbs at 45℃ for 8 d, respectively, except for the control group. The lipid oxidation in the linoleic acid emulsion, fish flesh and fish feed was then measured by the ferric thiocyanate method or thiobarbituric acid method. The carp erythrocytes were treated with BHT, EQ. or EGbs in the presence of40 μmol/L FeSO_4 and 20 μmol/L H_2 O_2 at 37℃ for 6 h,except for the control group. Oxidative stress and apoptosis parameters in carp erythrocytes were then evaluated by the commercial kit. The results showed that BHT, EQ and EGbs inhibited lipid oxidation in the linoleic acid emulsion, fish flesh and fish feed and·OH-induced phosphatidylserine exposure and DNA fragmentation(the biomarkers of apoptosis) in carp erythrocytes. Furthermore, BHT, EQ and EGbs decreased the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS),inhibited the oxidation of cellular components and restored the activities of enzymatic antioxidants in·OH-treated carp erythrocytes. Of all examined EGbs, EAE showed the strongest effects. The effects of EAE on lipid oxidation in the linoleic acid emulsion and on superoxide anion and malonaldehyde levels,catalase activity and apoptosis in. OH-treated carp erythrocytes were equivalent to or stronger than those of BHT. Moreover, these results indicated that the inhibition order of EGbs on the generation of ROS and oxidation of cellular components in fish erythrocytes approximately agreed with that for the food and feed materials tested above. We report the mechanical performance and microstructural characteristics of a Fe-cr-Ni-Mn-N alloy at cryogenic *** exceptionally high yield strength of 1.5 GPa combined with a high strainhardening rate and no deterioration in ductility at 4.2 K was *** evolution of deformation microstructure was examined using electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),the transmission Kikuchi diffraction(TKD),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),and aberration-corrected scanning TEM(STEM).The deformation microstructure mainly consisted of dislocation slip with L-c locks,{111}stacking fault formation,{111}deformation nanotwinning,and Fcc→HcP shear transformation at 4.2 *** occurrence of Fcc-HcP shear transformation inside/near{111}twins to formγ-γ_(tw-ε)dual-phase structure induces a dynamic Hall-Petch effect that promotes the strain-hardening rate and enhances the strength-ductility *** believe that this alloy displays outstanding damage tolerance through a progressive synergy of deformation mechanisms leading to exceptional strength which provides a new insight into the commercialized development of high-performance alloys for cryogenic applications.
