2D van der Waals(vdW)magnets have opened intriguing prospects for next-generation spintronic *** learning techniques and density functional theory calculations enable the discovery of 2D vdW magnets to be accelerated;however,current computational frameworks based on these state-ofthe-art approaches cannot offer probability analysis on whether a 2D vdW magnet can be experimentally ***,a new framework can be established to overcome this *** the framework,2D vdW magnets with high probability for experimental demonstration are captured from materials science *** key to the successful establishment is the introduction of the theory of mutual *** validation of predictions substantiates the high reliability of the *** example,half of the 302D vdW magnets discovered in the literature published prior to 2017 have been experimentally demonstrated in the subsequent *** framework has the potential to become a revolutionary force for progressing experimental discovery of 2D vdW magnets.

The number of patients suffering from symptoms associated with gastrointestinal(GI) motility disorders is on the rise. GI motility disorders are accompanied by alteration of gastrointestinal smooth muscle functions. Currently available drugs,which can directly affect gastrointestinal smooth muscle and restore altered smooth muscle contractility to normal,are not satisfactory for treating patients with GI motility disorders. We have recently shown that ErK1/2 and p38MAPK signaling pathways play an important role in the contractile response not only of normal intestinal smooth muscle but also of inflamed intestinal smooth muscle. Here we discuss the possibility that ErK1/2 and p38MAPK signaling pathways represent ideal targets for generation of novel therapeutics for patients with GI motility disorders.

Germinal centers(GCs)are essential for the establishment of long-lasting antibody *** B cells rely on post-transcriptional rNA mechanisms to translate activation-associated transcriptional programs into functional changes in the cell ***,the critical proteins driving these key mechanisms are still ***,we show that the rNA binding proteins TIA1 and TIAL1 are required for the generation of long-lasting GC ***1-and TIAL1-deficient GC B cells fail to undergo antigen-mediated positive selection,expansion and differentiation into B-cell clones producing high-affinity ***,TIA1 and TIAL1 control the transcriptional identity of dark-and light-zone GC B cells and enable timely expression of the prosurvival molecule ***,we demonstrate here that TIA1 and TIAL1 are key players in the post-transcriptional program that selects high-affinity antigen-specific GC B cells.

Background： The current study evaluated the subcutaneous fatty acid （FA） composition of calf- and yearling-fed steer with or without growth promoting implants. Crossbred steers （n = 112; 267 ± 5.0 kg） of the same contemporary group were allocated to one of four production system and implant strategy based treatments in a completely randomized design with a 2 × 2 factorial arrangement of treatments. results： There were no interactions （P 〉 0.05） between production systems and growth promoting implants for the total and individual subcutaneous FA. Yearling as opposed to calf finishing reduced （P 〈 0.05） subcutaneous proportions of C20：3n-6, trans （t）l 2-18：1, C14：0, several minor cis-monounsaturated FA （c-MUFA; c9-14：1, c11-16：1, cl 1-18：1, cl 2-18：1, cl 3-18：1, c9-20：1 and cl 1-20：1）, and increased （P 〈 0.05） subcutaneous proportions of tl 1 cl 5-18：2, total and individual branched-chain FA. Subcutaneous fat from steers implanted with growth promotants had higher （P 〈 0.05） proportions of total polyunsaturated FA （PUFA）, total n-6 PUFA, C18：2n-6 and individual t-18：1 isomers （t6 to tl0） compared to non-implanted steers. Conclusions： Overall, current findings show that production systems and growth promotants led to only minor differences in subcutaneous FA composition of beef steers.

Background: The effect of adrenal replacement therapy (ArT) with hydrocortisone on critical endpoints such as infection and mortality in critically ill patients with cirrhosis remains unclear. We evaluated our indications for ArT in patients with cirrhosis with clinical symptoms of adrenal insufficiency (AI), and examined the rate of peri-transplant fungal colonization and mortality associated with ArT. Methods: Seventy-eight patients with cirrhosis admitted to our institution's surgical intensive care unit (ICU) over a 4-year period met criteria for AI by vasopressor requirement and baseline cortisol levels. Outcomes included disposition at 90-days, fungal colonization, and fungal infection in the presence or absence of ArT. results: In total, 56 patients received hydrocortisone (HC+) while 22 did not (HC-). The HC+ and HC- groups had comparable median Model for End-stage Liver Disease (MELD) scores (26.5 vs. 25, respectively;p=0.93), median ICU lengths of stay (23 vs. 20 days, respectively;p=0.54) and median cortisol levels (18μg/dL for both, p=0.87). Fungal cultures (FC) from blood, urine or bronchoalveolar lavage/sputum were positive for 44% of HC+, and 40.9%of HC-(p=0.77) had mortality rates between HC+and HC-groups that were not significantly different (60.7%vs. 50%, respectively;p=0.39;α=0.05). The 90-day outcomes for HC+ vs. HC- (39.3% vs. 50% discharged, respectively;p=0.39;α=0.05) and those surviving to transplant (17.9%vs. 36.4%, respectively;p=0.08;α=0.05) were not signifi-cantly different between the two ***:In this small single-center series, we found that steroid administration for AI does not affect the rate of fungal colonization/infection or mortality. Further prospective stu-dies are required to determine the utility of ArT and factors affecting the rate of FC and mortality in these patients.

A research project conducted by Baotou Shibo rare Earth Extraction ＆ Equipment Co. Ltd., Baotou rEE research Institute, and Baotou Steel ＆ rEE Group Hi-Tech Co. Ltd （Inner Mongolia）, has successfully solved the problem using a centrifugal extractor and advanced techniques to achieve a key breakthrough.

The Antarctic,including the continent of Antarctica and the Southern Ocean,is a critically important part of the Earth *** in Antarctic meteorology and climate has always been a challenging *** and predicting weather patterns in the Antarctic are important for understanding their role in local-to-global processes and facilitating field studies and logistical operations in the Antarctic(e.g.,Walsh et al.,2018).Studies of climate change in the Antarctic are comparatively neglected compared to those of the ***,significant climate changes have occurred in the Antarctic in the past several decades,i.e.,a strong warming over the Antarctic Peninsula even with a recent minor cooling,a deepening of the Amundsen Sea low,a rapid warming of the upper ocean north of the circumpolar current,an increase of Antarctic sea ice since the late 1970s followed by a recent rapid decrease,and an accelerated ice loss from the Antarctic ice shelf/sheet since the late 1970s(e.g.,turner et al.,2005;raphael et al.,2016;Sallée,2018;Parkinson,2019;rignot et al.,2019).Investigating recent climate change in the Antarctic and the underlying mechanisms are important for predicting future climate change and providing information to policymakers.
