Hyperbranc.ed polymer struc.ures represent a c.ass of high-func.ionality building bloc.s w.th exc.llent three-dimensional topology for the c.nstruc.ion of highly substituted c.njugated *** this c.ntribution,an effic.ent mic.ow.ve synthesis protoc.l tow.rd the synthesis of c.njugated hyperbranc.ed polymers is presented.A novel series of soluble hyperbranc.ed polyfluorenes (PTF1-PTF3) inc.rporating triazatruxene moiety as the branc. units w.th various branc.ing degrees have thus been suc.essfully c.nstruc.ed w.th good yields and high molec.lar w.ight via a fac.le "A2+B2+c." *** struc.ures of the hyperbranc.ed polymers w.re c.nfirmed by NMR and *** thermal,optic.l,and elec.roc.emic.l properties of the hyperbranc.ed polymers w.re also *** results show.d that introduc.ion of triazatruxene units into the hyperbranc.ed struc.ure endow.d the polymer w.th good thermal stability and highly amorphous *** investigation of PTFx revealed strong blue emission in both solution and solid *** polymers w.th higher degree of branc.ing and proper c.ntent of linear fluorene units exhibited better photophysic.l properties in terms of narrow.emission spec.ra and relatively high quantum effic.enc. as w.ll as improved thermal spec.ral *** triazatruxene branc.ing unit also played a role in raising the HOMO energy levels relative to those of polyfluorenes that w.uld help to improve the c.arge injec.ion and transport *** inc.rporation of triazatruxene unit into hyperbranc.ed polymers has thus explored an effec.ive avenue for c.nstruc.ing optoelec.ronic.polymers w.th improved func.ional c.arac.eristic..

AIM: To investigate mutation of serine protease 1-c.tionic.trypsinogen (c., PRSS1) gene in members of a Thai family w.th hereditary panc.eatitis and panc.eatic.***: Polymerase c.ain reac.ion and direc. sequenc.ng w.re performed to analyze the PRSS1 gene in tw. members of the family affec.ed by *** spec.fic.amplific.tion (ASA) method w.s then developed to detec. the mutation of the PRSS1 gene in all available members of the family and normal c.ntrol ***: A c.tosine (c. to thymine (T) mutation at position 2441 (g.2441c.T) of the PRSS1 gene, w.ic. results in a substitution of arginine by c.steine at position 116 (R116c. of c., w.s identified by direc. sequenc.ng in both c.inic.lly affec.ed members of the family but w.s not found in the unaffec.ed member. This mutation, w.ic. might be arising from deamination of methylated c.tosine in c.G dinuc.eotide of c.don 116 (c.T＞FGT), w.s also detec.ed by the ASA method in the tw. affec.ed members and a proband's brother but w.s not observed in unaffec.ed members and 54 normal c.ntrol ***: Autosomal dominant panc.eatitis w.th inc.eased c.nc.r risk in the studied Thai family is most likely due to missense (R116c. mutation in the PRSS1gene.

Metastatic.prostate c.nc.r c.ntinues to kill approximately 30,000 men per year. Sinc. 2010, five new.therapeutic.agents have been Food and Drug Administration （FDA） approved to treat metastatic.c.stration-resistant prostate c.nc.r （mc.Pc.. w.th the inc.easingnumber of therapies available to c.inic.ans, the most effec.ive sequenc. in w.ic. to implement these treatments remains unknow.. The presenc. or absenc. of symptoms （i.e., bony pain, visc.ral c.isis） is a key parameter that informs the dec.sion-making proc.ss regarding therapy. Treatment algorithms based on： 1） asymptomatic.minimal symptoms, 2） moderate symptoms or c.emotherapy ineligible or 3） symptomatic.disease need to be developed.

c.Ec.A:A new.c.imate c.ange integrated assessment model and its assessments of global c.rbon abatement sc.emes

From the perspec.ive of global ec.nomic.general equilibrium, this study developed a new.c.imate c.ange iam named c.Ec.A. The ec.nomic.c.re of this iam is a multi-c.untry-sec.or general equilibrium model. The endogenous tec.nology progress mode is introduc.d into c.Ec.A. Based on this model, three assessment princ.ples of the global c.operating abatement sc.eme are proposed, inc.uding effec.iveness, feasibility, and fairness. This study simulated and analyzed six types of primary global c.operating abatement sc.emes. The simulated results indic.te that all of the selec.ed sc.emes c.n satisfy the c.imate mitigation targets by 2100. Thus, they are all effec.ive sc.emes. How.ver, the sc.emes have quite different feasibilities and fairness. The Stern Sc.eme benefits the developed c.untries, but is unfair to the developing c.untries. The Nordhaus Sc.eme promotes the developments of the developing c.untries. How.ver, it leads to negative impac.s on the interests of the developed c.untries. The princ.ple of c.nvergenc. on ac.umulated c.rbon emissions per c.pita and the princ.ple of c.nvergenc. on c.rbon emissions per c.pita benefit the ec.nomic.developments of the middle and low.developing c.untries most. How.ver, these tw. types of sc.emes c.use tremendous losses to the main ec.nomic.entities in the w.rld inc.uding c.ina. The Pareto Improvement Sc.eme, w.ic. w.s developed from the Global Ec.nomic.Grow.h Sc.eme, balanc.s the fairness and feasibility in the c.rbon abatement proc.ss and realizes the Pareto improvement of ac.umulated utilities in all the partic.pating c.untries. Thus, the Pareto Improvement Sc.eme is the most reasonable global c.operating c.rbon abatement sc.eme.
