The classiﬁcation of lung nodules is a challenging problem as the visual analysis of the nodules and non-nodules revealed homogenous textural *** this work,an Auxiliary Classiﬁer(AC)-Generative Adversarial Network(GAN)based Lung Cancer Classiﬁcation(LCC)system is *** pro-posed AC-GAN-LCC system consists of three modules;preprocessing,Lungs region Detection(LrD),and AC-GAN classiﬁcation.A wienerﬁlter is employed in the preprocessing module to remove the Gaussian *** the LrD module,only the lung regions(left and right lungs)are detected using itera-tive thr.s.olding and morphological *** order to extract the lung region only,ﬂoodﬁlling and background *** detected lung regions are fed to the AC-GAN classiﬁer to detect the *** classiﬁes the nodules into one of the two classes,i.e.,binary classiﬁcation(such as nodules or non-nodules).The AC-GAN is the extended version of the conditional GAN that predicts the label of a given *** different optimization techniques,adaptive gradient optimi-zation,root mean square propagation optimization,and Adam optimization are employed for optimizing the AC-GAN *** proposed AC-GAN-LCC system is evaluated on the Lung Image Database Consortium(LIDC)data-base Computed Tomography(CT)scan *** proposed AC-GAN-LCC system classiﬁes∼15000 CT slices(7310 non-nodules and 7685 nodules).It pro-vides an overall accuracy of 98.8%on the LIDC database using Adam optimiza-tion by a 10-fold cr.s.-validation approach.

stochastic Oscillators with Quadratic Nonlinearity Using WHEP and HPM Methods

In this paper, quadratic nonlinear oscillators under.s.ochastic excitation are considered. The wiener-Hermite expansion with perturbation (WHEP) method and the homotopy perturbation method (HPM) are used and compared. Different approximation orders are considered and statistical moments are computed in the two methods. The two methods show efficiency in estimating the stochastic r.s.onse of the nonlinear differential equations.

Endophytic and pathogenic fungi of developing cranberry ovaries from flower to mature fruit:diversity and succession

Culturable fungal population diversity and succession was investigated in developing cranberry ovaries of fruit rot-r.s.stant and rot-susceptible cranberry selections,from flower through mature *** were recovered in culture from 1185 of 1338 ovary tissues collected from June to september,yielding 2255 isolates that repr.s.nted 42 *** the season,species richness varied from 2 to 17 and 2 to 18 in rot-r.s.stant and rotsusceptible selections,r.s.ectively,increasing from wk1 to wk10 and then gradually declining to ***-wiener diversity index varied from 0.27 to 2.32 in rotr.s.stant and 0.18 to 2.38 in rot-susceptible,and Pielou’s evenness index varied from 0.11 to 0.63 and 0.06 to 0.64 in rot-r.s.stant and rot-susceptible selections,r.s.ectively,confirming that diversity of fungi in developing ovaries was similar among rot-r.s.stant and rot-susceptible selections,but varied among sampling time *** component analysis grouped samples collected at the same sampling time point together regardless of rot susceptibility of the selections,and detected the predominant fungal species associated with each stage of *** changes were observed in populations of endophytic,pathogenic and saprophytic fungi throughout the season as ovaries matured.

wiener amalgam spaces are a class of function spaces where the function’s local and global behavior can be easily distinguished. These spaces are ex-tensively used in Harmonic analysis that originated in the work of wiener. In this paper: we first introduce a two-variable exponent amalgam space (Lsup>qsup>sup>()sup>,lsup>psup>sup>()sup>)(Ω). secondly, we investigate some basic properties of these spaces, and finally, we study their dual.

Mycoendophytic diversity and their antimicrobial potential from two epiphytic orchids of the Western Ghats for.s.s of India

The epiphytic plants belong to a group that harmlessly grows on other plants by utilizing the nutrition from the host plants with their unique adaptation featur.s.along with symbiotic associations with fungi or *** various biological activities exhibited by the mycoendophytes inhabiting medicinally-important epiphytic orchids serve as the primary source of novel drug leads,industrially-essential enzymes,and plant growth-promoting *** the pr.s.nt study,a total of 956 culturable mycoendophytes out of 1600 segments belonging to 17 genera were isolated from different tissue par.s.of Trias stocksii and Dendrobium *** Xylariaceae taxa were the predominant mycoendophytes pr.s.nt in both plants,followed by Pestalotiopsis sp.,Colletotrichum sp.,and Fusarium *** estimation of the shannon-wiener and simpson diversity indices showed that the bulbs of *** have the highest species diversity index and the stems of *** the *** highest species richness was observed in the leaves of *** and the lowest in the leaves of ***,*** harbored more mycoendophytes along with the highest diversity indices compared to *** antimicrobial evaluation revealed that Xylaria *** a higher potential of producing anti-infectives and opens a new arena for industrial exploration.

广州城区生态安全岛典型植物群落结构及物种多样性

以广州城区生态安全岛典型的自然和半自然型植物群落为研究对象,通过样方调查,对物种组成、区系成分、群落结构、珍稀濒危种、物种丰富度和多样性等要素进行了研究,结果表明:广州城区6处生态安全岛3.238hm2的调查样方中,共记录到维管束植物145科342属495种,热带亚热带区系特征明显。不同保护级别的珍稀濒危植物6科7属7种;群落垂直结构复杂,乔木层一般都能划分亚层。物种丰富度Partrick指数值在22—100之间变化、shannon-wiener多样性指数值在0.3861—3.0901之间变化、simpson优势度指数值在0.1380—0.9261之间变化以及Pielou均匀度指数值Jsw在0.1289—0.9427之间变化,相似性系数s和Bray-Curtis指数存在一定差异。目前广州城区生态安全岛的植物群落随着正向演替的进行,物种多样性在不断增加。在区系上,生态安全岛与具有南亚热带地带性典型植被的鼎湖山联系较密切,虽然在物种多样性方面尚有一定差距,但演替时间较长的生态安全岛植物群落的物种多样性已相当于鼎湖山南亚热带地带性植被演替的后期阶段。植被之间的空间距离、与城市中心距离的远近等生境条件差异、人为干扰均对群落的物种多样性产生影响。因此,需加强保护,才能在高度城市化的区域保存这样一些具有地带性顶级群落的结构和物种多样性特征的植物群落。

Higher-Order WHEP solutions of Quadratic Nonlinear.s.ochastic Oscillatory Equation

This paper introduces higher-order.s.lutions of the quadratic nonlinear.s.ochastic oscillatory equation. solutions with different orders and different number of corrections are obtained with the WHEP technique which uses the wienerHermite expansion and perturbation technique. The equivalent deterministic equations are derived for each order and correction. The solution ensemble average and variance are estimated and compared for different orders, different number of corrections and different strengths of the nonlinearity. The solutions are simulated using symbolic computation software such as Mathematica. The compar.s.ns between different orders and different number of corrections show the importance of higher-order and higher corrected WHEP solutions for the nonlinear.s.ochastic differential equations.

目的利用MrI评估髌骨外侧脱位(LPD)病人和对照组病人的解剖危险因素。方法对186例LPD病人膝关节Mr影像及186例年龄和性别匹配对照组病人的Mr影像进行分析。通过评估滑车倾角、关节面不对称情况及滑车深度对滑车发育不良的存在情况进行评估;采用Insall-salvati指数和Caton-Deschamps指数评估高位髌骨;外侧力矢量由胫骨粗隆-滑车沟(TT-TG)的距离进行测量。结果与对照组相比,脱位者滑车发育不良的全部3个参数的值显著降低(-32%,-32%,-44%),高位髌骨(+14%,+13%)和TT-TG(+49%)的值显著升高(全部PrI提供了关于膝关节内解剖变异的独特信息。②解剖变异增加了髌骨外侧脱位的风险。③滑车发育不良是LPD的主要风险因素。④高位髌骨和胫骨粗隆滑车沟距离的异常可能是外加因素。⑤LPD病人特异的危险因素的评估可能有助于进一步治疗。
