Fully homomorphic encryption（FHE） ca. be used for priva.y-preserving a.grega.ion of medica. da.a. In this typica. a.plica.ion, the security a.a.nst pa.sive a.ta.ks ha. been well studied by Li a.d Miccia.cio（2021）. In this pa.er, the a.thors further consider a.“nea.ly pa.sive” kind of a.ta.k, where the a.ta.ker may beha.e like a.pa.sive a.ta.ker in the view of the third-pa.ty *** ca.ture the security a.a.nst this ha.d-to-detect a.ta.k, the a.thors propose a.new notion of IND-CPa.Dsecurity. The a.thors show tha. the sta.da.d LWE encryption a.d its rela.ed FHE schemes ca. not defend a.a.nst IND-CPa.Da.ta.k, even under a.stricter rule limiting the content a.d number of queries made by the a.ta.ker. To make the a.plica.ion of FHE schemes more secure, the a.thors discuss some possible modifica.ions tha. may serve a. countermea.ures to IND-CPa.Da.ta.k.

Mecha.ochromic polymers ba.ed on non-cova.ent cha.ges ha.e a.tra.ted much a.tention ***,we report the impa.t of inter/intra.olecula. hydrogen bonds on polymer mecha.ochromism from the excited sta.e intra.olecula. proton tra.sfer (ESIPT) ***-NH2-OH a.d PhMz=2a.a.e designed a.d obta.ned by simple a.d high-yield synthesis,a.d a.e connected into polyuretha.e a.d poly(methyl a.ryla.e-co-2-ethylhexyl a.ryla.e),*** the initia. sta.e,the PhMz-NH2-OH@PU sa.ple shows blue fluorescence from the excited enol form (E*) excitons,owing to intermolecula. hydrogen bonds tha. interrupt the ESIPT rea.tions but the PhMz=2a.Pma-2-Ea.sa.ple expresses cya. fluorescence belonging to the excited keto form (K*) emission,implying tha. the intra.olecula. hydrogen bonds ***,under stretching,externa. force ca. tune the emission of the PhMz=2a.Pma-2-Ea.sa.ple from K* to E* *** externa. force ca. puta.ively still promote a.bond rota.ion,ESIPT rea.tions remain equiva.ently interrupted in both the rela.ed a.d stressed sta.es in a.hydrogen-bond dona.ing *** ca.cula.ion confirms the force-induced increa.e in dihedra. a.gle for the tra.sition of ESIPT-on/***,PhMz-NH2-OH@PU a.d PhMz=2a.Pma-2-Ea.showed dispa.a.e initia. Edge is the key information in the process of image smoothing. Some edges, especia.ly the wea. edges, a.e difficult to mainta.n, which result in the loca. a.ea.being over-smoothed. For the protection of wea. edges, we propose a. image smoothing a.gorithm ba.ed on globa. spa.se structure a.d pa.a.eter a.a.ta.ion. The a.gorithm decomposes the image into high frequency a.d low frequency pa.t ba.ed on globa. spa.se structure. The low frequency pa.t conta.ns less texture information which is rela.ively ea.y to smoothen. The high frequency pa.t is more sensitive to edge information so it is more suita.le for the selection of smoothing pa.a.eters. To reduce the computa.iona. complexity a.d improve the effect, we propose a.bicubic polynomia. fitting method to fit a.l the sa.ple va.ues into a.surfa.e. Fina.ly, we use a.terna.ing Direction Method of Multipliers (a.MM) to unify the whole a.gorithm a.d obta.n the smoothed results by itera.ive optimiza.ion. Compa.ed with tra.itiona. methods a.d deep lea.ning methods, a. well a. the a.plica.ion ta.ks of edge extra.tion, image a.stra.tion, pseudo-bounda.y remova., a.d image enha.cement, it shows tha. our a.gorithm ca. preserve the loca. wea. edge of the image more effectively, a.d the visua. effect of smoothed results is better.
