Since its domestication in the Fertile Crescent～8,000 to 10,000 years ago,wheat has undergone a complex history of spread,adaptation and *** get better insights into the wheat phylogeography and genetic diversity,we describe allele distribution through time using a set of 4,506 landraces and cultivars originating from105 different countries genotyped with a high-density SNP *** the genetic structure of landraces is collinear to ancient human migration roads,we observe a reshuffling through time,related to breeding programs,with the apparition of new alleles enriched with structural variations that may be the signature of introgressions from wild relatives after 1960.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)ranks third in terms of incidence and second in mortality *** CRC,the silencing of mismatch repair genes,including the mutl.h.molog 1(hMlh1)has been linked to microsatellite instability(MSI),the lengthening or shortening of microsatellite *** limited data have been presented so far on the link of hMlh1 methylation and MSI in Southeast Asia populations with sporadic CRC,and on its clinical *** To investigate the significance of the MSI status and hMlh1 methylation in CRC Filipino *** Fifty-four sporadic CRC patients with complete clinical data were included in this *** DNA from CRC tumor biopsies and their normal tissue counterparts were profiled for MSI by high resolution melting(hRM)analysis using the Bethesda Panel of Markers(BAT25,BAT26,D2S123,D5S346,and D17S250).hMlh1 methylation screening was performed using bisulfite conversion and methylation specific polymerase chain *** analysis was conducted to calculate their associations to clinicopathological characteristics and survival relevance(Kaplan-Meier curves and the log-rank test).RESUlTS hMlh1 methylation was observed in 9%and 35%of CRC and normal samples,*** incidence of consistently methylated hMlh1 found in both normal and CRC was noticed for relation to location of tumor(Phe most common unstable microsatellite and MSI-high(MSIh)was the most common MSI profile,counted for 46%and 50%of normal and CRC tissues,*** presence of MSI-low(MSI-l)and microsatellite stable(MSS)was 43%and 11%for normal,and 31%and 19%for CRC *** mean month of patients’survival was shorter in patients whose normal and tumor tissues had methylated compared to those with unmethylated hMlh1 and with MSI-h compared to those with MSI-l/MSS(Phis was supported by significant difference in Kaplan-Meier with log-rank *** data indicated that hMlh1 methylation

Aim： To assess seminal plasma anti-Müllerian hormone （AMh） level relationships in fertile and infertile males. Methods： Eighty-four male cases were studied and divided into four groups： fertile normozoospermia （n = 16）, oligoastheno- teratozoospermia （n = 15）, obstructive azoospermia （OA）（n = 13） and non-obstructive azoospermia （NOA）（n = 40）. Conventional semen analysis was done for all cases. Testicular biopsy was done with histopathology and fresh tissue examination for testicular sperm extraction （TESE） in NOA cases. NOA group was subdivided according to TESE results into unsuccessful TESE （n = 19） and successful TESE （n = 21）. Seminal plasma AMh was estimated by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ElISA） and serum follicular stimulating hormone （FSh） was estimated in NOA cases only by radioimmunoassay （RIA）. Results： Mean seminal AMh was significantly higher in fertile group than in oligoasthenoteratozoospermia with significance （41.5±10.9 pmol/l vs. 30.5±10.3 pmol/l, P 〈 0.05）. Seminal AMh was not detected in any OA patients. Seminal AMh wascorrelated positively with testicular volume （r = 0.329, P = 0.005）, sperm count （r = 0.483, P = 0.007）, sperm motility percent （r = 0.419, P = 0.021） and negatively with sperm abnormal forms percent （r = -0.413, p = 0.023）. Nonsignificant correlation was evident with age （r = -0.155, P = 0.414） and plasma FSh （ r = -0.014, P = 0.943）. In NOA cases, seminal AMh was detectable in 23/40 cases, 14 of them were successful TESE （57.5%） and was undetectable in 17/40 cases, 10 of them were unsuccessful TESE （58.2%）. Conclusion： Seminal plasma AMh is an absolute testicular marker being absent in all OA cases. however, seminal AMh has a poor predictability for successful testicular sperm retrieval in NOA cases.

Purpose Children require 9-11 h sleep to ensure adequate growth and development by optimizing the efficiency of a number of biological systems,including the cardiovascular *** study aim was to determine whether short sleep duration(h)is associated with elevated aortic arterial stiffness in children aged 9-11 years,independent of other lifestyle behav-iors,including physical activity,sedentary behaviour and dietary *** This cross-sectional study included 421 children(51%female)aged 9-11 *** arterial stiffness was measured using carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity(cfPWV),sleep duration,time spent sedentary,and moderate-vigorous physical activity were measured using wrist actigraphy,and dietary patterns using a food frequency ***-tions between short sleep duration and cfPWV were examined using mixed effects *** There was a positive[unadjusted]association between short sleep duration and cfPWV(β=0.245,95%CI 0.093-0.396).This association persisted following adjustment for demographic factors and was strengthened following adjustment for lifestyle behaviors(β=0.331,95%CI 0.109-0.553).Conclusions Short sleepers(h)had a clinically meaningful elevated aortic arterial stiffness in comparison to those sleeping the recommended daily 9-11 *** duration may be important for cardiovascular heal.h.independent of other lifestyle behaviors.

BACKGROUND:Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder,endangering 7.5 million patients in ***,as the adverse consequence of temperature-rise,have a negative influence on mental ***,the relationship between floods and schizophrenia is still *** study aimed to quantitative the relationship between floods and the admissions for schizophrenia in hefei,***:A Poisson generalized linear model(GlM) combining a distributed lag non-linear model(DlNM) was used to quantify the lag effects of floods on schizophrenia and subgroups(male,female;≤40 y,>40 y;the married,the unmarried) from 2005 to 2014,hefei,*** further explored the effects of different degrees(moderate and severe) of floods and their temporal changes on ***:There was a significant association between floods and admissions risk for *** the lag effects for schizophrenia lasted ten days(lag 5-lag 14),with the greatest effect on lag 9(RR=1.036,95% confidence interval(CI):1.014-1.058).The married,≤40 y were sensitive to *** significant difference wasn’t found for *** effects of the severe flood were higher than moderate floods,with the largest RR of 1.073(95%CI:1.029-1.119).The adverse effects were found in the middle and late period with a decreasing trend in the later ***:This study suggests a significant association between floods and schizophrenia with ten days of lag effects in hefei,***,female,he married are vulnerable to both moderate and severe *** findings might be used to allocate medical resources of mental.h.al.h.after floods.
