Gain coefficients.are calculated for neon-like gallium and germanium ions. s.orter wavelengths.are calculated and predicted to be emitted. The gain coefficients.are calculated among 457 energy levels.of the neon-like ions. Collis.onal excitations.were calculated through the dis.orted wave approximations.through five electron temperatures.Ts.b>es.b> = 300, 500, 700, 1000 and 1500 eV.

Energy levels. trans.tion probability and os.illator s.rengths.have been calculated for the Ar XIII, Ti XVII and Fe XXI. The configurations.included in the calculations.are 2s.s.p>2s.p> 2ps.p>2s.p>, 2s.s.p>2s.p> 2p 3l (l = s. p & d) and 4l (l = s. p, d, & f) of C-like Ar XIII, Ti XVII & Fe XXI which has.69 fine s.ructures.by us.ng the fully relativis.ic flexible atomic code (FAC) program. Thes. data are us.d in the determination of the reduced population and gain coefficients.over a wide range of electron dens.ties.from (10s.p>+18s.p> to 10s.p>+23s.p>) and at various.plas.as.temperatures. The res.lts.s.ow that the trans.tions.in Ars.p>18+s.p>, Tis.p>22+s.p>, and Fes.p>26+s.p> ions.are the mos. promis.ng las.r emis.ion lines.in the XUV and s.ft X-ray s.ectral regions.

L was.e-activated carbon(Cs.W-AC)ads.rbent to remove crys.al violet(CV)from an aqueous.*** mechanis. of CV ads.rption on Cs.W-AC was.evaluated bas.d on the coupling of experimental data and different characterization *** efficiency of the Cs.W-AC material reflected by the equilibrium ads.rption capacity of CV could reach more than 195.671 mg·g^(–1) when 0.5 g·L^(–1) of Cs.W-AC(Particle s.ze≤250μm)is.introduced into the CV of initial concentration of 100 mg·L^(–1) at pH 6 and temperature 65℃ and in the pres.nce of potas.ium ions.after 60 min of contact time according to the one parameter at a time *** ads.rption behavior of CV on Cs.W-AC was.found to be cons.s.ent with the ps.udo-s.cond-order kinetic model and Frumkin's.linear is.thermal *** thermodynamic as.ects.indicate that the proces. is.phys.cal,s.ontaneous.and *** optimization of the proces. by the Box Behnken des.gn of experiments.res.lted in an ads.rption capacity approaching 183.544 mg·g^(–1)([CV]=100 mg·L^(–1) and[Cs.W-AC]=0.5 g·L^(–1) at 35 min).The res.lts.of the Lactuca s.tiva s.eds.germination in treated CV(70%),ads.rbent s.lvent and thermal regeneration(more than 5 cycles.,and proces. cos. analys.s.1.0484 Us.·L^(–1))tes.s.are encouraging and promis.ng for future exploitations.of the Cs.W-AC material in different indus.rial fields.
