tAstrocytes are the largest glial population in the mammalian ***,we have a minimal understanding of astrocyte development,especially fate specification in different regions of the *** lineage tracing of the progenitors of the third ventricle(3V)wall via in-utero electroporation in the embryonic mouse brain,we show the fate specification and migration pattern of astrocytes derived from radial glia along the 3V ***,radial glia located in different regions along the 3V wall of the diencephalon produce distinct cell types:radial glia in the upper region produce astrocytes and those in the lower region produce neurons in the *** genetic fate mapping analysis,we reveal that the first population of astrocytes appears along the zona incerta in the *** occurs at an early time point in the dorsal region relative to that in the ventral region of the developing *** transcriptomic analysis of the region-specific 3V wall and lateral ventricle(LV)wall,we identified cohorts of differentially-expressed genes in the dorsal 3V wall compared to the ventral 3V wall and LV wall that may regulate astrogenesis in the dorsal ***,these results demonstrate that the generation of astrocytes shows a spatiotemporal pattern in the developing mouse diencephalon.

We developed bright yellow-emitting long persistent luminescence(LPL)materials Sr_(4)Al_(14)O_(25):Mn^(2+)and Sr_(4)Al_(14)O_(25):Mn^(2+),N(N=Zr^(4+),Ho^(3+),Er^(3+))by high temperature solid-state *** addition of Zr^(4+),Ho^(3+)and Er^(3+)can regulate trap distributions and improve energy storage ability of the *** LPL perfo rmance of SAO:Mn^(2+),Ho^(3+)is optimal,considering LPL intensity and duration *** LPL of SAO:Mn^(2+),Ho^(3+)can be observed for 3 h by naked eyes in dark after removing the excitation *** of LPL spectra are different from those of PL,because the two types of Mn^(2+)centers do not play equal parts in LPL and photoluminescence(PL).Trap depths of TL peaks centered at 354 K(peak 1)and 455 K(peak 2)are 0.60 and 0.72 eV,*** peak 1 at 354 K is the effective TL peak responsible for *** SAO:Mn^(2+),Ho^(3+),Mn^(2+)ions doped in Al^(3+)sites serve as emitting centers,and positively charged HoSr defects are the main effective trap ***,a feasible LPL mechanism of SAO:Mn^(2+),Ho^(3+)was proposed to clarify the generation process of LPL.

A yellow emitting long afterglow luminescence material SrScO:Prwas success fully prepared by solid state reaction ***:Prphosphor shows a long afterglow luminescence peak at about 495,545,621,630 and 657 nm,respectively,corresponding to the f-f transitions of *** afterglow chromaticity coordinates of SrScO:1 at%Prwere calculated to be(0.35,0.41),indicating that the afterglow emission is close to the light of yellow ***,the afterglow luminescence of the optimal sample doped by 1 at%Prcan persist for over 3 *** thermo luminesce nce results suggest that there are three types of traps with depth of 0.61,0.69 and 0.78 eV exiting for all the samples,which are produced by the addition of *** trap density of SrScO:1 at%Pris the maximum when the incorporation of Prions reaches 1 at%,which thus results in the longest afterglow *** the results indicate that SrScO:Prcan be a potential candidate of novel long afterglow phosphors.

Response of vegetation variation to climate change and human activities in the Shiyang River Basin of China during 2001-2022

Understanding the response of vegetation variation to climate change and human activities is critical for addressing future conflicts between humans and the environment,and maintaining ecosystem ***,we aimed to identify the determining factors of vegetation variation and explore the sensitivity of vegetation to temperature(SVT)and the sensitivity of vegetation to precipitation(SVP)in the Shiyang River Basin(SYRB)of China during *** climate data from climatic research unit(CRU),vegetation index data from Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS),and land use data from Landsat images were used to analyze the spatial-temporal changes in vegetation indices,climate,and land use in the SYRB and its sub-basins(i.e.,upstream,midstream,and downstream basins)during *** regression analysis and correlation analysis were used to explore the SVT and SVP,revealing the driving factors of vegetation *** increasing trends(P<0.05)were detected for the enhanced vegetation index(EVI)and normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)in the SYRB during 2001-2022,with most regions(84%)experiencing significant variation in vegetation,and land use change was determined as the dominant factor of vegetation ***-significant decreasing trends were detected in the SVT and SVP of the SYRB during *** were spatial differences in vegetation variation,SVT,and *** NDVI and EVI exhibited increasing trends in the upstream,midstream,and downstream basins,the change slope in the downstream basin was lower than those in the upstream and midstream basins,the SVT in the upstream basin was higher than those in the midstream and downstream basins,and the SVP in the downstream basin was lower than those in the upstream and midstream *** and precipitation changes controlled vegetation variation in the upstream and midstream basins while human activities(land use change)dominated vegetation variation in the d

The NAC transcription factor LuNAC61 negatively regulates fiber development in flax (Linum usitatissimum L.)

Flax is a crucial fiber crop that exhibits excellent textile properties and serves as a model plant for investigating phloem fiber development. The regulation of multiple genes significantly influences fiber development, notably involving NAC(NAM, ATAF1/2, CUC2) transcription factors in forming the fiber secondary cell wall(SCW).Overexpression of LuNAC61 in flax resulted in sparse top meristematic zone leaves and significantly reduced stem cellulose content. Scanning electron microscopy and staining observations revealed a significant reduction in fiber bundles. β-Glucuronidase(GUS) staining analysis demonstrated high activity of the LuNAC61 promoter in the bast fibers of the flax stem. Additionally, several members of the LuPLATZ and LuCesA families exhibited significant coexpression with LuNAC61. Subcellular localization indicated the presence of LuPLATZ24 protein in the nucleus and cytoplasm, LuNAC61 protein exclusively in the nucleus, and LuCesA10 in the nucleus and endoplasmic reticulum. LuPLATZ24 positively regulates LuNAC61, whereas LuNAC61 negatively affects LuCesA10, suggesting the involvement of a metabolic network in regulating flax fiber development. In conclusion, this study provides a critical opportunity for a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the mechanisms governing flax fiber development and the potential use of biotechnology to enhance flax fiber yield.

Betaine-homocysteine methyltransferase(BHMT)regulates protein methylation and is correlated with tumorigenesis;however,the effects and regulation of BHMT in hepatocarcinogenesis remain largely ***,we determined the clinical significance of BHMT in the occurrence and progression of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)using tissue samples from 198 *** was to be frequently found(86.6%)expressed at relatively low levels in HCC tissues and was positively correlated with the overall survival of patients with *** overexpression effectively suppressed several malignant phenotypes in hepatoma cells in vitro and in vivo,whereas complete knockout of Bhmt(Bhmt^(−/−))produced the opposite *** combined proteomics,metabolomics,and molecular biological strategies and detected that Bhmt^(−/−)promoted hepatocarcinogenesis and tumor progression by enhancing the activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD)and PPP metabolism in DEN-induced HCC mouse and subcutaneous tumor-bearing *** contrast,restoration of Bhmt with an AAV8-Bhmt injection or pharmacological inhibition of G6PD attenuated ***,coimmunoprecipitation identified monomethylated modifications of the G6PD,and BHMT regulated the methylation of *** sequence analysis,generation and application of specific antibodies,and site-directed mutagenesis indicated G6PD methylation at the arginine residue ***,we established bidirectionally regulated BHMT cellular models combined with methylation-deficient G6PD mutants to demonstrate that BHMT potentiated arginine methylation of G6PD,thereby inhibiting G6PD activity,which in turn suppressed *** together,this study reveals a new methylation-regulatory mechanism in hepatocarcinogenesis owing to BHMT deficiency,suggesting a potential therapeutic strategy for HCC treatment.

综合能源系统在实现可再生能源利用中具有重要价值。为使系统中各设备出力得到进一步优化,将生物质能与综合能源系统相结合,并且将各个时刻的柔性负荷纳入能量调度,构建了一种沼气发电系统、光伏发电系统与微型燃气轮机驱动下的源-储-荷协同多目标能量管理模型。以系统与主电网的交互及燃料费用、惩罚费用和设备投资及运行费用为优化目标,以用户综合用能满意度、新能源利用率和电能自治程度为评价指标,求解模型最优配置。利用非线性攻击方式、差分变异策略、哈里斯鹰算法中的软包围策略及防止算法停滞策略来改善旗鱼算法的全局搜索能力。通过算例对比分析表明,所提出的改进算法和能量管理模型在不同场景下均有效地提高了经济效益和环保效益,并且改进旗鱼算法在全局寻优和搜索精度等方面具有优势。
