Gut-liver-brain axis is a three-way highway of information interaction system among the gastrointestinal tract,liver,and nervous *** the past few decades,breakthrough progress has been made in the gut liver brain axis,mainly through understanding its formation mechanism and increasing treatment *** this review,we discuss various complex networks including barrier permeability,gut hormones,gut microbial metabolites,vagus nerve,neurotransmitters,immunity,brain toxic metabolites,β-amyloid(Aβ)metabolism,and epigenetic regulation in the gut-liver-brain *** therapies containing antibiotics,probiotics,prebiotics,synbiotics,fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT),polyphenols,low FODMAP diet and nanotechnology application regulate the gut liver brain ***,some special treatments targeting gut-liver axis include farnesoid X receptor(FXR)agonists,takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)agonists,glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)receptor antagonists and fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19)*** gut-brain axis embraces cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT),antidepressants and tryptophan metabolism-related *** liver-brain axis contains epigenetic regulation and Aβmetabolism-related *** the future,a better understanding of gut-liver-brain axis interactions will promote the development of novel preventative strategies and the discovery of precise therapeutic targets in multiple diseases.

Raspberries are used for both food and medicine,but it has not yet attracted widespread *** this paper,the chemical constituen of the original plant *** is one of the new "Zhe Bawei" medicinal materials selected in 2017. "Zhe Bawei" refers to eight kinds of genuine medicinal materials in Zhejiang *** chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,processing,and application of Rubus chingii Hu were reviewed to provide a reference for its further *** literature in recent years was collected in databases such as China Knowledge Network,Web of Science,Elsevier,PubMed,and X-Mol,using "raspberry", "Rubus chingii", "traditional use", "chemical composition", "pharmacology",*** keywords individually or in *** summary of pharmacological activities shows that the relationship between the pharmacological activities of raspberry is still not deep *** in-depth research should be carried out in this direction to explore the mechanism of action of its active ingredients and provide effective reference for the further development of the raspberry *** the future,with the participation of more researchers,it is expected to develop innovative drugs based on raspberry for the treatment of diseases.

硅藻土表面改性及其油水吸附过程

以800℃煅烧硅藻土为原料,使用硅烷偶联剂(KH-570)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)及两者协同对硅藻土进行表面改性,研究不同改性剂的添加量、反应温度及反应时间对硅藻土吸附效果的影响。使用扫描电镜、红外光谱等方法对改性前后硅藻土进行表征;通过计算接触角、吸油率及吸附容量来评价各项工艺参数对改性硅藻土效果的影响。实验表明,与两种改性剂单独改性硅藻土相比,协同改性硅藻土的疏水性及吸油效果更好,其接触角及吸油率分别可达145.1°和95.8%,且当硅烷偶联剂与十二烷基苯磺酸钠质量比1∶4、改性温度75℃、反应时间2 h时,对模拟情况下海上柴油的吸附容量最高,达到3.5 g/g。

郴州市秋冬季PM_(2.5)污染传输路径与潜在源贡献分析

通过应用HYSPLIT、MeteoInfo模型,计算2017—2021年秋冬季抵达郴州地区72 h的后向气流轨迹并进行轨迹聚类、潜在源贡献因子(PSCF)和浓度权重轨迹(CWT)分析,探讨郴州市PM_(2.5)传输特征及污染潜在源分布。结果表明,郴州市秋冬季PM_(2.5)潜在源区主要分布在北偏东方向,以近距离输送为主,频率最高的是从咸宁市通城县经岳阳市平江县、株洲地区的短距离轨迹,其频率为34.17%;WPSCF高值带起源于河南省,经湖北、平江、江西等地区,最终到达郴州。WCWT分析结果得出,PM_(2.5)污染趋势与上述一致,影响范围更宽,影响程度相对较轻。2017—2021年间,郴州地区污染传输通道影响逐年减小,PM_(2.5)浓度平均下降19.7%。

以低品位硅藻土为原料,采用先焙烧后氯化钙改性处理工艺制备硅藻土调湿材料。通过X射线衍射仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪和全自动比表面及孔隙度分析仪等对焙烧前后及改性硅藻土进行表征,研究了焙烧工艺及改性条件对硅藻土结构与性能的影响。结果表明,低品位硅藻土经过焙烧处理,去除了有机杂质,比表面积从16.95 m^(2)/g增大到17.46 m^(2)/g,放湿速率从7.80%增大到12.97%,放湿能力得到改善;经过氯化钙改性,氯化钙颗粒包覆在硅藻土表面及孔道中,吸湿速率从18.02%增大到100.92%,大大提高了吸湿能力。

为应对地铁联络通道施工过程中所面临的透水事故风险,在调研气压沉箱法和气压新奥法的基础上提出了气压隔水施工工艺。基于Biot固结理论、van Genuchten模型、达西定律和连续性定理建立了应力场、渗流场和相场耦合理论模型,提出了一种van Genuchten模型参数和Biot固结系数反演方法,通过气压隔水可行性试验渗水量数据成功还原了试验粉土样相关参数。通过数值模拟研究了粉土层注气后的空气扩散面积和地表沉降量规律。研究表明:①空气扩散面积随注气压力的增加而线性增加,地表隆起量则在注气压力>1.7倍静水压力后趋于平缓;②在粉土地层条件下,以一般地铁联络通道断面面积16m2为例,埋深由10m增加至50m,土层注气后的地表隆起量由6mm线性增加至42mm。

2015—2021年郴州城区臭氧污染特征、气象影响及输送源分析

在对2015—2021年郴州城区不同时间尺度臭氧(O_(3))污染特征进行分析的基础上,进一步研究气象因素对O_(3)污染的影响,并采用潜在源贡献因子分析法(PSCF)对郴州城区O_(3)污染传输路径及潜在污染源进行分析。结果表明:2015—2021年郴州城区O_(3)质量类别主要为优和良,比例达到98.9%,O_(3)为首要污染物的天数呈波动上升趋势。O_(3)的年均质量浓度整体呈现波动上升趋势,2021年相对于2015年上升了6.0%,年内变化呈现“M”双峰型特征,日变化呈现单峰单谷分布,峰值出现在14:00—15:00。O_(3)质量浓度与日照时数及温度呈显著正相关,与相对湿度呈显著负相关;O_(3)质量浓度随风速的增加,先上升后下降。郴州城区O_(3)污染在超标日期间以短距离输送气流为主,占比达89.7%,主要为东北方及南方气流。在本地西南部污染贡献较大的基础上,受区域输送影响明显,主要为广东省西南部及西北部、江西省西北部、湖北省中部的污染排放。针对郴州城区O_(3)污染,须在严格控制本地污染排放的基础上,进一步加强区域联防联控。

The ginsenoside Rgfound in Panax species has extensive pharmacological properties,in particular anti-cancer ***,its natural yield in Panax plants is ***,we report a multimodular strategy to improve yields of Rgin a Panax ginseng chassis,combining engineering of triterpene metabolism and overexpression of a lignin biosynthesis gene,phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL).We first performed semi-rational design and site mutagenesis to improve the enzymatic efficiency of Pq3-O-UGT2,a glycosyltransferase that directly catalyzes the biosynthesis of Rgfrom ***,we used clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)gene editing to knock down the branch pathway of protopanaxatriol-type ginsenoside biosynthesis to enhance the metabolic flux of the protopanaxadiol-type ginsenoside *** of PAL accelerated the formation of the xylem structure,significantly improving ginsenoside Rgaccumulation(to 6.19-fold higher than in thecontrol).Wecombinedoverexpression of the ginsenoside aglycon synthetic genes squalene epoxidase,Pq3-O-UGT2,and PAL with CRISPR/Cas9-based knockdown of CYP716A53v2 to improve ginsenoside ***,we produced ginsenoside Rgat a yield of 83.6 mg/L in a shake flask(7.0 mg/g dry weight,21.12-fold higher than with wild-type cultures).The highproduction system established in this study could be a potential platform to produce the ginsenoside Rgcommercially for pharmaceutical use.
