随着人们对教学环境及设施多样性的需求越来越高,过去功能相对单一的传统学校已不再能满足现代学校的需求。考虑到学校的建设速度跟不上需求变化的速度,而新建学校对土地供应、资金投入的要求较大,介绍了在现有有限的用地内,将原有的学校建筑经改建或改扩建来满足新的需求,通过提高土地利用率进行功能组合设计,从而打造出适合现代教学多样性的校园。

Bromocriptine enhances the uptake of^(99m)Tc-MIBI in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

99mTc-methoxyisobutyl isonitrile （MIBI） is a suitable transport substrate for the multidrug resistance gene prod- uct P-glycoprotein （P-gp） and widely used for tumor imaging. Bromocriptine has been shown to inhibit the ATPase activity and the function of P-gp. We hypothesized that bromocriptine could promote the accumulation of MIBI by inhibiting P-gp activities, a feature that can be taken advantage of for enhancing 99mTc-MIBI imaging. In the cur- rent study, we sought to investigate whether bromocriptine enhanced the uptake of 99mTc-MIBI in hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Sixty primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients received 99mTc-MIBI single photon emission computer tomgraphy （SPECT） prior to surgery. 99mTc-MIBI SPECT was performed 15 and 120 min after injec- tion of 20 mCi 99mTc-MIBI, and early uptake, delayed uptake （L/Nd）, and washout rate （L/Nwr） of 99mTc-MIBI were obtained. In addition, a second 99mTc-MIBI SPECT was performed according to the same method 48 h after bromocriptine administration. We found that, prior to bromocriptine administration, significant MIBI uptake in tumor lesions was noted in only 10 （16.7%, 10/60） patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. No significant MIBI uptake was observed in the tumor lesions of the remaining 50 （83.3%, 50/60） hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Following bromocriptine administration, all the patients without apparent MIBI uptake demonstrated significant MIBI uptake on 99mTc-MIBI SPECT （P 〈 0.05）. Our findings indicate that bromocriptine enhances the uptake of 99mTc-MIBI in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.

An efficient preparation and local coordination environment regulation of isolated single-atom sites catalysts(ISASC)for improved activity is still challenging.Herein,we develop a solid phase thermal diffusion strategy to synthesize Mn ISASC on highly uniform nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes by employing MnO_(2) nanowires@ZIF-8 core-shell structure.Under high-temperature,the Mn species break free from core-MnO_(2) lattice,which will be trapped by carbon defects derived from shell-ZIF-8 carbonization,and immobilized within carbon substrate.Furthermore,the poly-dispersed Mn sites with two nitrogen-coordinated centers can be controllably renovated into four-nitrogen-coordinated Mn sites using NH3 treatment technology.Both experimental and computational investigations indicate that the symmetric coordinated Mn sites manifest outstanding oxygen reduction activity and superior stability in alkaline and acidic solutions.This work not only provides efficient way to regulate the coordination structure of ISASC to improve catalytic performance but also paves the way to reveal its significant promise for commercial application.

近年来我国夜间经济发展如火如荼,已经成为赋能城市经济和文化发展的新赛道。将夜间经济置于场景理论的视域中,从空间文化设施建设、人与场景的互动体验、对文化消费的刺激这三个维度对其进行分析,发现其目前还存在着舒适物设置不配套、场景互动内容匮乏、消费场景不够成熟的三重现实困境。本文结合对重庆市夜间经济的实践考察与国内外城市夜间经济的成功案例,提出了协调文化设施的组合与建设、优化夜间经济群体互动内容、促进文化消费场景打造传播这三条发展夜间经济的路径,以期为重庆市及其他城市夜间经济发展提供参考。

N-hexadecane is a potential candidate of diesel surrogate fuels and is also the largest linear alkane(n-alkanes)with known chemical kinetic models.The objective of this study is to investigate the autoignition characteristics of n-hexadecane in the lowto-intermediate temperature region and to validate the existing kinetic models.In this study,the ignition delay times(IDTs)of nhexadecane were measured using a heated rapid compression machine(RCM)at two pressures of 7 and 10 bar,and over equivalence ratios ranging from 0.5 to 1.3.Two-stage ignition characteristic and the negative temperature coefficient(NTC)behavior of total ignition delay time were experimentally captured.This study paid special attention to the influence of pressure,equivalence ratio,and oxygen content on the IDTs of n-hexadecane.It is observed that both the total IDTs and the first-stage IDTs decrease with the rise of those parameters.It is worth noting that the first-stage IDT is found to show a greater dependence on temperature but a weaker dependence on other parameters compared to the total IDT.The observed IDT dependence in the lowtemperature region(LTR)were quantitatively described by ignition delay time correlations.The newly measured IDTs were then validated against two kinetic models(LLNL and CRECK).Simulation results show that both models underpredict the first-stage IDT but generally capture the temperature dependence.The CRECK model well predicts the total IDTs of n-hexadecane while the LLNL model significantly underpredicts the total IDTs at most investigated conditions.To the best of our knowledge,this study is the first investigation on n-hexadecane autoignition under low-to-intermediate temperatures,which deepens the understanding of large n-alkane oxidation and contributes to the improvement of the existing kinetic models.

Due to its difﬁculty in early diagnosis and lack of sensitivity to chemotherapy and radiotherapy,renal cell carcinoma(RCC)remains to be a frequent cause of cancer-related death.Here,we probed into new targets for its early diagnosis and treatment for RCC.microRNA(miRNA)data of M2-EVs and RCC were searched on the Gene Expression Omnibus database,followed by the prediction of the potential downstream target.Expression of target genes was measured via RT-qPCR and Western blot,respectively.M2 macrophage was obtained viaﬂow cytometry with M2-EVs extracted.The binding ability of miR-342-3p to NEDD4L and to CEP55 ubiquitination was studied with their roles in the physical abilities of RCC cells assayed.Subcutaneous tumor-bearing mouse models and lung metastasis models were prepared to observe in vivo role of target genes.M2-EVs induced RCC growth and metastasis.miR-342-3p showed high expression in both M2-EVs and RCC cells.M2-EVs carrying miR-342-3p promoted RCC cell abilities to proliferate,invade and migrate.In RCC cells,M2-EV-derived miR-342-3p could speciﬁcally bind to NEDD4L and consequently elevate CEP55 protein expression via suppressing NEDD4L,thereby exerting tumor-promoting effects.CEP55 could be degraded by ubiquitination under the function of NEDD4L,and miR-342-3p delivered by M2-EVs facilitated the RCC occurrence and development by activating the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.In conclusion,M2-EVs promote RCC growth and metastasis by delivering miR-342-3p to suppress NEDD4L and subsequently inhibit CEP55 ubiquitination and degradation via activation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway,strongly driving the proliferative,migratory and invasive of RCC cells.

Cancer cells remodel their metabolic network to adapt to variable nutrient availability. Pentose phosphate pathway(PPP) plays protective and biosynthetic roles by oxidizing glucose to generate reducing power and ribose. How cancer cells modulate PPP activity in response to glucose supply remains unclear. Here we show that ribose-5-phosphate isomerase A(RPIA), an enzyme in PPP, directly interacts with co-activator associated arginine methyltransferase 1(CARM1) and is methylated at arginine 42(R42). R42 methylation up-regulates the catalytic activity of RPIA. Furthermore, glucose deprivation strengthens the binding of CARM1 with RPIA to induce R42 hypermethylation. Insufficient glucose supply links to RPIA hypermethylation at R42, which increases oxidative PPP flux. RPIA methylation supports ROS clearance by enhancing NADPH production and fuels nucleic acid synthesis by increasing ribose supply. Importantly, RPIA methylation at R42 significantly potentiates colorectal cancer cell survival under glucose starvation. Collectively, RPIA methylation connects glucose availability to nucleotide synthesis and redox homeostasis.
