Automated garden-insect recognition using improved lightweight convolution network

Automated recognition of insect category,which currently is performed mainly by agriculture experts,is a challenging problem that has received increasing attention in recent *** goal of the present research is to develop an intelligent mobile-terminal recognition system based on deep neural networks to recognize garden insects in a device that can be conveniently deployed in mobile ***-of-the-art lightweight convolutional neural networks(such as SqueezeNet and ShuffleNet)have the same accuracy as classical convolutional neural networks such as AlexNet but fewer parameters,thereby not only requiring communication across servers during distributed training but also being more feasible to deploy on mobile terminals and other hardware with limited *** this research,we connect with the rich details of the low-level network features and the rich semantic information of the high-level network features to construct more rich semantic information feature maps which can effectively improve SqueezeNet model with a small computational *** addition,we developed an off-line insect recognition software that can be deployed on the mobile terminal to solve no network and the timedelay problems in the *** demonstrate that the proposed method is promising for recognition while remaining within a limited computational budget and delivers a much higher recognition accuracy of 91.64%with less training time relative to other classical convolutional neural *** have also verified the results that the improved SqueezeNet model has a 2.3%higher than of the original model in the open insect data IP102.

Hydrocarbon Exploration in the South Yellow Sea Based on Airborne Gravity,China

Differences between the Cenozoic and pre-Cenozoic strata and structures in the middlesouth South Yellow Sea are analyzed using high-resolution airborne gravity data combined with data from offshore wells, seismic exploration and the regional geological background, using forward and inverse methods. We discuss why hydrocarbon exploration has so far failed in the South Yellow Sea, and put forward alternative future exploration plans. The results show that there are thick Cenozoic strata over Jurassic-Cretaceous continental strata in the southern basin of the South Yellow Sea, contrasted with thick Mid-Paleozoic marine strata preserved in the middle uplift area. In the mid-southern South Yellow Sea, airborne Bouguer gravity anomalies are fragmentized with scattered local anomalies. Many tensile normal faults and minor fault blocks occur in the Cenozoic strata. In contrast, reverse faults and nappe structures are found in pre-Cenozoic strata. The essential reasons for the lack of a breakthrough in hydrocarbon exploration are the complexity of geological structures, hydrocarbon accumulation environments, seismic-geologic conditions, and the difficulty of interpreting and understanding these features, rather than an imbalance of exploration framework. Hydrocarbon exploration should be targeted at Mid-Cenozoic continental strata, especially of Paleogene age, in the middle to southern parts of the South Yellow Sea. Special attention should be paid to the favorable structural belts SYI1, SYI2, SYI3 and SYI4 in the southern basin of the South Yellow Sea, where detailed seismic exploration or drilling should be carried out. Attention should also be given to Mid-Paleozoic marine strata in the middle uplift area of the South Yellow Sea. Key strategies that could lead to a hydrocarbon exploration breakthrough are improving exploration resolution, conducting detailed studies of fine structures, and accurately locating minor structures.

Automatic greenhouse pest recognition based on multiple color space features

Recognition and counting of greenhouse pests are important for monitoring and forecasting pest population *** study used image processing techniques to recognize and count whiteflies and thrips on a sticky trap located in a greenhouse *** digital images of sticky traps were collected using an image-acquisition system under different greenhouse *** a single color space is used,it is difficult to segment the small pests correctly because of the detrimental effects of non-uniform illumination in complex ***,a method that first segments object pests in two color spaces using the Prewitt operator in I component of the hue-saturation-intensity(HSI)color space and the Canny operator in the B component of the Lab color space was ***,the segmented results for the two-color spaces were summed and achieved 91.57%segmentation ***,because different features of pests contribute differently to the classification of pest species,the study extracted multiple features(e.g.,color and shape features)in different color spaces for each segmented pest region to improve the recognition *** decision trees were used to form a strong ensemble learning classifier that used a majority voting mechanism and obtains 95.73%recognition *** proposed method is a feasible and effective way to process greenhouse pest *** system accurately recognized and counted pests in sticky trap images captured under real greenhouse conditions.

Superimposed versus residual basin:The North Yellow Sea Basin

The North Yellow Sea Basin is a Mesozoic and Cenozoic basin. Based on basin-margin facies, sedimentary thinning, size and shape of the basin and vitrinite reflectance, North Yellow Sea Basin is not a residual basin. Analysis of the development of the basin＇s three structural layers, self-contained petroleum systems, boundary fault activity, migration of the Mesozoic--Cenozoic sedimentation centers, different basin structures formed during different periods, and superposition of a two-stage extended basin and one-stage depression basin, the North Yellow Sea Basin is recognized as a superimposed basin.

Study of Residual Basin and Tectonolayering Based on Airborne Gravity and Magnetic Data

This paper takes the South Yellow Sea as an example to show a new method for comprehensive geological-geophysical research such as residual basin and tectonolayering using airborne gravity and magnetic data in China. Based on airborne gravity and magnetic data, by measuring and analyzing stratigraphic density and susceptibility, the depths to the pre-Sinian magnetic basement top, the pre-Jurassic top and the Cenozoic bottom, are obtained by forward and inverse methods constrained by seismic and drilling data; and furthermore, the residual thicknesses of the Sinian-Triassic, the Jurassic-Cretaceous and the Cenozoic are calculated. Based on airborne gravity and magnetic anomalies, the faults in the pre-Sinian magnetic basement, the Jurassic-Cretaceous and the Cenozoic are respectively interpreted by the qualitative and quantitative methods. On the basis of the above study, and combining regional important tectonic events, four tectonolayers are divided in the vertical succession in South Yellow Sea, namely the pre-Sinian magnetic basement, the Sinian-Triassic, the Jurassic-Cretaceous and the Cenozoic. The result shows that there are thick Cenozoic and Jurassic-Cretaceous strata and thin residual Sinian-Triassic strata in the Suzhong-Huangnan depression area, but there are thin or only sporadic Mesozoic-Cenozoic terrestrial strata and thick Sinian-Triassic marine strata reserved in Subei-Huangzhong uplift area and Sunan-Wunansha uplift area. The four tectonolayers are very different in structures as well as distributions in plane.

Effect and Prospect of Basic Geological Survey Based on Airborne Gravimetry in China

The airborne gravimetry was an important leap and innovation in the world＇s history of geophysical exploration. China＇s first test of the airborne gravity geological survey in the onshoreoffshore transitional area of the western and southern part of the Bohai Sea was successful and effective in geology. Based on the airborne gravity data, and combining previous ground gravity, seismic and drilling data etc., we carried out the geological interpretation by forward and inverse methods. The result shows that the airborne Bouguer gravity anomaly was clear, the fracture interpretation was reliable, and the inversion depth of the main geological interfaces was relatively accurate. This airborne gravity geological survey not only filled the exploring gaps in the onshore- offshore transitional area, and realized the geological and tectonic junction between the sea and the land, but also discovered four local gravity anomalies, 11 fractures and three sags or subsags, and so on. The good geological effect of airborne gravimetry not restricted by terrain condition shows that it can be served as a new geophysical method in the exploration of complex terrain physiognomy area such as mountain, jungle, desert, marsh, onshore-offshore transitional area and so on, and has an extensive application prospect in China in the future.

Effect of Heat Treatment Temperature on Properties of Chinese Calcined Flint Clay Based Plastic Refractories

Effects of different heat treatment temperatures on properties of Chinese calcined flint clay based plastic refractories were investigated using Chinese calcined flint clay as starting material, aluminum sulfate and fireclay as binding system. The results showed that with temperature rising, Chinese calcined flint clay based plastic refractories shrinked firstly and then expanded. The modulus of rupture （MOR） and the cold crushing strength （CCS） inereased firstly and then decreased from 110 ℃ to 600 ℃ , then increased obviously. Thermal expansion coefficient increased from 110 ℃ to 760 ℃, decreased from 760 ℃ to 1 300 ℃ , and increased from 1 300 ℃ to1500 ℃.

Archiving data processing of WinCC V6

In practice, the process data is the most important. We need to manage the data with the certain format in both Online and Offline. Wincc V6 is powerful HMI system. With it, we configure the interface and archive the process data. Due to the archives in Wincc V6 are compressed and not stored in the main memory, so we must export them. With version 6, Wincc offers the design environment of Visual Basic Script (VBS). Use VBS, we can change the data format to certain format easily. This paper offers a solution to export data of archives into Ex- cel.

以北黄海盆地构造几何学、运动学特征为基础,探讨了北黄海盆地的构造变形样式及动力学演化过程。研究表明,北黄海盆地的构造变形包括伸展构造变形、挤压构造变形、扭动构造变形以及反转构造变形等,北黄海盆地发育的区域动力学背景即是以区域拉伸作用为主、且叠加有水平挤压作用以及相关的扭动作用,并由此导致了北黄海盆地是以一系列地堑、半地堑式坳陷组成的拉张断陷盆地;北黄海盆地的伸展、挤压与升降作用受控于板块相互作用引起的区域引张与挤压应力场并辅以深部软流圈的微弱上拱隆起作用,其动力学演化过程包括晚侏罗世—早白垩世伸展断陷、晚白垩世—古新世热隆、始新世—渐新世裂陷、渐新世末期—新近纪早期构造反转以及新近纪热沉降等5个阶段。
