【目的】研究核桃树腐烂病的发生规律及降低病害防控过程中化学药剂的施用剂量。【方法】于2022年4~8月在新疆和田地区布扎克乡的6个样地中,采用五点取样法,定点定株调查核桃树腐烂病的发生情况。将前期优化出的2种化学药剂:40%戊唑·咪鲜胺EW和1.6%噻霉酮PF与两种助剂:透翠树皮穿透剂和99%绿颖矿物油设置10不同处理进行施用,施药后观察病斑复发及愈合情况,计算药剂防效、助剂校正防效和病疤平均愈合宽度。【结果】新疆和田县布扎克乡核桃树腐烂病在2022年5月和8月出现2个发病高峰期;病菌主要通过剪锯口侵入,占病斑总数的44.1%;向阳面病斑数最多;40%戊唑·咪鲜胺EW药剂减量30%+透翠100倍液和1.6%噻霉酮PF药剂减量50%+透翠100倍液处理后防效较高,分别为80%和86.7%。【结论】筛选出的2组最优药剂组合有利于减少化学药剂的施用量,降低防治成本,减少对环境的污染。

Amblyopia resulting from early deprivation of vision or defocus in one eye reflects an imbalance of input from the eyes to the visual *** tested the hypothesis that asynchronous stimulation of the two eyes might induce synaptic plasticity and rebalance *** on normal adults showed that repetitive brief exposure of grating stimuli,with the onset of each stimulus delayed by 8.3 ms in one eye,results in a shift in perceptual eye *** studies(Clinical trial registration number:Chi CTR2100049130),using popular 3D movies with similar asynchrony between the two eyes(amblyopic eye stimulated first)to treat anisometropic amblyopia,established that just 10.5 h of conditioning over<3 weeks produced improvement that met criteria for successful *** benefits of asynchronous conditioning accumulate over 20–3045 min sessions,and are maintained for at least 2 ***,we demonstrate that asynchronous binocular treatment alone is more effective than patching *** novel treatment is popular with children and is some 50 times more efficient than patching alone.

Morphological evaluation of retinal ganglion cells expressing the L132C/T159C ChR2 mutant transgene in young adult cynomolgus monkeys

To characterize recombinant AAV2(rAAV2)-mediated expression of L132 C/T159 C ChR2 mutant in retinal ganglion cells(RGCs)of young adult cynomolgus monkeys, rAAV2 vectors carrying a fusion construct of the ChR2 mutant and GFP(ChR2-GFP) were delivered to the vitreous chamber by intravitreal injection. Expression patterns of the ChR2 mutant in RGCs were examined by immunohistochemical methods three months after injection. The RNA-binding protein with multiple splicing(RBPMS) was used as an RGC specific marker to differentiate RGCs from other retinal neurons and non-neuronal cells. The numbers of RBPMS+and GFP+ double-labeled RGCs in the central foveal varied with the eccentricity. The expression peaked within 100 μm from the edge of the foveola and drastically decreased to a single superficial RGC layer approximately 300 μm from the edge. On average,the ratio of the double-labeled RGCs versus RBPMS+ RGCs approached 0.32±0.15(n=14 fields) at the central foveal region(0.1 to 0.53 mm). We observed that the ratio reached 0.78±0.16(n=21 fields) at peripheral retinal locations(eccentricity >7 mm). This investigation demonstrates that RBPMS could serve as a valuable RGC specific marker for future investigations in this field.

Artificial intelligence-assisted repair of peripheral nerve injury: a new research hotspot and associated challenges

Artificial intelligence can be indirectly applied to the repair of peripheral nerve ***,it can be used to analyze and process data regarding peripheral nerve injury and repair,while study findings on peripheral nerve injury and repair can provide valuable data to enrich artificial intelligence *** investigate advances in the use of artificial intelligence in the diagnosis,rehabilitation,and scientific examination of peripheral nerve injury,we used CiteSpace and VOSviewer software to analyze the relevant literature included in the Web of Science from 1994–*** identified the following research hotspots in peripheral nerve injury and repair:(1)diagnosis,classification,and prognostic assessment of peripheral nerve injury using neuroimaging and artificial intelligence techniques,such as corneal confocal microscopy and coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy;(2)motion control and rehabilitation following peripheral nerve injury using artificial neural networks and machine learning algorithms,such as wearable devices and assisted wheelchair systems;(3)improving the accuracy and effectiveness of peripheral nerve electrical stimulation therapy using artificial intelligence techniques combined with deep learning,such as implantable peripheral nerve interfaces;(4)the application of artificial intelligence technology to brain-machine interfaces for disabled patients and those with reduced mobility,enabling them to control devices such as networked hand prostheses;(5)artificial intelligence robots that can replace doctors in certain procedures during surgery or rehabilitation,thereby reducing surgical risk and complications,and facilitating postoperative *** artificial intelligence has shown many benefits and potential applications in peripheral nerve injury and repair,there are some limitations to this technology,such as the consequences of missing or imbalanced data,low data accuracy and reproducibility,and ethical issues(e.g.,privac

Morphological properties of medial amygdala-projecting retinal ganglion cells in the Mongolian gerbil

The amygdala is a limbic structure that is involved in many brain functions, including emotion, learning and memory. It has been reported that melanopsin-expressing retinal ganglion cells(ip RGCs) innervate the medial amygdala(Me A). However, whether conventional RGCs(c RGCs) project to the Me A remains unknown. The goal of this study was to determine if c RGCs project to the Me A and to determine the morphological properties of Me A-projecting RGCs(Me A-RGCs). Retrogradely labeled RGCs in whole-mount retinas were intracellularly injected to reveal their dendritic morphologies. Immunohistochemical staining was performed to selectively label ip RGCs(Me A-ip RGCs) and c RGCs(Me A-c RGCs). The results showed that 95.7% of the retrogradely labeled cells were c RGCs and that the rest were ip RGCs. Specifically, Me A-c RGCs consist of two morphological types. The majority of them exhibit small but dense dendritic fields and diffuse ramification patterns as previously reported in RG_(B2)(95%), while the rest exhibit small but sparse dendritic branching patterns resembling those of RG_(B3) cells(5%). Me Aip RGCs consist of M1 and M2 subtypes. The Me A-RGCs showed an even retinal distribution patterns. The soma and dendritic field sizes of the Me A-RGCs did not vary with eccentricity. In conclusion, the present results suggest that Me A-RGCs are structurally heterogeneous. These direct RGCs that input to the Me A could be important for regulating amygdala functions.

目的:比较咪达唑仑、地佐辛复合瑞芬太尼在肝癌患者射频消融术中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年12月至2022年12月该院收治的行射频消融术的肝癌患者97例,按随机数字表法分为咪达唑仑组[咪达唑仑负荷量0.05 mg/kg+瑞芬太尼0.05μg/(kg·min)]48例和地佐辛组[地佐辛负荷量0.8 mg/kg+瑞芬太尼0.05μg/(kg·min)]49例。比较两组患者在入室时(T_(0))、消融开始时(T_(1))、消融开始后10 min(T_(2))和术毕时(T_(3))时的心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))和平均动脉压(MAP);记录术中体动、呼吸抑制和心动过缓等发生情况;比较两组患者T_(1)、T_(2)和T_(3)时的Ramsay镇静评分,术毕、术后2 h和术后4 h的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS);记录两组患者术后不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者T_(1)、T_(2)和T_(3)时的HR、MAP和SpO_(2)水平,Ramsay镇静评分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。地佐辛组患者术中并发症发生率为4.08%(2/49),低于咪达唑仑组的16.67%(8/48),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:肝癌射频消融术中咪达唑仑、地佐辛联合瑞芬太尼均可实现良好的清醒镇痛;地佐辛可以进一步降低术中并发症发生率,减轻触发痛觉过敏。

Nowadays,the chemical recycling is applied for only 1%of total waste plastics,largely due to contaminants in plastic waste and difficulty in product *** the major contaminant,polyvinyl chloride(PVC)often forms corrosive hydrogen chloride(HCl)during the chemical recycling,which may cause severe catalyst deactivation and equipment ***,the investigation on catalytic pyrolysis(the major route for plastics chemical recycling)of the PVC containing mixed plastics has been rarely ***,catalytic co-pyrolysis of PVC and polyethylene(PE)was studied over an aromatization catalyst,Pt/ZSM-5,since the basic building block aromatics are desired products from plastics chemical *** poisoning effect of PVC vapor on the catalyst stability was explored by collective efforts of thorough product analysis and catalyst *** was found that the HCl evolving from PVC has an autocatalytic effect that promotes the scission of dehydrochlorinated PVC,resulting in the high yield of benzene and acetylene from *** the other hand,the presence of PVC suppressed the aromatics formation from PE,largely due to the poisoning effect of PVC-derived HCl on the Pt/*** deactivation is irreversible as evidenced by the decreased zeolite crystallinity and the loss of strong acid sites that are key to the aromatization,possibly due to the removal of framework Al upon the interaction with *** modification with octadecylphosphonic acid only slightly alleviated the PVC poisoning *** insights on the PVC poisoning of zeolite catalysts provided in this work may guide the process design of chemical recycling of PVC containing waste plastics.

Multiscale confinement nitridation in molybdenum carbide for efficient hydrogen production

The molybdenum carbide(Mo_(2)C)has been regarded as one of the most cost-efficient and stable electrocatalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)by the virtue of its Pt-like electronic ***,the inherent limitation of high density of empty valence band significantly reduces its catalytic reactivity by reason of strong hydrogen desorption ***,we propose a multiscale confinement synthesis method to design the nitrogen-rich Mo_(2)C for modulating the band structure via decomposing the pre-coordination bonded polymer in a pressure-tight tube sealing ***-bonded c/N-Mo in the coordination precursor constructs a micro-confinement space,enabling the homogeneous nitrogenization in-situ happened during the formation of Mo_(2)***,the evolved gases from the precursor decomposition in tube sealing system establish a macro-confinement environment,preventing the lattice N escape and further endowing a continuous *** the multiscale confinement effects,the nitrogen-rich Mo2C displays as high as 25%N-Mo concentration in carbide lattice,leading to a satisfactory band ***,the constructed nitrogen-rich Mo_(2)C reveals an adorable catalytic activity for HER in both alkaline and acid *** is anticipated that the multiscale confinement synthesis strategy presents guideline for the rational design of electrocatalysts and beyond.
