Antisense oligonucleotide(ASO)for anti-apoptosis is emerging as a highly promising therapeutic agents for ischemic stroke with complex pathological ***,its therapeutic efficacy is seriously limited by a number of challenges including inefficient internalization,low blood-brain barrier(BBB)penetration,poor stability,and potential toxicity of the ***,a carrier-free programmed spherical nucleic acid nanostructure is developed for effective ischemic stroke therapy via integrating multifunctional modules into one DNA *** co-encoding caspase-3-ASO and transferrin receptor(TfR)aptamer into circle template,the spherical nucleic acid nanostructure(TD)was obtained via *** experimental results demonstrated that the developed TD displayed efficient BBB penetration capability(6.4 times)and satisfactory caspase-3 silence effect(2.3 times)due to the dense DNA packaging in *** together,our study demonstrated that the carrier-free programmed spherical nucleic acid nanostructure could significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy of ischemic stroke and was a promising therapeutic tool for various brain damage-related diseases.

CT下经完骨穴穿刺面神经方向研究

目的:通过CT影像多平面重建,模拟经完骨穴向瞳孔方向穿刺路径,以茎乳孔为参照对象,探讨经完骨穴穿刺面神经的可行性与安全性。方法:选择扫描范围包含颅底的CT影像24例为观测样本,多平面重建后,设计穿刺路径,统计模拟穿刺线成功穿刺至茎乳孔附近的例数并测量与茎乳孔直线距离,观察茎乳孔与周围解剖结构位置关系。结果:在24例观测样本横断面上模拟穿刺,共得到穿刺路径48条,模拟穿刺线行经均未见骨性结构,穿刺成功率100%。经过计算得到模拟穿刺线与茎乳孔外口的空间直线距离,最短1.55 mm,最长10.35 mm,平均(5.03±1.93)mm,左右两侧直线距离差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同性别被观测者直线距离差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模拟穿刺路线均未途经颈静脉孔、颈动脉管外口。结论:经完骨穴向瞳孔方向穿刺至面神经附近是安全可行的。

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and the influence on cerebral blood supply of waggle needling Yanglingquan(GB34) on spastic paresis(SP) rats after middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) induced and investigate its mechanism of relieving neurobehavior ***:SP rat model was produced by permanent *** were divided into five groups:blank control group(Control),sham operation group(Sham),model group(Model),waggle needling group(WN) and perpendicular needling group(PN).SP rats were treated with acupuncture from day 3 after MCAO,once a day for 6 *** modified neurological severity score(m NSS) and modified Ashworth scale(MAS) were conducted on days 0,1,3,5,7 and *** blood flow(CBF) in ischemic cortex was measured by laser speckle imaging 5 min pre ischemia,5 min post ischemia,and after intervention on day *** rats were sacrificed at day 9 and the protein and m RNA expressions of γ2 subunit of the γ-aminobutyric acid receptor A(GABAAγ2) and K+-Cl-cotransporter 2(KCC2) in the ischemic cortex and lumber enlargement was measured by Western blotting and real-time quantitative polymerase chain ***:Both Control and Sham groups showed no changes in m NSS and MAS scores and in the regional *** with Model group,both WN and PN treatments significantly ameliorated neurological deficit(P < 0.01),decreased muscle tone(P < 0.05),and enhanced CBF(P < 0.001) in SP rats;moreover,WN showed superior effects than PN(P < 0.001).In line with the improvement in neurobehavior,acupuncture interventions up-regulated the expressions of GABAAγ2 and KCC2 in the ischemic cortex as well as lumber enlargement(P < 0.01) in SP rats,and those changes were more obvious in WN(P < 0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Acupuncture at Yanglingquan(GB34) enhanced cerebral blood flow and ameliorated SP in permanent MCAO rats,while waggle needling was superior to regular perpendicular *** needling Yanglingquan(GB34) would be a potential complementary therapy

In this paper, the problem of time-varying aerodynamic parameters identification under measurement noises is studied. By analyzing the key aerodynamic parameters that affect the aircraft control system, a system model with extended states for identifying equivalent aerodynamic parameters is established, and error parameters are extended to the system state, avoiding the difficulty caused by the unknown dynamic in the system. Furthermore, an identification algorithm based on extended state Kalman filter is designed, and it is proved that the algorithm has quasi-consistency, thus, the estimation error can be evaluated in real time. Finally, the simulation results under typical flight scenarios show that the designed algorithm can accurately identify aerodynamic parameters, and has desired convergence speed and convergence precision.

结直肠癌是常见的消化道肿瘤之一,目前其临床治疗手段中手术治疗占主要地位,但因其易复发及易侵袭转移,且常规治疗毒副作用较大等缺陷,治疗效果不佳。黄芩苷是从中药黄芩中提取出的重要有效成分,其生物活性显著,具有消炎、抗血栓形成、缓解哮喘、抗癌、降糖等药理学作用。通过梳理并总结相关文献,发现黄芩苷抗结直肠癌的药理学研究主要集中在调控癌细胞增殖、凋亡、侵袭转移、分化等方面,为黄芩苷在结直肠癌预防及临床中的应用提供参考。

Research on the Evolution of Global Internet Network Interconnection Relationship in 21 Years

The global Internet is composed of tens of thousands of autonomous system networks that are interconnected through a border gateway protocol. The analysis of changes in the interconnected relationships of the global Internet network is essential for studying the evolutionary trend of the global Internet. In addition, this analysis can also contribute toward the research on China's Internet development gaps. This article draws on the global Internet network status map for 21 years, starting from 1998 to 2019, based on inter-domain routing data sets of international third parties and China Academy of Information and Communications Technology. Moreover, the article also conducts a big data analysis on the relationship between global Internet network changes. The research results show that the global Internet network interconnection has increased, by nearly 60 times in the past 21 years. Peer-to-peer interconnection has gradually surpassed transit interconnection as the main mode of global interconnection. Furthermore, large Internet companies are playing an increasingly important role in global interconnection. Simultaneously, the results indicate the gradual movement of China's Internet base toward the global core and the continuous improvements of the global network's status.

Enhancement of catalytic activity for hydrogenation of nitroaromatic by anionic metal-organic framework

Nitroaromatic hydrogenation catalysis without precious metals remains a longstanding *** rate of electron transfer is the crucial factor affecting hydrogenation ***,an ionic Cd-based metal-organic framework(I-Cd-MOF)exhibiting a unique structure with one-dimensional(1D)opening nanochannels and good electron transfer ability was synthesized for catalyzing hydrogenation of 4-nitrophenol(4-NP).The catalytic activity of the unique I-Cd-MOF without noble metals is detected,which is higher than most reported noble metal ***,the reaction rate of I-Cd-MOF(4.28 min^(-1))is about 47.6 times higher than that of the Cd-based neutral MOF(N-Cd-MOF)with the similar crystalline *** chromatograph mass spectrometer(LC-MS)and theoretical results demonstrate that 4-NP and five intermediates are stabilized in the channels of I-Cd-MOF,which increases the possibility of contact with H^*and H_(2)g enerated at the Cd *** I-Cd-MOF was extended to other nitroaromatic hydrogenation catalysis,which still displays excellent *** importantly,the I-MOF@Filter membrane was successfully constructed for continuous hydrogenation catalytic reactions,which maintains a high catalytic performance after 7 cycles of recycling without *** work fills in the application of the I-MOFs in hydrogenation catalytic reactions and provides an effective way for the rapid and green degradation of nitroaromatic compounds.

Hearing loss is one of the most common sensory disorders worldwide,affecting approximately 466 million people,including 34 million children[1].Genetic mutations accounts for approximately 60%of inherited hearing loss cases[2,3].These genetic changes result in a wide variety of clinical manifestations,ranging from nonsyndromic hearing loss(NSHL)to over 400 syndromes involving hearing loss and from mild adult-onset hearing loss to profound congenital deafness,covering the entire spectrum of Mendelian inheritance.
