Influence of multi-stage volcanic events on the Late Cretaceous-Paleogene reservoirs and its geological significance in the northern Central Myanmar Basin

The northward subduction of the Neo-Tethys oceanic crust triggered multiple magmatic activities in the West Myanmar Arc,which in turn influenced the deposition of sedimentary pyroclastic rocks from the Cretaceous to Eocene strata in the Central Myanmar Basin(CMB).The pore structure of these lithologic reservoirs is complex and rich in tuffaceous sandstone,which plays an adverse role in reservoir development in this *** understand the development characteristics and genetic mechanism of the pyroclastic rocks within three sets of reservoirs in this area,a comprehensive analysis was conducted through borehole core observations,thin section identification,scanning electron microscope analysis,and mercury injection *** tuffaceous sandstone from the upper Cretaceous to the Eocene is dominated by intermediate-acid volcanic rock *** pyroclastic rocks exhibit evident chloritization and ironization,with residual intergranular pores being the principal type accompanied by a smaller amount of intergranular dissolved pores and intragranular dissolved *** highest porosity is observed in the Eocene tuffaceous sandstone,ranging from 8%to 12%.The Late Cretaceous to Paleocene sandstones exhibit lower porosity levels of only 4%-6%.These reservoirs are characterized by their low porosity and *** the presence of a good source rock in this area,the volcanic debris particles filling the pores,as well as their subsequent devitrification,chloritization,and limonite mineralization,result in pore throat blockage and *** reservoirs in this area are small in size,exhibit poor reservoir connectivity and lateral continuity,and fail to meet the necessary conditions for commercial-scale hydrocarbon accumulation and migration.

目的调查西安成年居民出血热相关知识知晓情况及对出血热疫苗的接种意愿,同时探讨影响接种意愿的相关因素,为提高该地区居民预防出血热效果提供依据。方法采用方便抽样方法对西安市成年居民开展在线出血热相关知识认知和出血热疫苗接种意愿的问卷调查。采用描述性分析方法对调查结果进行分析。结果调查对象共2368人,女性1200人,占比50.68%,男性1168人,占比49.33%。年龄18~71岁,以30~59岁所占比例较高,占67.44%。非农业户籍的人数为1209人,占比51.06%,农业户籍的人数为1159人,占比48.95%。高中及中专的人数为1172人,占比49.50%;大专及以上的人数为608人,占比25.68%。50.89%的调查对象表示知晓流行性出血热。近一半的调查对象(51.05%)知晓老鼠是流行性出血热的传播途径。对于流行性出血热诱发的“三红”“三痛”症状,知晓和不知晓的调查对象比例也相当接近,分别为48.95%和51.05%。在流行性出血热母婴传播途径的认知上,知晓的调查对象占比49.15%。对于流行性出血热病原菌是病毒的事实,知晓比例为49.57%。知晓灭鼠可预防流行性出血热的调查对象占比50.76%。关于鼠疫与流行性出血热的区别,知晓和不知晓的调查对象比例分别为49.53%和50.46%。50.42%知晓疫苗可预防流行性出血热。知晓流行性出血热疫苗接种可能的不良反应的调查对象占比50.13%。有疫苗接种意愿的西安地区居民为1171人(49.45%)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,男性(OR=1.069)、农业户籍(OR=1.031)、关注流行性出血热免费疫苗(OR=1.351、1.255、1.402)、知晓流行性出血热诱发的“三红”“三痛”症状(OR=1.039)、知晓流行性出血热母婴传播途径(OR=1.043)、知晓流行性出血热疫苗接种的不良反应(OR=1.147)的西安地区成年居民更可能有接种出血热疫苗意愿。结论西安地区居民对流行性出血热及其预防措施有一定程度的了解,但认知水平参差不齐。男性、农民、对出血热疫苗关注度高、知晓出血热症状和母婴传播途径、以及了解疫苗接种不良反应的人群,接种出血热疫苗的意愿更为显著。可为针对性的公共卫生教育和疫苗推广策略提供依据。

Mosquito-borne diseases(MBDs)annually kill nearly half a million *** to the lack of effective vaccines and drugs on most MBDs,disease prevention relies primarily on controlling *** huge efforts having been put into mosquito control,eco-friendly and sustainable mosquito-control strategies are still lacking and urgently *** mosquito-transmitted pathogens have lost the capacity of de novo nutrition biosynthesis,and rely on their vertebrate and invertebrate hosts for sustenance during the long-term obligate parasitism ***,a better understanding of the metabolic interactions between mosquitoes and pathogens will contribute to the discovery of novel metabolic targets or regulators that lead to reduced mosquito populations or vector *** review summarizes the current knowledge about the effects of mosquito metabolism on the transmission of multiple *** also discuss that research in this area remains to be explored to develop multiple biological prevention and control strategies for MBDs.

AlMoON based solar selective absorption coatings were deposited on stainless steel substrate by magnetron *** coatings included infrared reflection layer Mo,absorption layer AlMoN,absorption layer AlMoON and antireflection layer AlMoO from bottom to *** surface of the deposited coatings is flat without obvious *** absorptivity and emissivity are 0.896 and 0.09,respectively,and the quality factor is *** heat treatment at 500℃-36 h,the surface roughness of the coating increases,a small number of cracks and other defects appear,and the broken part is still attached to the coating surface.A certain degree of element diffusion occurs in the coatings,resulting in the decline of the optical properties of the *** absorptivity and emissivity are 0.883 and 0.131,respectively,the quality factor is 7.06,and the PC value is *** coatings do not fail under this condition and have certain thermal stability.

To study the dynamic mechanical properties and failure characteristics of intersecting jointed rock masses with different joint distributions under confining pressure,considering the cross angleαand joint persistence ratioη,a numerical model of the biaxial Hopkinson bar test system was established using the finite element method–discrete-element model coupling *** validity of the model was verified by comparing and analyzing it in conjunction with laboratory test ***-static combined impact tests were conducted on specimens under various conditions to investigate the strength characteristics and patterns of crack initiation and *** study revealed the predominant factors influencing intersecting joints with different angles and penetrations under impact *** results show that the peak stress of the specimens decreases first and then increases with the increase of the cross ***α<60°,regardless of the value ofη,the dynamic stress of the specimens is controlled by the main ***α≥60°,the peak stress borne by the specimens decreases with increasingη.Whenα<60°,the initiation and propagation of cracks in the cross-jointed specimens are mainly controlled by the main joint,and the final failure surface of the specimens is composed of the main joint and wing ***α≥60°orη≥0.67,the secondary joint guides the expansion of the wing cracks,and multiple failure surfaces composed of main and secondary joints,wing cracks,and co-planar cracks are *** lateral confinement significantly increases the dynamic peak stress able to be borne by the *** triaxial conditions,the degree of failure of the intersecting jointed specimens is much lower than that under uniaxial and biaxial conditions.

Quantum-confined CsPbBr_(3) perovskites are promising blue emitters for ultra-high-definition displays,but their soft lattice caused by highly ionic nature has a limited ***,we endow CsPbBr_(3) nanoplatelets(NPLs)with atomic crystal-like structural rigidity through proper surface engineering,by using strongly bound N-dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(DBSA).A stable,rigid crystal structure,as well as uniform,orderly-arranged surface of these NPLs is achieved by optimizing intermediate reaction stage,by switching from molecular clusters to mono-octahedra,while interaction with DBSA resulted in formation of a Cs_(x)O monolayer shell capping the NPL *** a result,both structural and optical stability of the CsPbBr3 NPLs is enhanced by strong covalent bonding of DBSA,which inhibits undesired phase transitions and decomposition of the perovskite phase potentially caused by ligand ***,rather small amount of DBSA ligands at the NPL surface results in a short inter-NPL spacing in their closely-packed films,which facilitates efficient charge injection and *** photoluminescence of the produced CsPbBr_(3) NPLs is bright(nearly unity emission quantum yield)and peaks at 457 nm with an extremely narrow bandwidth of 3.7 nm at 80 K,while the bandwidth of the electroluminescence(peaked at 460 nm)also reaches a record-narrow value of 15 nm at room *** value corresponds to the CIE coordinates of(0.141,0.062),which meets Rec.2020 standards for ultra-high-definition displays.

This paper mainly introduces the parallel physics-informed neural networks(PPINNs)method with regularization strategies to solve the data-driven forward-inverse problems of the variable coefficient modified Korteweg-de Vries(VC-MKdV)*** the forward problem of the VC-MKdV equation,the authors use the traditional PINN method to obtain satisfactory data-driven soliton solutions and provide a detailed analysis of the impact of network width and depth on solving accuracy and ***,the author finds that the traditional PINN method outperforms the one with locally adaptive activation functions in solving the data-driven forward problems of the VC-MKdV *** for the data-driven inverse problem of the VC-MKdV equation,the author introduces a parallel neural networks to separately train the solution function and coefficient function,successfully addressing the function discovery problem of the VC-MKdV *** further enhance the network’s generalization ability and noise robustness,the author incorporates two regularization strategies into the *** amount of numerical experimental data in this paper demonstrates that the PPINNs method can effectively address the function discovery problem of the VC-MKdV equation,and the inclusion of appropriate regularization strategies in the PPINNs can improves its performance.

Dear Editor, Photorespiration reduces plant carbon assimilation by an estimated 25%-50% of net CO2 assimilation in typical C3 plants （Roussel and Igamberdiev, 2011）. It results from the oxygenase activity of Rubisco giving rise to phosphogly- colate. Subsequent photorespiratory metabolism involves decarboxylation of glycine in the mitochondrion and reduc- tion of hydroxypyruvate, usually assumed to occur in the peroxisome. Recent research in Arabidopsis has highlighted possible alternative sites of hydroxypyruvate reductase （HPR） activity （Figure 1A）. In addition to the accepted reduction by peroxisomal HPR1, Timm et al. （2008） identified cytosolic HPR2 and a putative chloroplast HPR3 （Timm et al., 2011）. For HPR2 or HPR3 to function in photorespiration, hydroxypyru- vate would first need to pass from the peroxisome into the cytosol. Another potential fate for hydroxypyruvate is its non-enzymic （NE） decarboxylation by reaction with hydrogen peroxide as previously suggested by experiments performed on isolated peroxisomes （Walton and Butt, 1981）.

目的以质量标志物(quality markers,Q-Marker)“五原则”为指导,结合质谱、网络药理学和蛛网模型等手段,开展肺热止咳颗粒治疗咳嗽的Q-Marker研究。方法采用液质联用技术辨析肺热止咳颗粒中主要化学成分;检索TCMSP数据库收集肺热止咳颗粒处方中11味药材活性成分和对应靶点,同时检索GeneCards数据库收集咳嗽相关蛋白编码基因,构建药材-成分-靶点网络图,根据靶点数对活性成分进行有效性赋值;查阅药典和文献,获得各味药材可测性成分;基于配伍原则,确定原药材在复方中的君臣佐使归属;检索文献和TCMSP数据库筛选原药材特有性成分。结果基于UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS共鉴定肺热止咳颗粒中43个化学成分可“传递”至制剂中;从TCMSP数据库中筛选获得124个活性化合物,并作用于120个靶标,其中93个靶标与咳嗽相关;药典中载明定量方法的成分有6个;复方中11味药材特有性成分26个;另结合君臣佐使配伍规则和蛛网模式赋分规则为上述成分打分排序,前10个成分分别为汉黄芩素、黄芩素、甘草查尔酮A、川陈皮素、金合欢素、橙皮苷、甘草苷、对叶百部碱、β-谷甾醇和高良姜素。结论该10个成分可以作为肺热止咳颗粒的Q-Marker。
