A high-ductility Mg-8.10Al-0.42Zn-0.51Mn-1.52La-1.10Gd-0.86 Y(wt%)alloy was developed by hot extrusion and multi-rolling *** between microstructure,mechanical properties and texture evolution of the extruded and rolled alloy were *** rolling process had significant effect on grain refinement of the extruded *** grain size reduced from 12.3 to 4.9μm with the increasing rolling *** the increase in rolling pass,the proportion of dynamic recrystallized(DRXed)grains increases due to particle-stimulated nucleation,grain boundary nucleation and twin induced *** the process of multiple rolling,the basal pole gradually tilted from normal direction to transverse direction due to the asymmetric deformation and irregular grain deformation,resulting in the weakening of the base *** results showed that grain refinement and texture weakening were the main reasons for the good ductility of the alloy.

BACKGROUND A dual therapy regimen containing amoxicillin is a common treatment option for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori(***).While substantial research supports the efficacy and safety of vonoprazan and amoxicillin(VA)dual therapy in the general population,there is still a lack of studies specifically focusing on its safety in elderly *** To evaluate efficacy and safety of VA dual therapy as first-line or rescue treatment for *** in elderly *** As a real-world retrospective study,data were collected from elderly patients aged 60 years and above who accepted VA dual therapy(vonoprazan 20 mg twice daily+amoxicillin 1000 mg thrice daily for 14 days)for *** eradication in the Department of Gastroenterology at Peking University First Hospital between June 2020 and January *** status was evaluated by^(13)C-urease breath test 6 weeks after *** adverse events(AEs)during treatment were *** In total,401 cases were ***-one cases were excluded due to loss to follow-up,lack of re-examination,or unwillingness to take *** total of 380 included cases comprised 250 who received VA dual therapy as first-line treatment and 130 who received VA dual therapy as rescue *** was successfully eradicated in 239 cases(95.6%)in the first-line treatment group and 116 cases(89.2%)in the rescue treatment *** overall incidence of AEs was 9.5%for both ***,9.2%of patients experienced an AE in the first-line treatment group and 10.0%in the rescue treatment *** patients discontinued treatment due to AE,with a discontinuation rate of 1.3%.No serious AE *** The VA dual therapy regimen as a first-line treatment and a rescue therapy was effective and safe for elderly patients aged 60 and older.

Magnesium alloys are more widely used at higher ***,it is not well known whether oxide layer,produced at high temperature,could show corrosion ***,the corrosion behaviors of oxidized AZW800 alloy were investigated by hydrogen evolution and electrochemical measurements to evaluate effect of oxide layer on corrosion *** results showed that corrosion of removed oxide layer AZW800 alloy showed characteristic of localized corrosion,leaving randomly bulky *** reserved oxide layer AZW800 alloy exhibited a relatively uniform *** results indicated that oxide layer could hinder corrosion of oxidized AZW800 alloy in the initial period of *** subsequently,aggravated corrosion would occur owing to defects of oxide layer and less protective products ***,present of oxide layer eliminated micro-galvanic couple on alloy *** synergistic effect of elimination of micro-galvanic couple on alloy surface and alkalization effect transforms localized corrosion into relatively uniform corrosion of alloys.

Widely used spin-coated nickle oxide （NiOx） based perovskite solar cells often suffer from severe interfacial reactions between the NiOxand adjacent perovskite layers due to surface defect states,which inherently impair device performance in a long-term view,even with surface molecule *** this study,we developed high-quality magnetron-sputtered NiOxthin films through detailed process optimization,and compared systematically sputtered and spin-coated NiOxthin film surfaces from materials to *** sputtered NiOxfilms exhibit improved crystallinity,smoother surfaces,and significantly reduced Ni3+or Ni vacancies compared to their spin-coated ***,the interface between the perovskite and sputtered NiOxfilm shows a substantially reduced density of defect *** solar cells （PSCs） fabricated with our optimally sputtered NiOxfilms achieved a high power conversion efficiency （PCE） of up to 19.93%and demonstrated enhanced stability,maintaining 86.2% efficiency during 500 h of maximum power point tracking under one standard sun ***,with the surface modification using (4-(2,7-dibromo-9,9-dimethylacridin-10（9H）-yl)butyl)p hosphonic acid （DMAcPA）,the device PCE was further promoted to 23.07%,which is the highest value reported for sputtered NiOxbased PSCs so far.
