Constructing the Chinese self-independent knowledge system of legal science is a great project to adapt Marxist legal science to the Chinese context and the needs of our times in the new era, a profound revolution in the field of legal science, a precursor and foundation for constructing a system of legal science with Chinese characteristics, an urgent need to train high-quality legal talents with both virtues and talents, and an inevitable requirement for promoting the Chinese path to the modernization of the rule of law. To carry out such a systematic project, it is imperative to focus on the seven basic principles and scientific methods that include adhering to the ideological guidance of XI Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. The theory of the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, which is the cornerstone for the development of the Chinese self-independent knowledge system of legal science, has provided a necessary and much-needed theoretical paradigm for the development of the Chinese self independent knowledge system of legal science, has led to the innovative development of legal theory with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and will continue to do it.

Multiple quantum coherences are often employed to describe quantum many-body dynamics in nuclear spin systems and recently,to characterize quantum phase transitions in trapped *** we investigate the multiple-quantum-coherence dynamics of a spin-1 Bose–Einstein *** adjusting the quadratic Zeeman shift,the condensate exhibits three quantum *** numerical results show that the spectrum of multiple quantum coherence does indeed catch the quantum critical *** importantly,with only a few low-order multiple quantum coherences,the spin-1 condensate exhibits rich signals of the many-body dynamics,beyond conventional *** experimental implementation of such multiple quantum coherence protocol is also discussed.

A quantum computer is not necessarily alone,e.g.,thousands and millions of quantum computers are simultaneously working together for adiabatic quantum computers based on nuclear ***-range interaction is inevitable between these nuclear spin *** we investigate the effect of long-range dipolar interaction between different adiabatic quantum *** analytical and numerical results show that the dipolar interaction can enhance the final fidelity in adiabatic quantum computation for solving the factorization problem,when the overall interaction is *** enhancement will become more prominent if a single quantum computer encounters an extremely small energy gap which occurs more likely for larger-size systems.

Kitaev model has both Abelian and non-Abelian anyonic excitations. It can act as a starting point for topological quantum compu- tation. However, this model Hamiltonian is difficult to implement in natural condensed matter systems. Here we propose a quantum simulation scheme by constructing the Kitaev model Hamiltonian in a lattice of coupled cavities with embedded A-type three-level atoms. In this scheme, several parameters are tunable, for example, via external laser fields. Importantly, our scheme is based on currently existing technologies and it provides a feasible way of realizing the Kitaev model to explore topological excitations.

Animal models and static cultures of intestinal epithelial cells are commonly used platforms for exploring mercury ion(Hg(II))***,they cannot reliably simulate the human intestinal microenvironment and monitor cellular physiology in situ;thus,the mechanism of Hg(II)transport in the human intestine is still ***,a gut-on-a-chip integrated with transepithelial electrical resistance(TEER)sensors and electrochemical sensors is proposed for dynamically simulating the formation of the physical intestinal barrier and monitoring the transport and absorption of Hg(II)in *** cellular microenvironment was recreated by applying fluid shear stress(0.02 dyne/cm^(2))and cyclic mechanical strain(1%,0.15 Hz).Hg(II)absorption and physical damage to cells were simultaneously monitored by electrochemical and TEER sensors when intestinal epithelial cells were exposed to different concentrations of Hg(II)mixed in culture ***(II)absorption increased by 23.59%when tensile strain increased from 1%to 5%,and the corresponding expression of Piezo1 and DMT1 on the cell surface was upregulated.
