Tumor progression is usually characterized by proliferation,migration,and angiogenesis,which is essential for supplying both nutrients and oxygen to the tumor ***,targeting angiogenesis has been considered a promising therapeutic strategy for cancer prevention and *** the present study,we demonstrated that in addition to suppressing lung cancer cell proliferation and migration in vitro,10-hydroxycamptothecin(10-HCPT)is also capable of inhibiting angiogenesis in vivo with a miR-181a-dependent ***,by upregulating miR-181a,which in turn downregulating FOXP1,10-HCPT can inhibit the PI3K/Akt/ERK signaling pathwaymediated ***,reduced levels of miR-181a have been found in both lung cancer cell lines and xenograft with concurrently elevated levels of FOXP1,VEGF,bFGF,and *** with the findings from the in vitro experiments,miR-181a impairs neovascularization in our xenograft *** summary,our findings have not only established the anti-oncogenic role of miR-181a in lung cancer angiogenesis but also suggest that 10-HCPT could be a potential therapeutic reagent for lung cancer treatment.

Prognostic impact of D2-plus lymphadenectomy and optimal extent of lymphadenectomy in advanced gastric antral carcinoma: Propensity score matching analysis

Objective: To investigate the prognostic impact of D2-plus lymphadenectomy including the posterior(No. 8 p,No. 12 b/p, No. 13, and No. 14 v), and para-aortic(No. 16 a2, and No. 16 b1) lymph nodes(LNs) in subtotal gastrectomy for advanced gastric antral ***: A total of 203 patients with advanced gastric cancer(GC) located in the antrum, who underwent R0 gastrectomy with D2 or D2-plus lymphadenectomy between January 2003 and December 2011 were *** score matching was used to reduce the strength of the confounding factors to accurately evaluate prognoses. The therapeutic value index(TVI) was calculate to evaluate the survival benefit of dissecting each LN ***: Of 102 patients with D2-plus lymphadenectomy, 21(20.59%) were pathologically identified as having LN metastases beyond the extent of D2 lymphadenectomy. After matching, the overall survival(OS) was significantly better in the D2-plus than the D2 group(P=0.030). In the multivariate survival analysis, D2-plus lymphadenectomy(hazard ratio, 0.516;P=0.006) was confirmed to significantly improve the survival rate. In the logistic regression analysis, p N stage [odds ratio(OR), 2.533;95% confidence interval(95% CI), 1.368-4.691;P=0.003] and extent of LNs metastasis(OR, 5.965;95% CI, 1.335-26.650;P=0.019) were identified as independent risk factors for LN metastases beyond the extent of D2 lymphadenectomy. The TVI of patient with metastasis to LNs station was 7.1(No. 8p), 5.7(No. 12p), 5.1(No. 13), and 7.1(both No. 16a2 and No. 16b1), ***: D2-plus lymphadenectomy may improve the prognoses of some patients with advanced GC located in the antrum, especially for No. 8p, No. 12b, No. 13, and No. 16.

La_(2)NiO_(4)has a similar structure to La_(2)CuO_(4)and was proposed as a high-temperature superconductor based on magnetic-moment measurements decades ***,with the exception for electrical resistance drop behavior of about 4 orders of magnitude that is claimed to originate from the superconductivity ever observed in Sr-doped La_(N)iO_(4),most electrical data reported to date in La_(N)iO_(4)system exhibit a trivial insulating ground ***,we definitively identify the similar electrical resistance drop behavior of more than 3 orders of magnitude in La_(2)NiO_(4+δ).However,our extensive investigations reveal that this phenomenon is a novel insulatorto-metal transition,distinct from ***,compared to the weak magnetic-field effects,pressure can significantly suppress the transition and transform from the metallic to an insulating ground state,accompanied by an isostructural phase *** work not only elucidates the fundamental properties of the metallic conducting ground state in La_(N)iO_(4)+δ,but also critically challenges the notion of superconductivity in single-layer lanthanum nickelates.

Short-term wind power forecasting model based on random forest algorithm and TCN

In this paper, based on LMS *** motion(VL motion) and AMESim, a joint simulation of the trajectory of the tooth tip during excavation of the excavator is carried out, the hydraulic system of the excavator is analyzed and a variety of excavation motion trajectories are planned, and the error between the simulated trajectory and the target trajectory of the excavator is obtained in the operation of the excavator in the no-load trajectory. The co-simulation results show that the error between the simulated trajectory and the target trajectory of the excavator in the unloaded trajectory operation is within 17mm in the digging trajectory, within 14mm in the flat trajectory, and within 24mm in the ditch trajectory. The trajectory tracking accuracy under different working conditions is effectively maintained.

Wind power has strong stochastic volatility, short-term forecasting accuracy is not high. With the increase of grid connected capacity of wind farms, the overall prediction error has a greater impact on the system operation. This paper investigates the short-term power prediction problem for wind farms based on historical wind power and meteorological ***, the preprocessed original data are divided into training set and test set, and the random forest（RF） algorithm is applied to screen out the feature data that have the greatest impact on the output power from all the feature data of the training set. Then,the training and the test sample sets are reconstructed based on the screening results, and the temporal convolution network（TCN）is built by finding the optimal hyper-parameter combination of the network with the grid search algorithm. Finally, comparative experiments for a wind farm in a certain area of North China are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness and advancement of the proposed prediction model.

加速腐蚀试验是加速退化试验的特例,为了确定腐蚀退化加速因子,以预测材料/结构在服役环境下的使用寿命,提出加速腐蚀试验相关性要求必须满足的4个条件:不同环境下的腐蚀特征量分布特性不变、某些重要分布参数不变、腐蚀动力学规律相同及ACF(acceleration corrosion factor)为定值。明确腐蚀退化加速因子的定义,并结合腐蚀特征量5种典型的分布特性,建立腐蚀退化加速因子的表达式以及相关性要求。针对材料学科常采用的平均腐蚀率对比方法,提出平均腐蚀率的描述形式,最后结合LY12CZ铝合金材料的腐蚀试验,给出确定腐蚀退化加速因子的一个典型算例。

L-arabinose is a newly developed low-caloric monosaccharide, which has many biomedical and health effects, especially intestinal sucrase inhibition effect. L-arabinose is mainly produced by chemical or enzymatic hydrolysis of hemicellulose. The taste of L-arabinose is quite similar to that of sucrose, with approximately 50% of the sweetness. As a functional additive, L-arabinose can be used in medical and pharmaceutical applications for the treatment of diseases such as diabetes, chronic constipation, mineral absorption disorder and secondary bile acid formation disorder. However, L-arabinose has not been widely used in functional foods due to high price and lack of publicity and guidance. A comprehensive review of L-arabinose physicochemical properties, production, applications field, market statue and development direction is presented in this paper.

Objective： This study was to investigate whether PTEN mutations play a role in the carcinogenesis of soft tissue sarcomas （STS）. Methods： Polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism （PCR-SSCP） was used to amplify 4 exons of PTEN and to analyze the conformation polymorphism, then DNA sequencing methods was used to detect point mutation of PTEN gene four exons of abnormal single strand conformation in soft tissue sarcomas. Results： Two of 86 cases showed 130th condon G→A missense mutation in the exon 8 of PTEN gene, and this mutation made Arg to change to Gin in PTEN protein structure 334th condon A→T missense mutation in the exon 8 of PTEN gene, and this mutation made Asn to change to Lys in PI-EN protein structure. Conclusion： These data indicated the existence of PTEN mutation in soft tissue sarcomas, but PTEN gene mutation rate is very low. PTEN mutation may prays an less important role in the development and malignant transformation of soft tissue sarcomas.
