宠物犬猫毛发质量的评定方法及营养调控技术研究进展

宠物犬猫的毛发质量是宠物主人尤为关注的问题,而在影响犬猫毛发质量的各种因素中,营养因素备受重视。目前主要的营养调控手段是通过调节宠物犬猫食品中的营养成分(矿物质、维生素、脂肪酸、氨基酸)比例或额外饲喂营养保健品来改善犬猫的毛发质量。科学合理的毛发质量评定方法可以更清晰地展现犬猫毛发质量的变化,有助于进一步判断营养调控是否有效改善了犬猫毛发质量。而由于现阶段对犬猫毛发质量评定方法的研究不够系统和深入,难以建立统一的标准,一定程度上限制了营养调控犬猫毛发质量的研究。本文综述近年来研究中所使用的宠物犬猫毛发质量评定的方法及营养调控技术的研究进展,以期为犬猫的美毛护毛饲粮配制和调控犬猫毛发质量的研究提供参考。

Manganese-based material is a prospective cathode material for aqueous zinc ion batteries （ZIBs） by virtue of its high theoretical capacity,high operating voltage,and low ***,the manganese dissolution during the electrochemical reaction causes its electrochemical cycling stability to be *** this work,heterointerface engineering-induced oxygen defects are introduced into heterostructure MnO2（δa-MnO2） by in situ electrochemical activation to inhibit manganese dissolution for aqueous zinc ion ***,the heterointerface between the disordered amorphous and the crystalline MnO2of δa-MnO2is decisive for the formation of oxygen *** the experimental results indicate that the manganese dissolution of δa-MnO2is considerably inhibited during the charge/discharge *** analysis indicates that the oxygen defect regulates the electronic and band structure and the Mn-O bonding state of the electrode material,thereby promoting electron transport kinetics as well as inhibiting Mn ***,the capacity of δa-MnO2does not degrade after 100 cycles at a current density of 0.5 Ag-1and also 91%capacity retention after 500cycles at 1 *** study provides a promising insight into the development of high-performance manganese-based cathode materials through a facile and low-cost strategy.

毛发作为犬猫最直观的基本特征,具有保护皮肤、观赏性等重要功能,一直以来备受宠物主人关注。当犬猫的皮肤与毛发健康处于不佳状态时,会引起皮肤炎症、瘙痒甚至脱毛等异常状况,严重影响宠物健康。如何维持和改善犬猫毛发健康状态是宠物营养学中值得研究的问题。多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acids,PUFA)是一类含2个或2个以上双键的长链脂肪酸,已被证明对皮肤和毛发健康具有积极的改善作用,在犬猫毛发健康产品的开发中具有良好的应用前景,是近年来的研究热点之一。作者综述了PUFA对维持和改善犬猫毛发健康的作用机理,以及动物、植物、微生物3种来源的PUFA在犬猫毛发健康产品中的应用研究进展,以期为未来PUFA在犬猫毛发健康产品中的开发与应用提供参考。

表征多元混合物各组分浓度效应曲线(CRC)形态差异的参数σ^(2)_((k·EC_(x)))可以预测多元混合物的联合毒性,进一步探索σ^(2)_((k·EC_(x)))与多元混合物联合作用强度和方式的关系。选取11种环境污染物,按照物质CRC的参数k·ECx的数值分为D组(相异体系)和S组(相似体系),设计18组多元混合物,借助独立作用模型(IA)和效应残差比(ERRx)模型评价混合物的联合作用。结果表明:D组混合体系易发生联合作用方式的转变;S组混合体系联合作用方式保持不变。D组中σ^(2)_((k·EC_(x)))较大的混合物不易发生联合作用方式的转变。D组混合物整体联合作用强度大于S组,各混合体系内联合作用强度与σ^(2)_((k·EC_(x)))正相关。该研究揭示了参数σ^(2)_((k·EC_(x)))与多元混合物联合作用的关系,实现了从几何角度对多元混合物联合作用的预判,为环境风险评价提供一定的理论支持。

Aqueous Zn-iodine(Zn-I_(2))batteries have attracted extensive research interest as an emerging redox conversion energy storage system due to the low cost and high ***,the shuttling effects of polyiodides arising from incomplete redox conversion and inhomogeneous Zn plating on the Zn anode surface always hinder the commercial application of Zn-I_(2)*** this work,a two-birds-with-one-stone strategy is reported for long-life Zn-I_(2)*** on the strategy,the sulfonate-functionalized carbon fiber not only acts as the excellent iodine limiter to inhibit iodine species shuttling,but also as the uniform Zn plating guidance layer on the Zn anode surface to prevent the inhomogeneous deposition of Zn^(2+).Consequently,a superior cycling stability(a capacity of 124 mAh g^(-1)after 10,000 cycles at 5 A g^(-1))is *** calculations illustrate that sulfonate groups successfully induce charge redistribution on the carbon substrate,thereby strengthening the electronic interactions of the iodine species with the carbon *** charge-enriched sulfonate groups can guide the uniform deposition of Zn^(2+)through a strong Coulombic effect with Zn^(2+).This work gives a new perspective on the integrated design of cathodes and anodes for rechargeable batteries.

Municipal solid waste(MSW)is an important destination for abandoned *** the waste disposal process,large plastic debris is broken down into microplastics(MPs)and released into the ***,current research only focuses on landfill leachates,and the occurrence of MPs in other leachates has not been ***,herein,the abundance and characteristics of MPs in three types of leachates,namely,landfill leachate,residual waste leachate,and household food waste leachate,were studied,all leachates were collected from the largest waste disposal center in *** results showed that the average MP abundances in the different types of leachates ranged from(129±54)to(1288±184)MP particles per liter(particlesL1)and the household food waste leachate exhibited the highest MP abundance(p80%)of small MPs(20–100 lm)in landfill leachates compared to other *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first study discussing the sources of MPs in different leachates,which is important for MP pollution control during MSW disposal.
