针对后疫情时代线上线下教学不确定性的新常态,以笔者所指导翻译研究生,及渴望深造的优秀本科生和国内外翻译硕博士学者形成的“翻译与跨文化学习研究共同体”为主体,尝试建构基于新媒体融合的“一体四翼”翻译研究生“三全育人”培养新模式:利用微信群即时交流,解决导师下课走人,师生学术粘性不足的顽疾;利用腾讯会议定期和不定期开展学术沙龙,解决深度共性问题;让学生参与利用微信公众号进行专业信息、理论、实践和思想的采编与制作,解决研究生培养中理论与实践,专业与思政脱节问题;让学生同步微信公众号学术视频内容至Bilibili网站,促进翻译学习从封闭向开放转变,形成更大网络学习研究共同体,以竞争互助促学研。经过数据分析与实践检验,证明一体融合,四翼联动在“三全育人”方面效果明显,为“疫情不停学”的翻译硕博士研究生“三全育人”提供理论、方法和实践的参考。

The dominant annual cycle of sea surface temperature(SST)in the tropical Pacific exhibits an antisymmetric mode,which explains 83.4%total variance,and serves as a background of El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO).However,there is no consensus yet on its anomalous impacts on the phase and amplitude of *** on data during 1982-2022,results show that anomalies of the antisymmetric mode can affect the evolution of ENSO on the interannual scale via Bjerknes feedback,in which the positive(negative)phase of the antisymmetric mode can strengthen El Niño(La Niña)in boreal winter via an earlier(delayed)seasonal cycle transition and larger(smaller)annual *** magnitude of the SST anomalies in the equatorial eastern Pacific can reach more than±0.3◦C,regulated by the changes in the antisymmetric mode based on random sensitivity *** reveal the spatial pattern of the annual cycle associated with the seasonal phase-locking of ENSO evolution and provide new insight into the impact of the annual cycle of background SST on ENSO,which possibly carries important implications for forecasting ENSO.

Selenium is one of the important trace elements in the human *** deficiency will directly affect human *** people's attention to health,the content of selenium in food has gradually attracted ***,detecting selenium compounds in complex samples remains a *** this work,we built an online heating-reaction *** device combines the electrospray extraction ionization mass spectrometry(EESI-MS)with the heating reaction device,which can simultaneously detect various selenium compounds in complex liquid *** acidic conditions,the sample was heated and catalyzed by a heating reaction device,so that the SeO~(2-)_(3)and O-phenylenediamine(OPD)could generate 1,3-dihydro-2,1,*** on the above reactions,we can detect organic selenium,inorganic selenium and other compounds in liquid samples by organic mass *** this experiment,we determined the content of three forms of selenium:selenomethionine(SeMet),l-selenocystine(SeCys(2)),and sodium *** calibration curves for SeMet,SeCys(2),and sodium selenite showed strong linearity within a range of 0.50-50.00μg/*** limits of detection(LOD)for the three compounds were 0.22,0.27,and 0.41μg/L,*** limits of quantification(LOQ)were 0.68,0.81,and 1.23μg/L,*** recoveries at three levels ranged from 98.8%to 106.1%.In addition,this method can simultaneously detect three selenium compounds and three other specific chemical components in tea infusion samples,providing a rapid and efficient method for identifying tea quality.

Sedimentation sludge water(SSW),a prominent constituent of wastewater from drinking water treatment plants,has received limited attention in terms of its treatment and utilization likely due to the perceived difficulties associated with managing SSW *** study comprehensively evaluated the water quality of SSW by comparing it to a well-documented wastewater(filter backwash water(FBW)).Furthermore,it investigated the pollutant variations in the SSW during pre-sedimentation process,probed the underlying reaction mechanism,and explored the feasibility of employing a pilot-scale coagulation-sedimentation process for SSW *** levels of most water quality parameters were generally comparable between SSW and *** the pre-sedimentation of SSW,significant removal of turbidity,bacterial counts,and dissolved organic matter(DOM)was *** characterization of DOM components,molecular weight distributions,and optical properties revealed that the macromolecular proteinaceous biopolymers and humic acids were preferentially *** characterization of particulates indicated that high surface energy,zeta potential,and bridging/adsorption/sedimentation/coagulation capacities in aluminum residuals of SSW,underscoring its potential as a coagulant and promoting the generation and sedimentation of inorganic-organic *** coagulation-sedimentation process could effectively remove pollutants from low-turbidity SSW([turbidity]0<15 NTU).These findings provide valuable insights into the water quality dynamics of SSW during the pre-sedimentation process,facilitating the development of SSW quality management and enhancing its reuse rate.

This study investigated environmental distribution and human exposure of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)and their derivatives in one Chinese petroleum refinery *** was found that,following with high concentrations of 16 EPA PAHs(∑Parent-PAHs)in smelting subarea of studied petroleum refinery facility,total derivatives of PAHs[named as XPAHs,including nitro PAHs(NPAHs),chlorinated PAHs(Cl-PAHs),and brominated PAHs(Br-PAHs)]in gas(mean=1.57×10^(4)ng/m^(3)),total suspended particulate(TSP)(mean=4.33×10^(3) ng/m^(3))and soil(mean=4.37×10^(3) ng/g)in this subarea had 1.76-6.19 times higher levels than those from other subareas of this facility,surrounding residential areas and reference areas,indicating that petroleum refining processes would lead apparent derivation of ***,compared with those in residential and reference areas,gas samples in the petrochemical areas had higher∑NPAH/∑PAHs(mean=2.18),but lower∑Cl-PAH/∑PAHs(mean=1.43×10^(-1))and∑Br-PAH/∑PAHs ratios(mean=7.49×10^(-2)),indicating the richer nitrification of PAHs than chlorination during petrochemical *** occupational exposure to PAHs and XPAHs in this petroleum refinery facility were 24-343 times higher than non-occupational exposure,and the ILCR(1.04×10^(-4))for petrochemical workers was considered to be potential high ***,one expanded high-resolution screening through GC Orbitrap/MS was performed for soils from petrochemical area,and another 35 PAHs were found,including alkyl-PAHs,phenyl-PAHs and other species,indicat-ing that profiles and risks of PAHs analogs in petrochemical areas deserve further expanded investigation.

Toward understanding the role of genomic repeat elements in neurodegenerative diseases

Neurodegenerative diseases cause great medical and economic burdens for both patients and society;however, the complex molecular mechanisms thereof are not yet well understood. With the development of high-coverage sequencing technology, researchers have started to notice that genomic repeat regions, previously neglected in search of disease culprits, are active contributors to multiple neurodegenerative diseases. In this review, we describe the association between repeat element variants and multiple degenerative diseases through genome-wide association studies and targeted sequencing. We discuss the identification of disease-relevant repeat element variants, further powered by the advancement of long-read sequencing technologies and their related tools, and summarize recent findings in the molecular mechanisms of repeat element variants in brain degeneration, such as those causing transcriptional silencing or RNA-mediated gain of toxic function. Furthermore, we describe how in silico predictions using innovative computational models, such as deep learning language models, could enhance and accelerate our understanding of the functional impact of repeat element variants. Finally, we discuss future directions to advance current findings for a better understanding of neurodegenerative diseases and the clinical applications of genomic repeat elements.
