Dynamical behavior analysis of an eighth-order Sharma's method

We analyze the dynamical behavior of an eighth-order Sharma's iterative scheme,which contains a single parameter,with respect to an arbitrary quadratic polynomial using complex *** eighth-order Sharma's iterative scheme is analytically conjugated to a rational operator on the Riemann *** discuss the strange fixed points of the rational operator and present its stable region ***,we briefly investigate the superattracting point and the critical point,which have an impact on the Sharma's iterative scheme ***,we present the dynamical planes for different parameter values using the complex dynamics tool,which helps us select more effective members of the Sharma's iterative *** experiments are conducted to verify the theoretical results.

Underwater navigation system is an indispensable part for autonomous underwater *** to the indiscernibility of satellite signal,however,the underwater navigation problem is quite challenging,and a satellite-free navigation scheme should be looked *** navigation,inspired by insects’capability of autonomous homing and foraging,is an alternative solution to satellite navigation with great application *** polarization provides an indirect sun compass to animals for orientation ***,it is difficult to apply terrestrial solar-tracking methodologies in underwater situations due to the refraction of polarized skylight at the air–water *** resolve this issue,an underwater solar-tracking algorithm is developed based on the underwater refraction-polarization pattern inside the Snell’s *** employing Snell’s law and Fresnel refraction formula to decouple the refractive ray bending and polarization deflection,the celestial polarization pattern is obtained based on underwater *** further improve the accuracy,the degree of polarization is employed as a weight factor for E-vector.A long-lasting underwater experiment was conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach,and the results showed the root-mean-square errors of solar zenith and azimuth employing this algorithm were 0.3°and 1.3°,*** experimental results show that the refraction-polarization pattern inside the Snell’s window exhibits immense potential to improve the solar-tracking accuracy for underwater navigation.

This function is accomplished by the autonomous navigation module of the unmanned systems. By analogy to the animals,the autonomous navigation module can be regarded as the“sensory nerve center” of an unmanned system.

Bioinspired polarized skylight navigation,which can be used in unfamiliar territories,is an important alternative autonomous navigation technique in the absence of Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS).However,the polarization pattern in night environment with noise effects and model uncertainties is a less explored *** several decades have passed since the first publication about the polarization of the moonlit night sky,the usefulness of nocturnal polarization navigation is only sporadic in previous *** study demonstrates that the nocturnal polarized light is capable of providing accurate and stable navigation information in dim light outdoor *** on the statistical characteristics of Angle of Polarization(Ao P)error,a probability density estimation method is proposed for heading *** illustrate the application potentials,the simulation and outdoor experiments are ***,the proposed method robustly models the distribution of Ao P error and gives accurate heading estimation evaluated by Standard Deviation(STD)which is 0.32°in a clear night sky and 0.47°in a cloudy night sky.

The purpose of this work is to enhance KinasePhos,a machine learning-based kinasespecific phosphorylation site prediction *** verified kinase-specific phosphorylation data were collected from PhosphoSitePlus,UniProtKB,the GPS 5.0,and *** total,41,421 experimentally verified kinase-specific phosphorylation sites were identified.A total of 1380 unique kinases were identified,including 753 with existing classification information from KinBase and the remaining 627 annotated by building a phylogenetic *** on this kinase classification,a total of 771 predictive models were built at the individual,family,and group levels,using at least 15 experimentally verified substrate sites in positive training *** improved models demonstrated their effectiveness compared with other prediction *** example,the prediction of sites phosphorylated by the protein kinase B,casein kinase 2,and protein kinase A families had accuracies of 94.5%,92.5%,and 90.0%,*** average prediction accuracy for all 771 models was 87.2%.For enhancing interpretability,the SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)method was employed to assess feature *** web interface of KinasePhos 3.0 has been redesigned to provide comprehensive annotations of kinase-specific phosphorylation sites on multiple ***,considering the large scale of phosphoproteomic data,a downloadable prediction tool is available at https://***/KinasePhos/*** or https://***/tom-209/KinasePhos-3.0-executable-file.

This study aimed to investigate the potential of chrysin(C)to induce osteogenic differentiation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)in ***(CS)was dissolved by repeated freeze-thawing of alkali/urea solutions,followed by co-printing of nano-hydroxyapatite(HAP)powders with different concentrations of C solutions(5,10,and 20µmol/L)compounded into CS *** rheological properties were modified with acetic acid/gelatin solution to construct C-CS-HAP(C-CS-H)composite scaffolds by extrusion printing *** characterization showed that the four groups of scaffolds had regularly interconnected porous structures with pore diameters of about 450–600µm,and the novel bioink exhibited shear-thinning properties,with the viscosity of the material decreasing in the shear rates range of 0.01–1000 s^(−1) and thus good *** osteogenic differentiation ability of BMSCs was confirmed by the CCK-8 test,alkaline phosphatase(ALP)test,Alizarin Red staining(ARS)test,osteogenesis-related genes OCN,ALP,Runx 2,and bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)test,which showed a significant promotion of the osteogenic differentiation ability of BMSCs with the increase of the content of *** above results indicate the potential of C-CS-H composite scaffolds in osteogenesis.

The disruption and reconstruction of the TREM2^(+) tissue resident macrophage(TRM)barrier on the surface of synovial lining play a key role in the activation and"remission"of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),which engender the prediction of this immunologic barrier as a potential driver for the achievement of"cure"in ***,strategies to promote the reconstruction of this barrier have not been reported,and the effect of patching this barrier remains *** the other hand,appropriate piezoelectric stimulation can reprogram macrophages,which has never been exerted on this barrier TRM ***,we design piezoelectric tetragonal BaTiO_(3)(BTO)ultrasound-driven nanorobots(USNRs)by the solvothermal synthesis method,which demonstrates satisfactory electro-mechanical conversion effects,paving the way to generate controllable electrical stimulation under ultrasound to reprogram the barrier TRM by minimally invasive injection into joint *** is demonstrated that the immunologic barrier could be patched by this USNR effectively,thereby eliminating the hyperplasia of vessels and nerves(HVN)and ***,TREM2 deficiency serum-transfected arthritis(STA)mice models are applied and proved the indispensable role of TREM2 in RA curing mediated by *** all,our work is an interesting and important exploration to expand the classical tetragonal BTO nanoparticles in the treatment of autoimmune diseases,providing a new idea and direction for the biomedical application of piezoelectric ceramics.

竹叶青酒是以汾酒为基酒,添加12种名贵中草药的浸提液配制而成的露酒,本文利用顶空固相微萃取(headspace solid phase microextraction,HS-SPME)结合全二维气相色谱/飞行时间质谱(comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry,GC×GC-TOFMS)技术,在竹叶青酒所用的12种药材中共检测出1707种挥发性成分,其中547种化合物具有香气特点,表明竹叶青酒所用药材挥发性组分具有多样性和复杂性的特点。通过文献和网页检索,已确定其中80种为生物活性成分,而百里酚、大根香叶烯D、丁香酚、反式石竹烯、甲氧基肉桂酸乙酯等13种生物活性成分在本次实验的12种药材中均可被检出。本研究为进一步深入研究竹叶青酒的风味特征、竹叶青酒的健康功效提供了理论基础及科学依据。

概念是社会和政治经验与意义的沉淀,有助于观察和解释特定的社会和政治状况。城市危机概念产生于20世纪50年代的美国,旨在描述企业和人口离开中心城市以及由此带来的种种社会问题,60年代后种族成为这一概念的核心要素。概念的阐释影响着概念的使用。50年代和60年代前期,城市危机概念被用于说服美国联邦政府更多地干预城市事务,60年代中期以后成为保守主义用来抨击新政自由主义的理论和话语工具,从否定政府干预的价值到指责干预是危机产生的重要原因,继而从道德立场谴责自由主义。无论概念与现实之间有多少差距,“城市危机”已成为理解二战后美国中心城市的核心概念和标识性话语,每当中心城市经济萧条或社会动荡,这个概念就会被赋予新的解读。
