The development of a durable metallic coating on diverse substrates is both intriguing and challenging,particularly in the research of metal-conductive materials for applications such as batteries,soft electronics,and ***,by learning from the pencil-writing process,a facile solid-ink rubbing technology(SIR-tech)is invented to address the above *** solid-ink is exampled by rational combination of liquid metal and graphite *** harnessing the synergistic effects between rubbing and adhesion,controllable metallic skin is successfully formed onto metals,woods,ceramics,and plastics without limitation in size and ***,outperforming pure liquid-metal coating,the composite metallic skin by SIR-tech is very robust due to the self-lamination of graphite nanoplate exfoliated by liquid-metal *** critical factors controlling the structures-properties of the composite metallic skin have been systematically investigated as *** applications,the SIR-tech is demonstrated to fabricate high-performance composite current collectors for next-generation batteries without traditional metal ***,advanced skin-electrodes are further demonstrated for stable triboelectricity generation even under temperature fluctuation from-196 to 120℃.This facile and highly-flexible SIR-tech may work as a powerful platform for the studies on functional coatings by liquid metals and beyond.

红黏土广泛分布于湿热多雨的广西地区,因其具有水敏性、贫瘠性、密实性等特性,易于发生开裂、软化等现象,导致红黏土分布区域种植环境恶劣,进而影响当地生态环境。根据广西某地区湿热多雨的气候条件,结合低碱环境草种生长特点,开展低碱生态混凝土联合混合培养基种植覆盖土层改良红黏土种植环境的技术试验,即利用上层混合培养基种植覆盖土层对植物进行种植培养,使其根系通过中层低碱生态混凝土孔隙扎根至下层红黏土中,形成根土复合结构,既增强红黏土的力学性能,又改善红黏土的种植环境。试验结果表明,改良后的低碱生态混凝土能够将pH值控制在弱碱环境;对低碱生态混凝土配合比进行调整,可以使其在充当骨架受力结构的同时,具有更大的孔隙率,为植物根系提供足够的生存环境;根据广西地区的自然环境设计了合理的种植覆盖土层,并进行了植草可行性试验,结果表明狗牙根和披碱草为合适的草种。本次研究方案可推广至原状红黏土边坡生态固坡和红黏土荒地生态复绿等工程中,具有较高的应用价值。

By transforming the original interstage compression cooling system of nitrogen fertilizer plant and adding lithium bromide refrigerator, the paper designs a new compressor interstage cooling system which leads interstage heat in lithium bromide refrigerator and uses the obtained cooling capacity to reduce the temperature of compressed gas. And aspen is used to simulate the new process. Lastly, the paper makes economical and feasible conclusion.

Black phosphorus(BP) as a narrow-bandgap two-dimensional semiconductor material has been extensively studied. And the allotrope violet phosphorus(VP) exhibits wide bandgap properties extending the application in the visible light band. However,due to the Schottky barrier of metal/semiconductor contacts(M/S), further device application of VP is limited. Here, VP-based photodetectors with van der Waals-assisted contact were demonstrated, achieving quasi-Ohmic M/S contacts. The output characteristics in dark conditions show ultralow current at the pA level. And the device exhibits a high current on-off ratio of 10~5and a fast response speed of 8.4 ms. Furthermore, we constructed the first allotropic photodetector based on BP and VP heterojunction. The device maintains ultralow dark current(~ pA) while exhibiting faster carrier transport, with 945 μs response time and polarization detection capability. These results offer an effective way to study the optoelectronic properties of VP and promote the study of allotropic heterojunction devices.

Sarcoptes scabiei live in the epidermis of humans and other mammals,causing scabies in humans or sarcoptic mange in *** mite is a major allergen;however,the allergy information of *** remains *** present study,we cloned,expressed,and characterized two potential allergens from *** and evaluated their allergenic properties by IgE antibody binding tests and a skin prick *** 23 was distributed in large quantities in the skin of rabbits at 1 and 4 weeks post *** recombinant *** 23(rSar s 23)and recombinant *** 27(rSar s 27) could specifically bind IgE Abs from mite-allergic mice *** wheal and flush reaction on the skin caused by rSar s 27 occurred earlier than that caused by rSar s *** diameter of wheal and flush in healthy rabbit group and allergic history rabbit group injected with rSar s 23 and rSar s 27 were significantly different compared with those of the saline control(p <0.001),and the diameter of wheal and flush in the rSar s 27 group was larger than that of the rSar s 23 group(p <0.05).These findings verified that *** 23 and *** 27 had different distributions in mites and infested host skin at different infestation ***,we identified rSar s 23 and rSar s 27 as potential *** rSar s 27 could induce an immediate allergic reaction,whereas rSar s 23 induced a delayed-type allergic reaction.

Sarcoptes scabiei cause scabies in humans or sarcoptic mange in ***,information regarding vaccines against *** is limited and no commercial vaccine is *** present study,we expressed and mixed recombinant *** serpin(rSs-serpin),recombinant *** chitinase-like protein-5 [rSs-CLP5] and-12 [rSs-CLP12] as a cocktail vaccine(three proteins mixed),and also a multi-epitope protein derived from these three *** genes was expressed as a vaccine candidate to evaluate the effects of two vaccine *** test groups(n=12 per group) and a control group(n=12 per group) were involved in this vaccination *** results showed that 91.67%(11/12) and 83.33%(10/12) of rabbits exhibited no detectable skin lesions from *** infestation in cocktail vaccine groups,whereas two multi-epitope groups produced only a few rabbits having no detectable skin *** test groups displayed significant increases in specific IgG antibodies(Abs) and total IgE Abs after immunized with recombinant *** together,our data demonstrated a mixture of rSs-serpin,rSs-CLP5 and rSs-CLP 12 was a promising vaccine candidate that induced robust immune protection and could significantly decrease mite populations to reduce the direct transmission between ***,vaccination with the multi-epitope protein showed limited protection in rabbits.

Schwann cell transplantation is considered one of the most promising cell-based therapy to repair injured spinal cord due to its unique growth-promoting and myelin-forming properties.A the Food and Drug Administration-approved Phase I clinical trial has been conducted to evaluate the safety of transplanted human autologous Schwann cells to treat patients with spinal cord injury.A major challenge for Schwann cell transplantation is that grafted Schwann cells are confined within the lesion cavity,and they do not migrate into the host environment due to the inhibitory barrier formed by injury-induced glial scar,thus limiting axonal reentry into the host spinal *** we introduce a combinatorial strategy by suppressing the inhibitory extracellular environment with injection of lentivirus-mediated transfection of chondroitinase ABC gene at the rostral and caudal borders of the lesion site and simultaneously leveraging the repair capacity of transplanted Schwann cells in adult rats following a mid-thoracic contusive spinal cord *** report that when the glial scar was degraded by chondroitinase ABC at the rostral and caudal lesion borders,Schwann cells migrated for considerable distances in both rostral and caudal *** Schwann cell migration led to enhanced axonal regrowth,including the serotonergic and dopaminergic axons originating from supraspinal regions,and promoted recovery of locomotor and urinary bladder ***,the Schwann cell survival and axonal regrowth persisted up to 6 months after the injury,even when treatment was delayed for 3 months to mimic chronic spinal cord *** findings collectively show promising evidence for a combinatorial strategy with chondroitinase ABC and Schwann cells in promoting remodeling and recovery of function following spinal cord injury.

洋中脊玄武岩(MORB)是了解洋中脊的热状态、岩浆供给及演化过程的绝佳研究对象。本文对中国大洋49航次第五航段(DY49V)在西北印度洋卡尔斯伯格脊天休热液区周边获得的拖网(49V-DR02)玄武岩样品进行了详细的岩石学和矿物学研究,并利用单斜辉石-熔体温压计对玄武岩中单斜辉石的结晶温度和压力进行了估算,用以探讨天休热液区所在洋脊段的深部岩浆过程。结果表明,所研究的玄武岩样品属于拉斑质N-MORB,其中单斜辉石呈鳞片状、树枝状或骸晶状微晶,主要为普通辉石和透辉石。单斜辉石-熔体温压计计算结果显示天休洋脊段单斜辉石结晶温度为1153~1225℃,结晶压力在0.08~0.64GPa范围内,相当于2.6~21.1km的深度,但主要集中在10~16km深度。这说明单斜辉石的结晶温度相对集中,但结晶深度范围变化很大,从浅层上洋壳区域到大洋岩石圈地幔区域均有单斜辉石结晶作用发生,但主要集中在大洋岩石圈地幔区域,暗示天休洋脊段下方洋壳内可能不发育熔体透镜体或岩浆房。天休洋脊段单斜辉石如此深的结晶深度指示天休洋脊段岩石圈地幔厚度厚,地幔部分熔融产生岩浆的终止深度深。在该洋脊段10~16km深处富含高温熔体,为天休热液系统的热液循环提供深部热源。

20CrMnTi淬硬钢进行铣削加工时,通常会因切削温度过高导致刀具磨损加重,从而影响加工质量和加工效率,因此本文采用仿真和试验相结合的方法,研究切削参数对切削温度的影响。设计正交试验,对切削温度仿真结果进行极差分析,得出切削参数对切削温度的影响程度。为验证所建立仿真模型的合理准确性,选择与加工仿真相同的切削参数,将仿真与试验数据进行对比分析,验证了仿真模型的合理性。基于此仿真模型,进一步采用单因素试验法进行铣削仿真,得到铣削20CrMnTi淬硬钢时切削参数对切削温度的影响规律。研究结果表明:切削参数对切削温度的影响程度由大到小依次为切削速度、每齿进给量和背吃刀量,切削温度随切削速度、背吃刀量和每齿进给量的增大而增大。

采用正交试验法研究CBN直柄平底立铣刀高速铣削20CrMnTi淬硬钢时切削参数对已加工表面粗糙度的影响。通过极差分析方法研究了切削参数对表面粗糙度的影响程度,通过单因素试验法得到了切削参数对表面粗糙度的影响规律,建立了基于指数函数的切削参数与表面粗糙度的关系模型。利用预测模型得出的表面粗糙度与试验的结果进行误差分析,说明所建立的模型能比较准确地对表面粗糙度进行预测。试验结果表明:各因素的影响程度从大到小依次为铣削深度、每齿进给量和切削速度,表面粗糙度随每齿进给量和铣削深度的增大而增大,随切削速度的增大而减小。
