Fuzzy-Model-Based Finite Frequency Fault Detection Filtering Design for Two-Dimensional Nonlinear Systems

This article studies the fault detection filtering design problem for Roesser type two-dimensional(2-D)nonlinear systems described by uncertain 2-D Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)fuzzy ***,fuzzy Lyapunov functions are constructed and the 2-D Fourier transform is exploited,based on which a finite frequency fault detection filtering design method is proposed such that a residual signal is generated with robustness to external disturbances and sensitivity to *** has been shown that the utilization of available frequency spectrum information of faults and disturbances makes the proposed filtering design method more general and less conservative compared with a conventional nonfrequency based filtering design ***,with the proposed evaluation function and its threshold,a novel mixed finite frequency H_(∞)/H_(-)fault detection algorithm is developed,based on which the fault can be immediately detected once the evaluation function exceeds the ***,it is verified with simulation studies that the proposed method is effective and less conservative than conventional non-frequency and/or common Lyapunov function based filtering design methods.

This paper investigates the problem of robust H!fixed-order dynamic output feedback( DOF)controller design for a class of Takagi-Sugeno( T-S) fuzzy affine systems using quantized *** a state-input augmentation method,some sufficient conditions for controller synthesis are developed based upon piecewise quadratic Lyapunov functions( PQLFs) in terms of LMIs. Two illustrative studies are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller synthesis approach.

Motivated by an open problem in the literature “Dynamics of Second Order Rational Difference Equations with Open Problems and Conjecture”, we introduce a difference equation system: xn+1={yn-2+yn-3}/xn, yn+1={xn-2+xn-3}/yn , n=o, 1 ...* Where xi, yi ∈(0, ∞), i=-3, -2, -1, 0. We try to find out some conditions such that the solution of system converges to periodic solution. This model can be applied to the two species competition and population biology.

Background Dyslipidemia caused by liver injury is a significant risk factor for cardiovascular *** studies have shown that hydrogen sulfide （H2S） protects against multiple cardiovascular disease states in a similar manner as nitric oxide （NO）,and NO/endothelial nitric oxide synthase （eNOS） pathway is the key route of NO *** purpose of this study was to investigate whether H2S can ameliorate the high blood pressure and plasma lipid profile in Nw-nitro-L-argininemethyl ester （L-NAME）-induced hypertensive rats by NO/eNOS *** Thirty-six 4-week old Sprague-Dawley （SD） male rats were randomly assigned to 6 groups （n=6）：control group,L-NAME group,control ＋ glibenclamide group,control ＋ NaHS group,L-NAME ＋ NaHS group,and L-NAME ＋ NaHS ＋ glibenclamide *** were made of plasma triglycerides （TG）,low-density lipoprotein （LDL）,high-density lipoprotein （HDL）,total cholesterol （CHO）,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase （ALT） levels after 5 *** measurements of NO level and proteins expression of eNOS,P-eNOS,AKT,P-AKT were made in liver *** After 5 weeks of L-NAME treatment,the blood pressure,plasma TG （（1.22±0.12） mmol/L in L-NAME group vs.（0.68±0.09） mmol/L in control group; P ＜0.05） and LDL （（0.54±0.04） mmol/L in L-NAME group vs.（0.28±0.02） mmol/L in control group; P ＜0.05） concentration were significantly increased,and the plasma HDL （（0.26±0.02） mmol/L in L-NAME group vs.（0.69±0.07） mmol/L in control group; P ＜0.05） concentration significantly *** the rats treated with L-NAME exhibit dysfunctional eNOS,diminished NO levels （（1.36±0.09） mmol/g protein in L-NAME group vs.（2.34±0.06） mmol/g protein in control group; P ＜0.05） and pathological changes of the liver.H2S therapy can markedly decrease the blood pressure （（37.25±4.46） mmHg at the fifth week; P ＜0.05）,and ameliorate the plasma TG （（0.59±0.06） mmHg）,LDL （（0.32±0.04） mmHg）,and HDL （（0.46±0.03） mmHg） concentration in L-NAME ＋ NaHS group （all

NRA账户是境内银行为境外机构开立的境内外汇或人民币结算账户。梳理回顾我国主要自贸区NRA账户管理和使用的先进经验、河南自贸区关于NRA账户的现行鼓励政策,对河南自贸区区域经济金融环境进行SWOT等分析,充分比较NRA、OSA、FT三类非居民账户的功能特点,基于当前河南省NRA账户使用的短板和局限,提出NRA账户功能创新升级方案,在此基础上提出设立全国NRA账户功能升级推广试点,赋予该类账户特殊标识NRA plus的建议,对满足涉外企业日益增长的多元化金融服务需求、促进区域涉外金融发展具有重要的意义。最后重点介绍了NRA plus账户在结算功能、融资模式和外汇衍生产品方面的创新运用方案,对NRA plus账户运用情形下相应监管要点和监管模式提出具体政策建议。

急性心肌梗死患者心肺复苏后溶栓治疗的研究

目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心肺复苏(CPR)后静脉溶栓的可行性及预后.方法 AMI并发呼吸心跳骤停患者42例.治疗组25例,心肺复苏后即刻静脉给予尿激酶150～200万U,30 min内静脉注射;对照组17例,在心肺复苏后予除静脉溶栓外的积极抢救治疗.观察其自主循环和呼吸恢复率,24 h存活率及出院存活率,自主循环和呼吸恢复时间及出血发生率.结果治疗组的自主循环恢复率、自主呼吸恢复率,24 h存活率和出院存活率明显高于对照组,自主循环恢复时间、自主呼吸恢复时间明显短于对照组.结论 AMI患者心肺复苏后进行溶栓治疗,能明显提高患者的自主循环、自主呼吸恢复率、24 h存活率、出院存活率,缩短自主循环、自主呼吸恢复时间,且不增加继发出血发生率.
