Earth's rotation shapes a 24-h cycle,governing circadian rhythms in *** mammals,the core clock genes,CLOCK and BMAL1,are regulated by PERIODs(PERs)and CRYPTOCHROMEs(CRYs),but their roles remain unclear in the diamondback moth,Plutella *** explore this,we studied ***,which possesses a simplified circadian system compared to *** ***,we observed rhythmic expressions of the Pxper and Pxcry2 genes in their heads,with differing *** vitro experiments revealed that PxCRY2 repressed monarch butterfly CLK:BMAL1 transcriptional activation,while PxPER and other CRY-like proteins did ***,PxPER showed an inhibitory effect on PxCLK/*** CRISPR/Cas9,we individually and in combination knocked out Pxper and Pxcry2,then conducted gene function studies and circadian transcriptome *** of either Pxper or Pxcry2 eliminated the activity peak after lights-off in light–dark cycles,and Pxcry2 loss reduced overall ***2 was crucial for maintaining endogenous rhythms in constant *** light–dark conditions,1098 genes exhibited rhythmic expression in wild-type *** heads,with 749 relying on Pxper and Pxcry2 for their *** core clock genes lost their rhythmicity in Pxper and Pxcry2 mutants,while Pxcry2 sustained rhythmic expression,albeit with reduced amplitude and altered ***,rhythmic genes were linked to biological processes like the spliceosome and Toll signaling pathway,with these rhythms depending on Pxper or Pxcry2 *** summary,our study unveils differences in circadian rhythm regulation by Pxper and Pxcry2 in *** provides a valuable model for understanding circadian clock regulation in nocturnal animals.

Research on the "three shells" cooperative support technology of large-section chambers in deep mines

The"three shells"cooperative support technology was proposed herein according to both the large deformation of the rock surrounding large-section chambers in deep mines and the precarious stability of the support structures *** development range of the plastic zone in the surrounding rock was controlled by a stress shell to reduce the difficulty of controlling the surrounding ***,the residual strength of the rock mass in the plastic zone and the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock were improved by a reinforced load-bearing ***,a passive load-bearing shell could restore the triaxial stress state of the surrounding rock on the free surface,reduce the influence of the external environment on the surrounding rock,and reinforce the surrounding rock with the strength of the *** layouts of large-section chambers were determined by analyzing the control effect of the stress shell on the surrounding rock under three kinds of in situ stress *** orthogonal test method was applied to reveal the influences of different support parameters in the reinforced loadbearing shell and passive load-bearing shell on the surrounding rock *** surrounding rock control effect of the"three shells"collaborative support technology was analyzed through numerical simulation and field *** results show that the maximum displacement between the roof and floor of the coal preparation chamber in the Xinjulong coal mine was approximately 48 mm,and the maximum displacement between its two sides was approximately 65 mm,indicating that the technology proposed herein could meet the long-term control requirements of the surrounding rock stability for large-section chambers in deep mines.

为提高在有限样本条件下近红外预测复烤片烟产地的准确率,提出了一种基于级联分类的复烤片烟产地预测方法,该方法首先通过近红外光谱判断样本的香型属性并构建香型模型作为中间层,再使用LDA或PLS方法在单一香型框架下构建产地模型进行产地预测。以全国主要烟叶产区的复烤片烟为对象进行验证,结果表明:通过引入香型模型作为中间层,基于LDA的分类模型产地预测准确率由83.33%提升至94.44%;基于PLS的分类模型的准确率则由72.22%提升至86.11%。在有限样本数据和不引入新的模型参数的条件下,该方法有效降低了复烤片烟的产地误判比例。
