Hydrodynamic Characteristics of Undular Tidal Bores in the Qiantang River Based on Field Observations

Understanding the undular tidal bores in the Qiantang River is essential for effective river management and maintenance.While breaking tidal bores have been studied extensively, reports on undular tidal bores in the Qiantang Riverremain limited. Furthermore, observed data on undular tidal bores fulfilling the requirements of short measurementtime intervals, and spring, medium, and neap tide coverage, and providing detailed data for the global vertical stratificationof flow velocity are quite limited. Based on field observations at Qige in the Qiantang estuary, we analyzedthe characteristics of undular tidal bores. The results showed that the flooding amplitude (a) of the first wave isalways larger than its ebbing amplitude (b). Moreover, the vertical distribution of the maximum flood velocity exhibitesthree shapes, influenced by the tidal range, while that of the maximum ebb velocity exhibites a single shape. Duringthe initial phase of the flood tide in the spring and medium tides, the upper water body experiences multiple oscillatingchanges along the flow direction, corresponding to the alternating process of the crest and trough of the tide levelupon the arrival of the tidal bore. The tidal range is a crucial parameter in tidal bore hydrodynamics. By establishingthe relationship between hydrodynamic parameters and tidal range, other hydrodynamic parameters, such as the tidalbore height, maximum flood depth–averaged velocity, maximum flood stratified velocity at the measurement points,and duration of the flood tide current, can be effectively predicted, thereby providing an important reference for rivermanagement and maintenance.

As a potential vectored vaccine,Newcastle disease virus(NDV)has been subject to various studies for vaccine development,while relatively little research has outlined the immunomodulatory effect of the virus in antigen presentation.To elucidate the key inhibitory factor in regulating the interaction of infected dendritic cells(DCs)and T cells,DCs were pretreated with the NDV vaccine strain LaSota as an inhibitor and stimulated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)for further detection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),flow cytometry,immunoblotting,and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The results revealed that NDV infection resulted in the inhibition of interleukin(IL)-12p40 in DCs through a p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)-dependent manner,thus inhibiting the synthesis of IL-12p70,leading to the reduction in T cell proliferation and the secretion of interferon-(IFN-),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and IL-6 induced by DCs.Consequently,downregulated cytokines accelerated the infection and viral transmission from DCs to T cells.Furthermore,several other strains of NDV also exhibited inhibitory activity.The current study reveals that NDV can modulate the intensity of the innate-adaptive immune cell crosstalk critically toward viral invasion improvement,highlighting a novel mechanism of virus-induced immunosuppression and providing new perspectives on the improvement of NDV-vectored vaccine.

针对传统的载荷校准约束方法影响有起落架布置的翼身整体结构机翼根剖面载荷测量的问题,提出了一种适用于该结构形式的机翼载荷实测方法。首先,分析地面载荷校准时主起落架载荷变化对机翼根部测载剖面应变电桥响应的影响,提出了一种主动约束方法来模拟空中飞机机翼真实受载状态。其次,采用主动约束和传统的起落架约束方法进行机翼载荷校准对比试验,通过对试验数据进行分析,分别建立了2种约束方法的飞行载荷方程,表面上2种方法的地面检验误差均在3%以内,满足一般的工程误差要求。最后,选取对称拉起机动试飞状态,对2种约束方法的机翼飞行载荷测量结果进行分析研究,验证了有起落架布置的翼身整体结构机翼载荷测量方法的有效性,并给出了传统的起落架约束方法载荷测量误差大的原因。

Immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting the programmed cell death-1(PD-1)protein significantly improve survival in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC),but its impact on early-stage ground-glass opacity(GGO)lesions remains unclear.This is a single-arm,phase II trial(NCT04026841)using Simon’s optimal two-stage design,of which 4 doses of sintilimab(200 mg per 3 weeks)were administrated in 36 enrolled multiple primary lung cancer(MPLC)patients with persistent high-risk(Lung-RADS category 4 or had progressed within 6 months)GGOs.The primary endpoint was objective response rate(ORR).T/B/NK-cell subpopulations,TCR-seq,cytokines,exosomal RNA,and multiplexed immunohistochemistry(mIHC)were monitored and compared between responders and non-responders.Finally,two intent-to-treat(ITT)lesions(pure-GGO or GGO-predominant)showed responses(ORR:5.6%,2/36),and no patients had progressive disease(PD).No grade 3-5 TRAEs occurred.The total response rate considering two ITT lesions and three non-intent-to-treat(NITT)lesions(pure-solid or solid-predominant)was 13.9%(5/36).The proportion of CD8^(+)T cells,the ratio of CD8^(+)/CD4^(+),and the TCR clonality value were significantly higher in the peripheral blood of responders before treatment and decreased over time.Correspondingly,the mIHC analysis showed more CD8^(+)T cells infiltrated in responders.Besides,responders’cytokine concentrations of EGF and CTLA-4 increased during treatment.The exosomal expression of fatty acid metabolism and oxidative phosphorylation gene signatures were down-regulated among responders.Collectively,PD-1 inhibitor showed certain activity on high-risk pulmonary GGO lesions without safety concerns.Such effects were associated with specific T-cell re-distribution,EGF/CTLA-4 cytokine compensation,and regulation of metabolism pathways.

在算法时代,智能算法技术为增强职业教育适应性提供了“硬核”支撑,基于“内容—过程—情境”的整合框架,分别对智能算法技术增强职业教育适应性展开理论演绎。优质资源的精准供给增强了职业教育内容适应性;全周期过程性的追踪增强了职业教育过程适应性;具身认知的沉浸体验增强了职业教育情境适应性。而算法“茧房”、算法“黑箱”及算法“霸权”等技术异化困境的存在,构成了增强职业教育适应性的现实隐忧。因此,完成算法“茧房”突围,需要扩展职业教育对异质化内容的接触面;破除算法“黑箱”诅咒,需要强化职业教育过程中的数字化治理;推进算法“霸权”规制,需要提升职业教育情境中的主体自反性。

The high price and toxicity of ionic liquids(ILs) have limited the design and application of supported ionic liquid membranes(SILMs) for CO_2 separation in both academic and industrial fields. In this work, [Choline][Pro]/polyethylene glycol 200(PEG200) mixtures were selected to prepare novel SILMs because of their green and costeffective characterization, and the CO_2/N_2 separation with the prepared SILMs was investigated experimentally at temperatures from 308.15 to 343.15 K. The temperature effect on the permeability, solubility and diffusivity of CO_2 was modeled with the Arrhenius equation. A competitive performance of the prepared SILMs was observed with high CO_2 permeability ranged in 343.3–1798.6 barrer and high CO_2/N_2 selectivity from 7.9 to 34.8.It was also found that the CO_2 permeability increased 3 times by decreasing the viscosity of liquids from 370 to38 m Pa·s. In addition, the inherent mechanism behind the significant permeability enhancement was revealed based on the diffusion-reaction theory, i.e. with the addition of PEG200, the overall resistance was substantially decreased and the SILMs process was switched from diffusion-control to reaction-control.

针对传统的全球卫星导航系统/惯性导航系统(GNSS/INS)新息平均抗差欺骗检测算法对阶跃式欺骗存在检测时延长、对斜坡式欺骗检测不敏感等问题,提出了一种基于组合历元新息抗差的GNSS/INS欺骗检测方法。检测方法联合使用单历元新息和多历元新息平均检测方法提高检测效率,构造多历元等价权因子加大对斜坡式欺骗的削弱力度,按欺骗类型进行分类处理。实验结果表明,与单历元新息检测方法和多历元新息平均检测方法相比,所提方法更具敏感性,能够检测到单历元新息无法检出的10 m的阶跃式欺骗和多历元新息平均法无法检出的0.03 m/s的斜坡式欺骗;多历元等价权因子能削弱在检测到斜坡式欺骗之前误差跟踪效应对新息的影响;在多通道欺骗场景下,所提方法使检测时延缩短了21.3%,对欺骗进行分类处理使得与真实轨迹的最大位置误差减小了86.6%,均方根误差减小了96.8%。

为满足高温防护需求,快速制备高强度、低导热系数的气凝胶成为一项重要的科学挑战。采用超临界干燥法,成功通过掺杂氧化石墨烯(GO)的方式,改善了二氧化硅气凝胶的性能。通过电子显微镜观察发现,GO均匀地镶嵌在气凝胶基体中,形成了有效的支撑骨架,显著增强了气凝胶的强度。傅立叶变换红外光谱分析表明,GO与二氧化硅气凝胶之间仅存在物理结合,并未形成明显的化学键。通过氮吸附/解吸测量发现,GO/SiO_(2)气凝胶的比表面积和孔径可以通过调整GO的用量进行可控调节。实验结果显示,当GO含量为质量分数0.5%,1%和2%时,GO/SiO_(2)气凝胶的比表面积分别为895,1294和997 m^(2)/g,与未掺杂的SiO_(2)气凝胶(852 m^(2)/g)相比有所增加。由于GO的加入,GO/SiO_(2)气凝胶的密度(0.07 g/cm^(3))略高于纯SiO_(2)气凝胶(0.06 g/cm^(3)),为其提供了更高的强度和承载能力。此外,GO/SiO_(2)气凝胶的导热系数为0.0176~0.0204 W/(m·K),低于纯SiO_(2)气凝胶(0.0221 W/(m·K))。该研究为SiO_(2)气凝胶在实际应用中的推广和应用提供了新思路。

研究目的:为提高铁路隧道BIM建模效率及铁路隧道参数模型的通用性,解决商业BIM软件内置几何约束表征对二次开发参数化隧道建模的限制问题,本文基于独立几何语义对铁路隧道参数化建模进行研究,构建铁路隧道优化参数建模流程,发展相应的参数化算法,并采用开源几何造型库进行实现。研究结论:(1)提出了一种铁路隧道参数化建模流程与铁路隧道实体模型生成方法;(2)基于几何语义对铁路隧道横断面进行分解,确定了描述横断面所需参数;(3)确定了三种横断面轮廓分段形式下的参数关系,提出了一种优化铁路隧道参数化算法;(4)基于Open Cascade开源几何造型库,实现并验证了该铁路隧道参数化算法的优越性;(5)本文提出的铁路隧道参数化算法不受常用建模软件内置几何约束表征方式的限制,可直接绘制隧道断面轮廓并生成三维实体模型,能满足铁路隧道实体建模需求,提高铁路隧道实体建模效率与铁路隧道参数化建模的通用性。
